600, or a musing on resilience and love
Hello all you wonderful figthusiasts! Today is the day that I hit 600 fan figs on my spreadsheet total (not all in hand, the vast majority are in some stage of production or transport), and I wanted to take a minute to stop and celebrate what is, by all accounts, an incredible number.
This is less about me (and my perhaps fiscally-questionable use of disposable cash) and more about the fact that more than 600 individual figures of Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan were produced and made solely by fans. That this many actually exist in the world. What this is about, above all other things, is about love, and resilience, and the awe-inspiring, unstoppable combination of both.
I don't normally talk about the current situation with Zhang Zhehan and Chinese entertainment, because this blog is meant to be a little island of happiness and fun for us that love this show, love these two actors, and love seeing cute renditions of them. But 600...well, 600 feels powerful. It feels like something worth talking about.

This fandom has had half of our vibrant, beautiful soul ripped from us in the nastiest, cruelest, most contemptible way possible. This is greed and evil in the most overt form I've seen in the world, and it was horrifying to watch it unfold that August.
As overseas fans, we at least can still see Zhang Zhehan's past works, post videos and photos of him, and freely say his name as much as we want. The Chinese fandom cannot. Zhang Zhehan has been so comprehensively erased from Chinese media that he cannot even use his own name. The fandom can't even search for his name online, his pictures and videos have been removed, and any of the shows or movies that feature him that remains still available has him (literally) scrubbed from the screen.
This is what I see when I search for Zhang Zhehan on Taobao, Weidian, and Xianyu:

The Chinese fans have taken matters into their own hands, and stood up and fought back and refused to forget him. The fig makers, the doll makers, the merch makers - all of these incredibly brave, loyal, and loving fans have gone out there and dedicated thousands and thousands of hours of their own time and their own money to keeping his memory fresh, his work front and center, and his light constantly burning.
They took him from the fans, but they can't make the fans let him go.
Luckily, the fandom still has the other half of it's soul, and continues to celebrate Gong Jun and his accomplishments, and his own fiercely loyal and great heart, and celebrates the love and affection and care these two souls have for each other. Zhehan promised Junjun forever on May 5th, 2021, and the fandom honors and helps keep his promise.

Think about it. Six-hundred-plus fan-created figurines of the two of them. I don't even own all the fan figs - there's absolutely more than this, I'd estimate closer to 700.
There's Wenzhou figs, of course, but random side character in a long ago TV show? Check. Main characters? Check. Appearance(s) on a variety show? Check. Ad campaigns? (Lots of) magazine shoots? Check check. Casual airport outfit? Workout pose? Douyin moment? any number of Weibo posts? Livestream? not just one, not just two, not just three, renditions of childhood photos? Check check check.
And the figs are still coming. I have a whole list of figs in sketch form sitting in my Weidian cart, waiting to be opened for deposits. One after another, fig makers dipping deep into their precious hoards of recorded shows and magazines and photos and videos of Zhehan, designing one fig after another. Every time Junjun wears some fancy new designer outfit, fans are hard at work pairing that look with a complementary one from Zhehan's archive, determined to keep these two front and center in a country where they can't even type Zhehan's name into a search engine without it being censored.
My respect for the Chinese fandom and the fan creators is immense. They have souls of steel. Every time I hold one of these figs in my hand, and marvel at the cleverness and creativity and all the fine little details, I feel the strength of that connection to them, that iron determination, the fierce will to persevere, that pride and joy, and the love that can't be stopped. 坚强 indeed.
Yeah, 600+ figs is a trauma response, no question. For the fan makers and the fan buyers. But it's a response, all right. Today I have 600 and more tiny (giant) shouts of, you can't stop us, we're going to keep loving and celebrating and remembering him no matter what happens.
It's incredible. I don't know why 600 is the number that really hits me - I had thought it would be 500, but I blew past 500 without blinking in a frenzy of late night and early morning fig drops, and then it was Gong Jun's birthday, and a tidal wave of love and figs, and now here I am. I was at 598 yesterday and already today I'm at 612. I'll be at 700 before I know it, with a lot of remainders starting to be released and the Spring Festival coming up.
I have less than 200 fan figs actually at home, and it's ... a lot. My husband asked me a while back, staring at my display shelves, so, what's the end game here? and I just looked at him, and said, I don't know.
I really don't. I have to believe this is totally unprecedented, but then again, what happened to him is totally unprecedented. The only thing I know that if the fans keep making them, I'm going to keep supporting them.
So here's to resistance, and resilience, and love. Here's to the fans staying strong, and here's to Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan. It's going to be a glorious sunrise on the mountaintop when it comes.

