14th of Rain’s Hand, Middas
Mother tells me that the Council refuses to allow anyone who is not part of the House already to come for Kuna’a ceremony.
Even before I asked her about having them join, she told me the Council vetoed such actions.
At least I know that she tried to help me in this matter. It is more than she may have done in the past.
I am sad that I do not get to see Qau-dar and Little Khes. How long it has been. I bet she is even bigger than I last remember her. No doubt twice as powerful.
When we return to Elsweyr I shall have to bring her a pocket mammoth. It is only fair to make up for my absence.
Sildras is to arrive later this evening.
While I am saddened by not seeing the rest of my family and spouses, to have my son in my arms again will do me good. I have missed him so! He, too, will be bigger now. I wonder how much he has learned while away.
I could nearly cry just thinking about having him back at my side. To know he is safe. That I can care for him once more. He is growing up without me and I cannot stand it. I want to be there to offer advice and to see him grow and change.
Nabine is excited to get to meet him. I know she will love him. He is a well-mannered and well-spoken child so I cannot imagine them not getting on. His sincerity and curiosity make him very charming, even at his age.
Kuna is going to be a shock for him I think. Well, maybe not so much given how much time he has spent with Ma’Rihani. They have many similarities of personality. But I fear Kuna has always been the eldest child around her and thus it will be different for her to get used to not being the one who knows the most. We shall see how the children get on.
I had strange dreams the last two nights. I woke up in a sweat with no memory of what I dreamt of. Yet there was a sort of knot in my insides that has lingered.
Now I fear that some message or premonition may be waiting for me that I simply cannot recall. What could it be?

Etza: “Hope you’re having a good day, my love :)” (It’s so cheesy but you can’t bring yourself to hate it. It’s just too wholesome.)

i dont know if this was asked before but what would the lis look like as cats ? 🤭 👀
hi!! this hasn’t been asked as far as i know hehe 💖 if i had more energy in me i would draw the cat crew together LMFAO
LIs as Cats 🐱
Kayn: really rich red/orange fur. medium fluffy. definitely has a bit of a mane going on. clingy. like those cats that won’t leave u alone while ur working and walks on ur keyboard or something
Druk: sleek black cat with pretty green eyes. very playful and likes to cuddle. loves playing with cat toys
Fenir: those cats that have short gray fur and have humongous eyes and always look scared/confused. is always hiding in nooks and crannies
Etza: those really fluffy white cats that look beautiful and majestic. likes to sunbathe
Kuna’a: disgusting scrungly old street cat. hisses at unfamiliar faces but warms up if u bring them food.
Aisa: orange creamsicle looking cat. little white pawsies and a white belly. randomly chaotic.

Hello!! I first played Intertwined and then came across Alaris and fell in love with Etza and Kayn ❤️❤️
I was wondering how each of the love interests would act cuddling the MC or like to be cuddled by the MC in bed- it’s such a cute hc that I have been dying to know about.
And I just wanted to say how much I love the game already!! The art and the voices are so beautiful and great job on the story too!!! I love your work so much.

The LIs Cuddling ✨
Kayn: Arms draped gently around you. Small kisses against your hair/forehead/cheek. Soft, quiet murmurs as they ask you how your day was.
Druk: I imagine it feels really safe. Big ole arms around you pulling you close. He feels really warm. You’re both kinda doing your own thing but it feels comfortable.
Fenir: Hesitant and like kinda stiff at first. Face is very red. Will eventually ease into it and relax in your arms, but his face will still feel really hot.
Etza: Quiet but in a good way. It’s like that quiet comfort where neither of you feel pressured to hold a conversation if you don’t want to. Just a safe space to decompress together.
Kuna’a: Actually I feel like he really likes cuddles. They bring out the inner lazy brat in him. Gets easily sucked into cuddling and throws a small tantrum when cuddle time is over.
Aisa: Lots of (gentle) physical touch. Absentmindedly plays with your hair or rubs your arm. Likes to feel you close. Almost kinda like… mesmerized by your presence.

