Come to think of it, my therapist went into full big sister mode last time when i wide eyed asked her ‘ i could refuse?’ regarding the matter of my own health and boundaries. She doesnt do that, until then. She’s like , keeps listening, either i want to go villain or i want to be good, she doesnt encourage or discourage ‘ u shouldnt do that, das not gud/ u should do this, dis is gud’, no, she gives me space to move and decide for myself however, until that moment.

‘Empathy fatigue caregiver’ she decided.

And i decided to be, a decent human being, toward, me.

ON THE OTHER NOTE.

I got, some real satisfying pens, in cornflowr blue, mustard yellow, early sky blue, rice sprout green, burgundy . I want more, they’re really, soothing. Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhnnnnn. They’re Kacogreen pens if anyone wants to treat themself. Cheers.
