Introducing: What I've been working on for so long, the Hadopelagic lineup, a roster of corrupted, mech files with each instance of corruption manifesting as a strange cancerous growth across the mechs. These non-union designed machinies boast an array of tech and direct combat capabilites, as well as unique weapons with interesting features. It is advised to keep COMP/CONs and Demios entity NHPs away from this technology. The specifics are still not understood, but this tech predates the earliest known HORUS cells. Rules and .lcp data for these mechs should be coming out later this year. Until then I hope you're just as excited as we are for the fruits of this project.

Introducing the Kalashnikov - The Scrapyard Underdog
The first Kalashnikov dates back to Locksteel’s original uprising, the frame’s initial design - which was penned by Adrian Lock - was based on a subterranean mining frame, capable of enduring the worst the deep crust of the planet could throw at a piece of machinery. It was easy enough to mount weapons to the frame and make some minor improvements to it’s plating to help deal with large scale weapons but as Locksteel continued to expand so too did the Kalashnikov, eventually it became host to an advanced frame that was magnitudes more durable than others in the locksteel catalog.
Along with its core, the Kalashnikov is equipped with a range of redundancies coupled together with emergency backup systems that activate in cascade to mounting pressure, creating a frame that almost grows stronger or at least faster during longer engagements.
-
The Kalashnikov is like many Locksteel mechs, built for risk and reward, however this frame takes it to the extreme; Thanks to its Underdog, True Grit and Lightweight traits, the more damaged, hindered or even outclassed in size the Kalashnikov is, the harder it fights and the harder to bring down it becomes. With the activation of it’s core power nothing less than complete annihilation can hope to bring this pit-brawler of a mech down. The systems and weapons the Kalashnikov buck the trend of Locksteel systems being useful for most if not all types of pilots; Each system granted by the license is ground up made to support melee-range, bloody-knuckled brawling. With weapons that hit hard and some that are just as indestructible as the frame itself.

As they seemingly couldnt be stopped in its tracks, Group-7 started building on its heavier frame with civilian applications. While passanger transport might not have been the first obvious step from a combat or race bot, the BUS-TYPE frame was a instant hit. Allowing for public transportation in even over rough terrain that hasn't been prepared, it brought easy access transport to even the rockiest moons.

Good news and bad news on the Balor variant frame.
The bad news is that I am very bad at making unique mechanics and balance. All I'm good at is writing 30 pages of in-depth lore and character backstory.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I GOT MY BUDDY WHO'S GOOD AT GAME MECHANICS HOOKED ON THE 30 PAGES OF FLAVOR TEXT AND NOW WE'RE BOTH MAKING THE VARIANT FRAME!
It's name is Charybdis. It has a built-in NHP that is very hungry always.