I'm kinda curious, what will each LI's fashion sense/aesthetic be?
OOOH!!! that’s an interesting question :tries to remember the different kinds of aesthetics:
This is what I imagine they would wear in like a modern day AU
Kayn: Errs to the more chic/classy look. Think Chelsea boots. Black tapered/cuffed jeans. Those long duster coats when it’s cold out. Linen pants when it’s summer. Maybe a crop top look on occasion. Basically likes to play around with different looks.
Druk: Guy Next Door. Think jeans and oversized jackets/hoodies. Lumberjack plaid. Olive green jackets or gray sweaters. Messy tousled hair.
Fenir: Light Academia. Lots of whites, browns, neutrals. Preppy Plaid. Vests. Nice trousers/slacks. Maybe on late nights or when he’s reading a lot he wears lil glasses.
Etza: Simple and Clean. Honestly, something similar to Intertwine Van probably! Just a nice button down shirt and nice trousers. Nice jewelry. I also imagine everything they wear has a really nice, soft texture (so they’re nice to cuddle with)
Kuna’a: Streetwear/Biker Look. Exclusively wears black. Lots of silver jewelry. Is never seen without their leather/motor jacket. Doc Marten boots to stomp on their enemies. Those belts that hang off the hip, do you know what I’m talking about.
Aisa: Korean Fashion is calling out to me. Baggy vests or button downs. Those pants with the bottom rolled up a little bit. Comfy sneakers. Something that’s comfortable and easy to throw together but looks nice.

for research purposes, how do the alaris LIs feel about build-a-bear?
build-a-bear is a concept i imagine doesn't exist in the alaris world so i'm laughing imagining them hearing about it for the first time aslfjeijf
BUT LET'S SAY in a modern au they know what build-a-bear is. all of them would be down to go with you. in terms of most to least excited, it would probably be:
Kayn > Etza > Druk > Fenir > Aisa > Kuna’a
in terms of bears they would make:
Kayn: makes a bear that compliments yours. so whatever vibe u make for ur bear, he will follow it so that ur bears can also look like they’re together
Druk: frat boy looking bear LMDLSLA. little tank top and swim shorts. maybe a hat or glasses. he’ll call the bear “little bro”
Fenir: his bear is extra fluffy. minimal accessories so it’s optimal for cuddling with. ends up sleeping w his bear often.
Etza: makes a bear that has a slight resemblance to you. keeps it on their desk so it’s like ur always with them.
Kuna'a: somehow ends up making the ugliest creation known to man. wants to trash it but u stop them and put it on display at home, much to their annoyance.
Aisa: very classic looking bear. like actually imagine what the most standard build a bear would possible look like and that’s what aisa would make. except they would parade the bear proudly like they made something super special and unique.

I'm kinda under the weather so I want to ask this lol
What's the LI's reaction to MC getting sick?
Kayn: would be the fastest of the lis (except for etza since they’re a cheater) to notice u not feeling well. stays by your side as much as they can and tries to make you feel as comforted as possible whether that’s back rubs or stroking your hair or just cuddling next to you and watching some shows together
Druk: “bro u good.” i’m jk but can u imagine LMFLS probably will pamper you the most out of the lis actually. carries you around the house bridal style. fetches your food and drinks and blankets. u will not be lifting a finger
Fenir: kinda a nag LDMZKL. “i told u u were working too hard/should’ve worn a jacket/etc.” STRICT. you HAVE to eat all of your soup. and NO you can NOT have candy or chips or whatever else you’re craving. you have to pout and beg if you want your sick treats (he will give it to you eventually w a blush on his face)
Etza: even tho they see sick ppl on a daily basis, they’ll get kinda like surprised and extra worried when u get sick. in terms of taking care of u…. well you see….. this is literally their job so tbh if u wanna get pampered by them longer u might have to fake it otherwise you’ll literally be healed up in two seconds LRMSLLA
Kuna’a: feel like he’d be kinda confused LOL like “what’s wrong w u…. oh ur sick?? oh uh, what…. do i do.” does his best but honestly kinda climsy w it, like will put a cool towel on you to cool your forehead but it’s too cold or dripping wet or something LMFAOO
Aisa: internally panicking. tbh i feel like they would fret a lot while taking care of you. i don’t think they have a lot of experience taking care of sick people so they would be doing their best while internally wringing their hands a bit