June 6-7, 2021 - Origin of the "Drink plenty of water" lld saying
Gong Jun released a small video saying he caught a cold a few days ago~
And Zhang Zhehan's weibo posted saying: "Drink plenty of water, drink plenty of water, drink plenty of water."
It's implied that he posted this in response to JunJun's post, since it was unusual for him to post something so random. The pictures attached are also just him drinking Perrier Sparkling Water, which he never endorsed :>. Source Below:

210609 - Gong Jun asks the livestream host to speak Zhang Zhehan's name!
The livestream host read out the winners of a giveaway. Some names were CP fans, and one of them was "fan of Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan." But she wouldn't say his name. This is per etiquette bc they should have broken CP already, it was past the WOH/SHL airing period and after the concert. HOWEVER, Gong Jun insisted that she say his name because "it's not nice" to skip it!

It's implied that his beard/mustache may be JunJun, and he can say whatever tf he wants >:).

June 16, 2021 - ZZH sings Unbreakable Love with changed lyrics, LLD handsign, GJ possible background vocals
ZZH sang Unbreakable Love on a show and changed some of the lyrics around.
The song ends normally with
"I walked past the rooftop where I watched the meteor shower with you." - he sang this during the rehearsal as well (3 different times, 3 x the same original lyrics)
During the 4th rehearsal he changed it to:
"where I survived the long rooftop with you"
During the LIVE performance, he changed it to:
"I walked past the rooftop where I survived the long distance and the wait."

He sang the song with tears in his eyes, and after he finished, he wiped his tears off (cries and screams)!!

There's also a point in the song where he purposely points at his ear piece, waits for the BG vocals to start, and then sings. There's a noticeable difference in BG vocals vs the rehearsal, which also is available on YT. We think that GJ may have provided his vocals for this surprise part of the performance~ Source

June 27, 2021 - GJ and ZZH reply to each other on Weibo with videos
GJ posted on Weibo saying, "This summer, go meet the person you want to meet."
ZZH's studio, on the same day, posted on Weibo with him singing a line from his new song (now unreleased) named, Run To Meet You.
They're definitely talking about each other, and I'm NOT surprised that ZH wrote a whole song about running to meet Gong Jun, considering they were extremely busy during that time and had very few chances to see each other. At least nowadays, I'm sure they can spend lots of quality time together <3 <3
These two really never slowed down hahaha, I miss them!

This post is not wholly comprehensive and is intended as an overview, links provided lead to further details. Dates are in accordance with China Standard Time, the organization is chronological. 07-17 → LLD Fest’s fanworks week began. Day 17 prompts: Pre-filming, first times, red & blue
→ Colgate posted a photo ad featuring Gong Jun. They later posted another photo ad advertising their upcoming flagship store with a caption including, “love is coming as scheduled.”
→ Dragon TV posted a promotional image for Go Fighting! episode 4.

