10. Jun Wu - doesn’t deserve nice boobs. (EDIT: it’s come to my attention that the general consensus is that Jun Wu has huge boobs, but like burdensomely-big, and you know what? Sure, they’re just not nice. Boobs that break your back aren’t nice, so I concur. He’s staying at no.10 because I hate him.)

9. Hua Cheng - he gives me small boob vibes, I’m sorry.

8. Qi Rong - the only thing he can Lord over Hua Cheng are his tits. He does this often. (Edit: Cannibals don’t get big titty privilege)

7. Lang Qinqiu - pure muscle.

6. Feng Xin - has average boobs. They’re nice, they’re fine. They’re boobs, so they’re good.

5. Pei Ming - similar to Feng Xin. He has relatively nice boobs, likes to show them off.

4. Mu Qing - okay, hear me out: Mu Qing’s boobs are bigger than average. Not massive, certainly not He Xuan massive, but bigger than average.

3. Shi Qingxuan - canonically has big boobs. They’re nice, they’re lovely (as all boobs are), sometimes they catch crumbs.

2. Xie Lian - also canonically has big boobs (in that one scene in the manhua). He is unaware of how big his boobs are, he doesn’t really think about it to be honest. They’re sizeable to say the least.

1. He Xuan - big boobs. Massive boobs. Back-pain-type boobs, struggles-to-find-clothes-that-fit-boobs (this is cannon). He didn’t choose them, he was blessed, given, gifted. His tits are the only good thing the heavens have ever done for him. MASSIVE. KNOCKERS. Shi Qingxuan likes to rest their head on them. A shelf, a cushion.

MXTX fic rec request

hey so MXTX fandoms are really big and i cannot find what i want. the problem is basically:

these books are all really gleefully fucked up

most of the fic i find is fluff, possibly bc ppl are getting the fucked up content they need from canon, or possibly bc i'm bad at finding things

do you have suggestions for non-fluff fic? I've read SVSSS, MDZS, and I'm reading TGCF as the official translation so I'm not all the way thru but I know all the big reveals. SVSSS is my favorite of the 3 but i'm desperate for MDZS and TGCF fic also. i haven't watched the Untamed bc i'm under the impression that it's less fucky than the book and also i'm allergic to long tv shows.

i like the canon pairings, but also original Shen Qinqiu/Yue Qingyuan, Zhuzhi Lang/SQQ, anything with Jin Guangyao (my beloved), and please i need messy Jun Wu/Xie Lian/Hua Cheng to live. i am also v easily persuaded on other characters and pairings. thank you!

i don't want to hijack the other blogger's post because they seemed very enthusiastic about it, but I don't think that the system is part of shang qinghua/airplane nor that it was created from his outline or his computer. It is implied at the beginning that the system may have worked in other worlds (harry potter).

what the system did was force shen qinqiu and shang qinghua to follow the main plot while also discovering the hidden plot points and backstories that airplane had to scrape out of the published version(tianlang-jun, zhuzhi-lang, the truth of what the old palace master did, qijiu's backstory and shen jiu's character complexity etc). In the original outline there was no romance plot at all and luo binghe was meant to end up alone. If the system really was following the original outline, that would have been the end. But instead through the course of the story what the system did was change it's expectations by shifting its target audience. If sqq had kept to the script and acted the way original sqq did, the system would have been satisfied anyway, as long as the hidden elements of the outline had been revealed. But once sqq unlocked the OOC function it let him do whatever he wanted, as long as the endless abyss plot-line was followed. an event sqq could have handled differently, as he realizes at the end of the novel! which means that the system may have knowledge of the original outline or not, but it doesn't matter as long as the story sqq and sqh write with the changes they make (or the hidden parts they uncover) is satisfying to the target audience of the rewritten PIDW. the reviews the system gives sqq at the end of the main story, the options he gives him in the water prison scene, are indicative of the audience's expectations (danmei readers). even the punishment protocol serves as a explanation (from the pov of a reader of the new PIDW) of why sqq changed his behavior around lbh so much, and it works as set up for the bingge vs bingmei extra, which of course it part of the revised book as this is a danmei. In the same spirit, the nature of questions in the interview extra are typical stuff danmei fans would be curious about.

The scene of Lang Qianqiu confronting Xie Lian after Xie Lian defeats him and Lang Qinqiu is saying that he will never be turned to hatred like he thinks Xie Lian was is so chilling because what Lang Qianqiu is accusing him of is EXACTLY what Jun Wu is trying to do to Xie Lian. Literally EXACTLY.

The way you draw Shen Qinqiu and Zhuzhi Lang looks so cute and holdable. I love your artstyle so much sgjsgsjsh 💕💞💕💕💞💕💕

just finished volume 2 of tgcf and omfg. you know how generally the first books are soo good and the second book sucks?? well, this was the opposite (might be due to the arc difference)

(spoilers ahead)

the first book i found really too boring; but the ending of arc 1 in the mausoleum, followed immediately by the heavenly procession was great! the entire build up of the ghost city and new, interesting characters was amazing with Feng Xin and Mu Qing finally gaining more character - solid actions, solid dialogues, great tension!

the whole Hua lian flirting scene while dice rolling was so fun, too. I did feel the exposition of the Glided Banquet was a little too eh, but the morality questions it posed was interesting. I also love Shi Qingxuan and I loved the Lang Qinqiu's dialogue of never becoming like Xie Lian; and I loved how... terrible things were? With Qi Rong using Xie Lian's statue as foot rest, Hua Cheng's anger, it was all too fun.

I literally was equal parts annoyed, endeared and impressed by Xie Lian's 17 year old self but yeah, like it finally made me like Xie Lian a bit more; with all that family conflict and everything.

compared to how long it took me to want to start book 2, I'm really interested in diving straight into book 3!

also god i loved so many dialogues and scenes this time around ><

The first murmurings were easy enough to ignore. In fact, unless your ears were attuned to particular frequency of shit-talking, there wouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary to note amongst the natural din of the marketplace. Shen Qingqiu walked ahead, delightfully unaware for the moment of the conspiracy of whispers that followed him, and the suspicious gazes that flitted between him and the temple of the Water Master that sat at the estuary’s edge. 

So it was not unintentionally that San Lang’s steps committed an artful peregrination of their path, resulting in a serendipitous rest at Shi Wudu’s stunning temple. Within its walls came the answer he had hoped to find, though the questionable looks of the penitents within only appeared bolder with the proximity. A richly-dressed man who’d finished lighting his incense stopped in his tracks at the sight of the now wholly self-conscious Shen Qingqiu, giving a hard look before continuing on his way. A pair of ladies whispered and pointed to the statue of the Water Master without any regard to propriety. 

And when Shen Qinqiu looked at him, curiosity wrought in the furl of his brow, San Lang could only shrug helplessly, wearing a shit-eating grin as his hands spread in useless supplication. “Gege, it appears you have the face of an asshole.”
