Everytime I cook chicken (or meat in general, but particularly chicken) I get 3000 different types of ick, just the thought of having touched it raw makes me feel nauseous, and I mean it literally, not hyperbole. My heart starts racing. No matter how many times I wash my hands or how many cutlery I change for turning it around or check its inside, for the brain the bacteria will allways be there until it eventually forgets about it. And it always looks too raw.

Very inconvenient

I can cook you a good cacio e pepe, but I will never cook you good chicken