→ MUJOSH reposted several of the studio’s photos of Gong Jun advertising their sunglasses that he’s wearing in them. 
→ A video was spread, originating from an account recently found to actually be a paid fan, of a fanmeet with “Zhang Zhehan” that had supposedly happened the previous day. Collected information on this can be found [here].
→ Hogan posted a photo of Gong Jun from Go Fighting! advertising their shoes he’s wearing.
→ Zhang Zhehan, Gong Jun, and #JunZhe trended on Twitter and continued to trend through the next morning.
07-18 → LLD Fest day 18 prompts: Filming era, hurt/comfort, stars & moon.
→ A space was held discussing the fanmeet video and some information that was found about CAPA possibly being involved in Reuters articles published on 21-08-15. [recording] [written notes]
→ Louis Vuitton posted their commercial featuring Gong Jun that they previously released on 01-13. They later also posted two photo ads with him also previously released in January.
→ BEAST posted a commercial featuring Gong Jun. (1129 kadian)
→ Mengniu posted a photo ad featuring Gong Jun. 
→ QuelleVous shared publicly available records showing that as of 07-01, Zhang Mama has no ownership of the tea shop’s Taobao store.

→ #Mao Zijun Zhou Zishu# reached #1 in Weibo’s entertainment hotsearch after the actor, who had passed up the role when it was offered to him before it was given to Zhang Zhehan, started saying he could have done a better job at it.

