You fools. Kismesitude isn’t “I love you but angry” it’s the person at school who is annoying and pisses you off and you hate them, but you hang out with them anyway. so we used to run a little blog called @kismesis-mhm and then we dipped for over a year and the guy who ran that acc stopped being the host of our system BUT we’re still in that kismesitude and i recently flushed out ALL four quadrants and i thought “hey. why not bring that back.”
now that base account is long gone and im not gonna use it so im just moving all the way over here and using this blog now! bit of a switcheroo. still the same content probably: lovemail, hatemail, bursts of truly insane “poetry”, and having absolutely zero connection to homestuck other than using its terms.

Maid of Breath
Maid of Breath & Prince of Time: The Maid and Prince classes are extremely incompatible. They are more likely to hate each other than be in a romantic relationship. The Breath and Time aspects, however, are compatible as both matesprits and moirails. Due to this, I could see these classpects vacillating between matesprits and kismesises. Another option is pure matespritship, in a classic case of enemies to lovers.

Not to homestuckify Transformers but Starscream and Windblade are such a perfect example of a healthy kismesitude. They respect each other and are absolutely infuriated by that respect. They rub off on each other and hate that they do.
They bicker and they argue and they have so much banter but ultimately they deeply respect each other even if they hate the methods the other employs. Starscream admitting to manipulating her and deeply FAILING at manipulating Windblade. Windblade learning from Starscream’s treachery and copying it. The way they kick each other while they’re down but still support each other when it’s absolutely needed. They’re the dream kismesitude. It’s great

tangle watching whisper and surge fight just thinking "my girlfriend is so cool and strong I love her"
after the two stop fighting tangle just helps clean up any wounds n gives her lots of soft kisses, then they go home n take a nap bc fighting is Tiring and whisper just wants to curl up and cuddle tangle until she has to get up
tangle makes sure to text surge to remind her to actually clean her wounds before she lets herself sleep, though. she knows surge will just ignore it otherwise (she tells kit to make sure she gets cleaned up too, just to make sure)