Kayn: something classic like a cappuccino. sometimes indulges in seasonal offerings especially during the holiday season
Druk: not into coffee. he says it makes his heart feel weird. will usually get like the fruit teas and stuff
Fenir: quad espresso. doesn’t necessarily like the taste of black coffee but excess caffeine is just his lifestyle atp
Etza: some kind of tea latte. when they need more caffeine it’ll be a matcha latte. otherwise it’ll be something like london fog
Kuna’a: says he needs a pick me up and gets like a large latte with 24 pumps of syrup in it and caramel drizzle. no whip tho. that’s where he draws the line.
Aisa: extra large water. extra ice.

of course, they stop if any of the SOs ask, but just a lot of habitual leaning on people, throwing an arm over their shoulders, joking punches in a shoulder, just kinda like that?

at first i thought this was anna bc of the kissy kissy etza KMFLXOWLS but then u signed as 🦭 and for some reason i feel like i should know who this is but i don’t
anyways if ur in a relationship kissy kissy etza is very easy. they are Very Receptive
how the lis are with a casually touchy mc
Kayn: is used to people being “casually” touchy with them but finds your specific touch much more soothing and comforting in comparison. he finds himself seeking your touch sometimes and cherishes the passing touches
Druk: honestly you’re feeding into his own natural tendencies. druk is very casually touchy in the same way so i imagine physical touch will become a p important love language in ur relationship
Fenir: at first he might jump a little or get flustered but eventually he’ll get used to it and will just see it as a normal part of your relationship. if ur levels of casual touchiness go down he might think ur mad at him or something
Etza: sees the casual touchiness as passing forms of intimacy so really values the gestures. like the fact you feel comfortable enough around them to just casually lean on them, etc. shows how close the two of you are
Kuna’a: will sometimes escalate the casual touchiness (if ur ok with that). if u throw a joking punch, he’ll catch it and pull you close. if u put ur arm over their shoulder, they’ll lean in and put their hand on your waist
Aisa: they’re pretty nonchalant/accepting about it but i’m getting this vision where u get caught throwing ur casual touchiness on them and someone says something like w0W aisA u never leT anYonE ToUch yOU????

I've seen this question being asked before with other game devs, so I'm giving it a try 🫶
In a modern setting, how would each li's react to MC having a 2d husband/wife?
Kayn: Has fun with it. Likes to guess which character in each game will end up being your favorite. Gets a kick when they end up being right, especially if you thought your favorite would be a different character
Druk: Pretends to get jealous (sometimes he actually gets jealous LOL). If you ignore him for your 2D fave, he’ll make jokes like “Should I leave so you two can have some privacy?”
Fenir: Gets surprisingly into it. Likes to know all the 2D characters profiles and argue about which ones are the best in the games even if it’s different from your favorite
Etza: Supportive of your many loves. Sees your 2D faves as an extension of you so will ask things like “Oh, how is so-and-so doing?”. For some reason, I have this vision that if you have body pillows or merch of your faves, Etza will treat them with care like fluff the pillows or clean your figurines LMFMDKS
Kuna’a: Unacceptable. Makes them extremely jealous. If they see you spending time with your 2D faves, they will distract you with kisses and more until you put the game/book/etc. down. If you ask if they’re jealous, they will vehemently deny it.
Aisa: Gets really curious about your faves. Asks you a lot of questions about what the character is like, why you like them, etc. Might start to emulate small characteristics of your 2D faves subconsciously.