07-19 → LLD Fest day 19 prompts: Post-filming, kisses, flowers
→ Fans used the #Mao Zijun Zhou Zishu# tag to help spread clarifications about Zhang Zhehan’s innocence and support him getting procedural justice. [passerby comments]
→ Tiffany & Co. posted a commercial and two photo ads featuring Gong Jun to their WeChat.
→ Baidu APP posted a video featuring Gong Jun announcing the 2022 Baidu Digital Conference.
→ QuelleVous posted a warning that multiple sources have said Gong Jun is going to be targetted by water armies in August in a similar fashion to 813. There are also warnings that a large attack on Zhang Zhehan and Zhang Mama will come at the end of this month. Brace yourselves. [an advisory on how to respond if this does happen]
→ Back to Field’s Weibo posted a submitted essay which included the Word of Honor quote “the world is not important, what’s important is finding a soulmate” (though written 知音 rather than 知己). The post was privated shortly after.
→ The Instagram posted three photos of “Zhang Zhehan” playing basketball. Caption: “Healing and flying 🏀” Shortly after, a 46 minute CCTV video was spread of the same event. [clip] [summary of the full video] Fans responded by posting content en masse of the real Zhang Zhehan playing basketball.  Fan Observations (also found in my Instagram masterpost):  -  Zhang Zhehan tore his meniscus and had to have 80% of it surgically removed in 2018, then had complications to it because he tried to rush his recovery. This is the reason he was forced to quit basketball. In April 2018 he said that an orthopedic specialist had told him his bones were not suited for vigorous exercise, and in March 2021 he said that he had accepted he had passed the point in time where it’s possible for him to recover fully. For these people to claim that he’s magically healed from that belittles what he has gone through and is frankly incredibly insulting.  -  Another interview from October 2020 talking about his injury in relation to sports  -  Medical report for an MRI scan posted by Zhang Zhehan in 2019: “Clinical history: Left knee ACL reconstruction ..., repeated swelling and pain.” “Findings: There is a medium sized joint effusion. A tiny Baker’s cyst ... is noted at the posteromedial aspects of the knee joint. The posterior horn of the lateral meniscus is absent likely resorbed secondary to previous tear. The body of the medial meniscus is extruded and atretic. Normal appearances of the medial and lateral meniscus are noted without tears, extrusion or degeneration. There is a short oblique tear at the body of the medial meniscus that extends as a horizontal tear in the posterior horn.”  -  Comment from a traumatologist  -  Testimonials from fans who also have limb disabilities: [1] [2] [3] [4]  -  To say nothing of the fact that he missed almost every shot, the imposter’s form in the video is horrible. Zhang Zhehan was given MVP in 2017 in a game where he was playing against an NBA player, the imposter looks like he’s never played the sport properly before. Form is not something that disappears, even after years of inactivity in the sport. It’s possible that part of it is caused by the imposter trying to replicate Zhang Zhehan’s shooting style when he himself (the imposter) is not left-handed.  -  Some footage of the real Zhang Zhehan playing basketball: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]  -  Fan testimonials about form muscle memory: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]  -  Two makeup artists can be seen working on his face at multiple points throughout the video. Ask youself, in what world does that make sense if he’s just “exercising with friends”? Maybe he needs to fix whatever makeup they’re using to make him look more like Zhang Zhehan?
The new tactic seems to be to give the impression that Zhang Zhehan is fooling around with friends rather than focusing on his case. Some people who believe this to really be him have already left out of frustration.
I’m no longer going to be directly linking the Instagram’s posts. At this point it is very clear the account is fake; if you’re still on the fence, you need to really think about what side you’re on. If you believe in the account, you’re agreeing that Zhang Zhehan has given up on his case, and you’re agreeing that Gong Jun is a bad person. Review everything that has happened if you need to, but continuing to individually consider each new piece of material these people put out will do nothing but gaslight you. Look at all of it in the complete context: It is fake. 
→ Kangshifu posted a photo ad featuring Gong Jun. The caption includes: “The ultimate romance in summer, of course, is to go to the waves (浪, same as in lld)! Go to the blue sea to say hi 🌊!”
→ 361° posted a video spoken by Gong Jun for the 19th Asian Games.
→ QuelleVous posted that evidence has been found for Xie Yihua paying off an intermediary to take down the Hengdian billboard from 07-15.
07-20 → LLD Fest day 20 prompts: Promo period, outsider POV, couples wardrobe
→ Colgate posted a photo ad featuring Gong Jun.
→ #JunZhe trended on Twitter
→ Dragon TV posted a preview for Go Fighting! episode 5. They also later posted two cut clips [here] and [here] from episode 4.
→ Tiffany & Co. posted a longer cut of the commercial to their Weibo.
→ Baidu APP posted a compilation video of AI Gong Jun to promote the 2022 Baidu Digital Conference.
→ QuelleVous began to post findings about Lao Ahyi, a well known solo fan in the Chinese fandom who has been discovered to have professional ties to CAPA. Posts sharing this information on Weibo were systematically removed. 
→ Dragon TV posted four gifs of Gong Jun from Go Fighting! episode 4.
07-21  → LLD Fest day 21 prompts: SHL concert, family, hexagons
→ #JunZhe continued to trend on Twitter.
→ Shots from the Tiffany & Co. commercial appeared on Weibo’s opening screen.
→ Gong Jun reposted the Tiffany & Co. commercial. Caption: “Love is a touch of blue, spend the romantic Qixi with @TiffanyAndCo”
→ Back to Field’s Weibo posted a solo promo image featuring Gong Jun.
→ A Twitter space was held by QuelleVous, Flora, Bluebird, and Naan discussing Lao Ahyi. [recording] [notes]
Lao Ahyi has been one of the ones directing all the major moves by Instagram-believers, including the recent removal of the Hengdian billboard. Throughout the entire time gong jun was giving his thanks, voice shaking and hands nervously shifting around before finding it's way to Zhehan's sleeve, Zhehan has been all smiles and supportive eyes. I have noticed that on both days of the concert, gong jun tends to go back to sticking to his han ge, in the way that he was finding his way back to his comfort space. Because this entire concert might have been more than overwhelming despite how well he has handled it.
It's not just that. Looking back at the days before, I found that whenever he felt alone, he would call for his han ge. Like when he was doing the da lao hu punishment, where he convinced zzh to at least sing with him and when he was bickering with HYM and instantly called Zhehan for backup.
Personally I think that Junjun is so instinctively reliant on Zhehan because time and time again, with every unsure step into a bigger world, every big programs and endorsement, he always had his han ge at his side, guiding him and protecting him.

