Karaoke Bar&Cafe🐉
On this lot, I found a very cozy and atmospheric cafe, the interior of which I found on Instagram, as well as a karaoke bar with 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bar, a TV area and a toilet, on the second floor there is a karaoke bar and on the third floor there is a small place where you can smoke hookah. I hope you and your families will enjoy your time here. I also wanted to say that, I`am using my own preset for the Gshade, as well as the lighting from @softerhaze, so I don't know what it will look like in your game.

Sulani shops&yoga
On this lot, I have placed two shops and a yoga room, and you can also have coffee and bubble tea or something to eat here.
In the first store I have placed clothes, or rather bathing suits for men and women, and in the second store you will find everything from flowers, bicycles, pillows, cups, sunscreen, inflatable mattresses for swimming, jewelry and cosmetics, and much more. As for the yoga room, it is small but very cozy, I hope your sim will enjoy doing yoga there.

I've been planning to rebuild the central park in San Myshuno for a long time, and I've finally done it. What can your families expect in this park? A cafe serving bubble tea by a small lake with swans and fish, a roller skating rink, a picnic area, an open-air movie theater, a large playground where teenagers can have fun and parents can have a coffee, food courts with a variety of food, a stage for creative sim and a dance floor for nightly discos, a photo booth, a bakery, an observatory, a painting exhibition area, a chess area, a bouquet stand, many fountains, trees and flowers, and a Ferris wheel from which your sim can see all of San Myshuno.

Large family house
It is a large family house in which I have placed 3 children's rooms, a room for parents, three bathrooms, a laundry room, an office for mother, a guest room and a garage. I didn't take pictures of the laundry room, guest room, bathrooms, and garage, because it was very uncomfortable and the shot didn't work. Vet clinic&Tattoo salon&Gym&Laundry🐕🦺
I wanted to rebuild the Vet clinic for a long time, and I finally did it, adding a gym, laundry, and tattoo parlor. There is also a small playground where you can train your dogs. I decided to beat the tattoo parlor with the help of massage chairs, it is fully functional. A small gym, because I think almost every city should have one. A retro-style laundromat, where your family members who can't afford a washing machine at home can come and wash their clothes, for realism I would also suggest charging a certain amount of money for this, but that's up to everyone's discretion.

Halloween Festival🎃
Forgotten Hollow invites your characters to the annual Halloween Festival. The bar will serve them a variety of drinks, and your characters will be able to eat at the food courts. Nearby, there is a stage with a DJ booth for your characters to perform on, and nearby, you can carve pumpkins to decorate your home. And then your characters will find a room of fear and a Ferris wheel.