G&S - BUNYAN
Defender
When the Clanners seek to tame a world, truly tame it and make it part of their sprawling Promised Land, they send Bunyan. Built for size and strength above all else, Bunyan is a titanic defender whose bulk is meant to labor constructing the kinds of mega-infrastructure projects G&S is famous for. Colonopoli, trainyards, orbital elevators, whatever a burgeoning little frontier needs! It's said that three Bunyans, working for a year and a day, can build an entire Core-Level cityscape; before they settle down and link their coldcores to the power-grid and light it themselves. In G&S Colonies, the shape of Bunyan frames “enshrined” as power-stations are a common sight. Bunyan is famous for its “roomy” cockpit, designed and shaped after the single-person living spaces aboard the ancient Armstrong and allowing a single pilot to undergo months without resupply or replacement.
In matters of military necessity, the Bunyan frame excels in using its size, power, and inbuilt Ballistic/Advanced Barrier Enhancement Drone to keep its allies in the fight and aggressors on the back foot. What are the teeth of a Vast, when compared to armor of adamant? What are the bullets of pirates, when compared to an axe’s honest steel? What are the dangers of all the galaxy, compared to the strength of a man fighting to protect what he’s built? Bunyan stands, towering in its pride and power, above the fray. Planets break before his pilots do.
Ballistic/Advanced Barrier Enhancement Drone
The Ballistic/Advanced Barrier Enhancement (BABE) Drone is some of the fanciest tech G&S has ever managed to get off the ground without it going up in flames on them, creating a portable Warp-Shield derived from the GMS Type-II. The frankly massive and clunky drone manages to output powerful shield to defend its core Frame from incoming fire through its Warp-Shield, but most pilots see fit to use it to help their friends. G&S knows its customer base well, and the full production line of Bunyan includes a built-in BABE drone, capable of being supercharged with a dump from the coldcore. The tell-tale blue is your friend, pilot, trust in BABE and he’ll bring your lance home.
Passive: BABE Drone (Size 1, 20Hp, 8ev, 8edef, Tags: Drone) Quick Action The Bunyan may deploy the BABE Drone as a protocol to any free space within its Sensor Range at the start of the Scene. When you move, it may also move the same distance but it may not Boost. When an ally within 3 of the Drone is hit by an attack, the BABE Drone may use a reaction to give the allied character resistance to one type of damage (Energy, Kinetic, Explosive). You may reposition the drone to any unoccupied space within your Sensor Range with a Quick Action on your turn.
Active (requires 1 Core Power): Big Blue Friend
Quick Action
You place your BABE Drone in an unoccupied space within your sensor range, it generates a Burst 3 shield that is bubble-shaped. Any attempts to enter or exit the shield through movement of any sort must roll 1d6, on a 4+ the movement fails and the moving character takes 3 Kinetic Damage that cannot be reduced. Any attack (tech, melee, ranged) that crosses the barrier must roll a d6, on a 4+ the attack fails. You may reposition the drone to any unoccupied space within your Sensor Range with a Quick Action on your turn.

Goodman-Lerhner Uniform
Officially, Goodman-Lerhner Uniform doesn’t sell mech licenses, it sells alternate mechs and supplementary materials that allow pilots to better customize their combat loadouts to their own personal tastes.
Unofficially, GLU is one of the most notorious knockoff mills in Union space.
A homebrew company not based on Licenses, but in a variety of alt frames. For when you want something that does something similar, but ultimately differently.

The ACS Sledge, a titanic machine built to directly compete with Harrison Armoury's own Barbarossa, though what it lacks in advanced weapon systems, it makes up for with the raw power of the Longinus 300mm, a gargantuan cannon that the Sledge was built around, this combined with it's powerful twin-tread drive allows it to bulldoze through any obstacles be it machine or blockade.

Ever felt Lancer should be a bit zanier? Want to really mix things up next one-shot? Look no further than the HORUS Mimic!
[[not liable for any game-breaking combos or useless mechs]]
EDIT: Mario from the Pilot Net discord made this fantastic dice roller!

Introducing the Remington -  The Bottomless Armory
The Remington -or more grimly nicknamed by pilots: “the marching tomb” - was first deployed as a rough prototype. Cobbled together from unused frames, leftover weapons and systems mounted around a defunct 3D printer, the Remington was never intended for serious use and deployment, however the effectiveness of being able to print systems on the go, even if they were likely to fail, wasn’t lost on those who used it and Locksteel was convinced to manufacture and release a more stable pattern.
Though it is now less of a death trap, the name stuck with down on their luck pilots with nothing left to lose and a desire to not go quietly, arming themselves with as much as their frame could carry and bringing as many hostiles down with them.
-
The most important part of the Remington is it’s ability to constantly be using limited systems, with a chance to not consume limited systems it can keep the pressure on with powerful systems. The second most important factor is it’s Directed Force Canon, a weapon that gains uses from spent limited systems and weapons to unleash devastating Area of Effect attacks.
The tools the Remington license comes with are nothing to scoff at, with multi-target disposable missile launchers, explosive drones and the devastating Thumper canon, the Remington Excels at blanketing the battlefield, while it’s vast amount of countermeasures prevent it from even being scratched.