Zhehan, at his turn, was stable, fondness in his eyes as he smilingly and bravely gave his thanks, giving every fan a place, and acknowledging the ship. So sincere and unwavering, eyes never leaving the audience, not to even look at gong jun who was at his side nodding to his every word.
And when he turns around to thank gong jun, sincerity in his bones, threading through his words, his gaze never leave gong jun. Once their eyes met, Zhehan's eyes started watering as the words "我永远都在" spilled from his lips laced with a smile.
I'm so thankful for this fancam because captured everything the livestream did not. Like the little tremble in gong jun's lips as he heard those words.
We saw that hug yesterday and how Zhehan pulled Gongjun back. And now I think it's to reassure Gongjun, who flung into his arms as a thankful affection, that this is not just fanservice or a formality, that he actually means it with every beat of his heart.
Zhang zhehan is as strong as he is soft hearted. He made a vow, one made very publicly at that. A vow to protect gong jun from whatever he has coming and a promise to face it with him even though he isn't someone strong enough to go ahead and do that without any repercussions. He singlehandedly shut down any oncoming rumors about how the cp is going to be split as they always do, because him and gong jun are not just a cp, they actually mean a lot to each other.

I want to protect this forever, as long as they will last. Because it's beautiful and I have never felt love like that before that it seems like a dream.
Despite how hard it was to let go of seeing them as Wenzhou, especially with how at the last minute of the concert, Zhehan was as much Ah Xu as he could be...

How crazy you must be to ever cross your mind that Simon is the one behind the persecution against Zhang ZheHan. Haven’t you been here or seen the videos of him willing to kill everyone who hurt our Maomao? Haven’t you seen him vow himself to Zhang Zhe Han, every time he entered a room? Haven’t you seen the devotion in his eyes, the reverence? How he instinctively gets up and people gets up with him awkwardly not knowing why they need to pay courtesy to Mao Mao? Haven’t you seen how he follows him blindly on everything? Haven’t you seen the “only Zhang laoshi”?

Please go to therapy then. My mind keeps going back to it’s kind of an open secret that Zhehan had his team train Jun Jun’s to be better able to care for him, how that last message to the fans on Day 2 of the concert unfolded... Happy Camp - Holding Hands
This fig set celebrates an extremely charming fan favorite story - about the possibility that Zhang Zhehan and Gong Jun were actually holding hands for a moment underneath the table at their Happy Camp interview.
Let's roll the footage, shall we?
Now I will say, I am as hard core as the next Junzhe fan, but this is a piece of speculative fan lore that I'm not sure I 100% believe. Do I think their hands could have been pressed up against each other? Or that Zhehan may have bumped him on the hand or knee? I sure do! We know Junjun was nervous about his appearance on the show, and I think it's entirely within the realm of possibility that Zhehan was providing some sort of tactile comfort for him at the filming. It's certainly in character for Zhehan, and also in character for Gong Jun to accept it as a matter of course. We've seen this time and time again during filming and during the promotional period.
Do I think they were actually holding hands? Probably not...but they could have been! And I certainly love all the geometric angles and speculation that the fandom has poured into this over time. I find it delightfully fun, and this fig set is like a beautiful love letter to the fandom.
Before we get started with the figs themselves, I will note that this is the fig set that I had to handwrite a statement of sincerity for in order to qualify to purchase. I talked about this in my post Character and Sincerity. You can see my (very!) poorly handwritten statement there.

While we're here, I'll show you the detail on the underside before we put them in their chairs. Zhehan's pants actually have a ton of detail. In my mind they're just jeans, but every time I see the video snip I am reminded there's a lot going on with them.

In pics of this fig set, I've seen clever fans dress up the table by adding a table skirt. So cute. I really need to do that.

You can see Zhehan sits slightly in front of Junjun in order to make the positioning work. I should really pull him a bit more forward and turned (as in around the table) so his hand tucks right under Junjun's.

I'm going to take the normal set of pictures of them without the table, so you can see more detail. You'll notice here they're sitting really high up in their chairs. That's because they kept slipping out, and I went ahead and stuck them on with some museum putty as a temporary measure. I meant to go back and glue them down...and then I forgot. I still have forgotten! I need to do that this weekend. I've given up on fig stickers and museum putty/wax for the most part - if something isn't going to stand/sit properly, I have found that glue is a must. Otherwise the other options tend to fail at the worst possible time, and figs tumbling down display shelves is the inevitable conclusion.
The museum putty here is too bulky, so they are both raised up, Junjun evven more so. They're adorable with their feet swinging free like that, but they'll look better with their feet level on the floor (and it'll be more secure, frankly).

