New Kakki Kiramune Vid *rough asf translation*

So that’s ^^^ a thing. Here’s *a* translation to all the questions :3

What did you have for breakfast? 2 pieces of bacon and fried egg

Favorite sake (alcoholic beverage)? JIN (idk sake brands but yea)

A TV program you will watch no matter what? A Japanese program that translates to “Why Did You Come to Japan?”

What do you usually buy at the convenience store? A brand of fried udon

Favorite business lingo? zabuton, renga, c-man (i absolutely hated and loved this question cause i learned so much stuff.

Ok so zabuton (which is also a floor cushion used for sitting, usually seen in places with tatami flooring) is 100 million yen (a bundle of ten thousand 10,000 yen bills)

Renga (which is also ‘brick’ in japanese) is 10 million yen (a bundle of one thousand 10,000 yen bills)

C-man is one 10,000 yen bill (now THIS one is the most interesting one. So apparently it mainly comes from the music industry where musicians were tryna make it difficult for customers to understand how much guaranteed money they’d be paying for music sessions in clubs, for example. The C comes from the musical alphabet ‘do-re-mi...’ and replacing it with the C scale so ‘C D E...’ then replacing them with ‘1 2 3...’. The ‘man’ comes from 万 which means 10,000. So (ツェー)C-man = one 10,000 yen bill, (デー)D-man = two 10,000 yen bills, (エー)E-man = three 10,000 yen bills and so on and so forth.

So both zabuton and renga are used to refer to the thickness of the bundles of 10,000 yen bills while C-man is used as a code for one 10,000 yen bill. The more you know :D (and i hope what i said made sense oml)

Here is a really short clip from Divine Gate Radio Episode 5. I listened to this radio only because Nakamura had a short segment in it. In the end, Nakamura’s segment wasn’t that interesting but these 3 idiots’ talk hooked me in instead xD came for Nakamura, stayed for the 3 dudes

Anyway, this was also based on the results of a recent poll I did on Twitter and majority wanted a ‘surprise’ episode. So my definition of a ‘surprise’ is a clip that doesn’t feature seiyuus I usually sub aka Nakamura, DGS, Sugita etc |3 I do weird stuff on Twitter like that sometimes so follow me there @anokoe690 since I’m not as active on Tumblr *shameless promotion*

This radio was quite funny overall, so I will be reusing other parts of the episode lol (The episode is about 50 minutes in total). I didn’t watch Divine Gate though...I mean I tried but I really couldn’t get into it -.- I don’t follow Kakki, Saitou or Murase much, but I’ll sub whatever interesting radio that reach my ears |D
