I don't know if alot of people know or remember this, but around the time the second or third(i don't remember) book of ASC, there were some people in the fandom shipping Splashtail and FrostPAW together, wishing that it becomes canon.

Like, wasn't Splashtail already a warrior when she became an apprentice, at least the authors knew better than have another apprentice x warrior relationship, so Splashtail was waiting for her to graduate, which doesn't make any less worse, it's still gross as hell. I hope that the people shipping, noticed how weird was to ship a pre-teen(or teenager, depend on how you view an app) with a adult/young adult so normally.

I read some headcanons/aus of Curlfeather being Reedwhisker’s daughter and I love the idea so much; the idea of Frostpaw struggling under their legacy and intergenerational trauma, Curlfeather killed by the dogs she set on her own father.

I had fun with the designs for this! Particularly Misty/Reed’s, which I decided not to reference. Experimented with lineart, I think I like the thicker/smooth look for this :)