When JunJun found out that poisoning was successful and that there was real chance for him to be punished (i dunno what could they do to him? Beat him on the back with sticks ala gusu lan style?) but Zhehan persuaded Merxat with 10 orgasms (because there's really long tongued servants in their house i guess) he was SO jealous. I'm not sure abt the punishment! I've only ever seen harems have austerity punishments like budget cuts or isolation. Not that I have to follow that in this ABO all male harem universe LOL.
But I am laughing at the prospect of JunJun blowing his entire month's budget on these see through sexy sleep robes for their night of passion which Zhehan obviously LOVES. And then JunJun lets it 'slip' how he doesn't have enough money for manor maintenance. Merxat is like - dearest if you do something like that again I'll poison JunJun and you know *I* will not miss my mark. Dearest himbo Zhehan is like infinitely turned on by his fierce wife and after much wheedling (because as you said Merxat is like no thanks! no need to spend the night here I want to live) finally convinces Merxat to sleep with him.
After another mind blowing night of many orgasms Merxat finally admits to himself that he doesn't want to stop sleeping with his husband. But all his attempts at friendship making is only met with bitterness and suspicion. Zhehan is shot by an errant arrow in an ambush during his travels. And finally JunJun and Merxat have a shared hobby. When they start bitching at each other, they get scolded by the doctor to give Zhehan rest or get out.
So they call a truce. And now that JunJun isn't constantly frowning or acting sickenly cute around Zhehan (which Zhehan might fall for but Merxat sure does NOT) Merxat thinks that JunJun really is quite beautiful if a little unpolished. And JunJun softens when Merxat teaches him how to properly bandage Zhehan's wounds, realizing that Merxat wasn't jealous about him marrying Zhehan at all. And Merxat really is so refined and elegant.
Zhehan who gets better soon after the truce then pretends to have sepsis so his wives can keep interacting. Merxat soon finds out that Zhehan was faking though (Zhehan really thought he could outwit him in inner harem politics?? Laughable) and so he and JunJun plan their revenge - which is obviously tying Zhehan up to a bed and 'using' him to their heart's content.

A JunZhe Fantasy World
Warning: I'm a JunZhe CPF / fan of their love, I believe they have a real relationship.
So like many of the shanren, after August and 813, I had a lot of trouble processing the grief of it all. I came late to the party and only got to know ZZH/GJ through Word of Honor in late August/September, partly because I heard about what happened. And then I fell into the deepest pit of love and appreciation for their relationship, but like a punch to the gut, I realized that it was all over. The enjoyment I got from witnessing their pure joy and love made me start to compile all of their interactions, and all the sagas like the Little Blue boy saga, the Ring saga, etc. And that wasn't enough either, so I made this tumblr to try and talk about all the pent up grief I have inside.
And I'm glad that many of you agree with me, that it really was a hard blow to take. That 813 was destructive to everyone, not only him, but his fans, the fandom community, all of it. Through this destruction, I just had a longing to see them again. So I decided to write a fanfic.
I don't know if any of you have heard or played Final Fantasy X, but it's one of my most favorite stories. It's about love, loss and grief, and gratitude. It's truly a beautiful fantasy, so I wanted to put Junjun and Maomao in there, and I'm also fusing some parts of the world of Word of Honor/Shan He Ling into it. To see everyone come alive again, interacting in a world that's equal parts full of sadness and hope.
Originally I only intended to write a small saga, but it grew and grew and grew, and my outline itself pushed past 10k+ words. And now I'm adding in pieces of their real JunZhe journey into the fantasy world. And I've already written like 5 chapters ahhhh. I've also decided to illustrate some of it so it's easier to see how beautiful that world is. Below is a small section of one of the scenes, I've already illustrated a few of the scenes, but more ideas keep coming to me haha.
Anyway, TLDR: I'm making a fix-it, illustrated JunZhe fic that's equal parts angst and love in the grand fantasy epic of FFX. I'll post it once I get past the first 20 chapters or so written... maybe ^^; We'll see! My twitter dedicated to this and my art for JunZhe/etc is watermarked on the image, if you'd like to come by. I haven't posted anything yet because I'm going through drafts still, but yeah, COPING. COPE WITH ME.

Happy Magi New Year!
I was given @gio-zzz as my secret giftee, and wrote them a fan fiction based around Kougyoku and the Kou Empire! It’s almost 4,000 words (more than I originally intended before giving a realistic estimate) so I’ve put it under the cut.
Flower Crowns
Kougyoku wandered through the palace, Ka Koubun at her side. Ever since returning from Sindria, her older brother, Koumei, had been asking her questions about the country and its King.
I should’ve known that his support of me going to marry Sinbad was to bring Sindra into the Empire. Her hairloops drooped at the thought. Worse than her brother angling her like a pawn was Hakuryuu’s refusal to answer any questions or help out at all meant that Kougyoku was the only person who could say anything satisfactory.
“Princess, what’s the matter?” Koubun asked.
“My older brothers are planning out how they’re going to attack Sindria, even though I don’t want them to. Even Kouha is interested in it. He said he was all for an attack after they take Magnostadt.”
“Cheer up, Princess. I’m sure everything will be alright,” Koubun said, though he wasn’t sure how it could be alright. Kougyoku was about to lose her first love to her brothers’ conquest of the entire world --- though Lord Kouen would probably keep Sinbad alive, for one reason or another. Then, Ka Koubun saw the palace gardens, and more specifically, flowers.
Flowers with long stems that help with making flower crowns.
“Uh, Princess! You learned how to make flower crowns in Sindria, right? Why don’t you show me how to make them? From what I’ve heard and seen, you’re very good at it,” he said, hoping that his plan would work. At this moment, distracting the princess was what he needed to do. Making her happy was imperative. So, despite not really being interested in flower crowns, or learning the art of making one, Koubun maneuvered Kougyoku toward the gardens, getting his key to power out of her funk.
“Hm? Sure,” Kougyoku said. The two of them walked along the garden path, Kougyoku selecting flowers carefully from bushes, testing their stems for springiness and length. Once she had enough, she sat down on the grass and handed half of them to Koubun.
“Alright, you need to take two flowers, and twist them like this, then add another, and twist some more… yeah, just like that!” she said happily. Koubun breathed a sigh of relief.
“I’m glad this is making you feel better, Princess Kougyoku,” he said. Kougyoku smiled.
His first flower crown didn’t come out so great, but Koubun refused to be bested by some measly flowers. He made a second crown, correcting the mistakes from the first one. Kougyoku, meanwhile, decided to make some crowns for her brothers. Kouen’s was made of red, yellow, and orange flowers, like the fire of his djinn, and the fire he lit in the hearts of his people. He really is an amazing leader, Kougyoku thought. She wove wine-red roses together, making sure their leaves poked out, and set it down for Koumei. He was a fairly bland person, and not very attractive, so she made sure she found beautiful flowers for him. Since Kouha was around, preparing for a diplomatic mission to Magnostadt, she made him a crown, too. It was made from white flowers, with little pink ones woven in between.
Kougyoku smiled at her handiwork, then looked at the flower crown Ka Koubun made. His was made of soft yellows and pinks alternating with each other.
“Here, Princess. This one is for you,” he said, holding the crown out to her. She bowed her head instead, and Koubun placed the crown atop her head.
“Kougyoku! En-nii-san just arrived,” Kouha called, coming out to the garden. “Where are you?”
This was perfect timing. Kougyoku smiled widely, picking up the flower crown she had made for him. She rose from where she had been sitting. Koubun moved quickly to grab the other two flower crowns.
“That’s good to hear. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve seen him. Here,” Kougyoku said, holding the flower crown out so Kouha could look at it. “I made this for you.” With an appraising eye, Kouha examined the crown, then he smiled.
“It’s good craftsmanship. Put it on for me?”
“Of course!” Kouha removed his hat, fluffing his hair when he did so, and handed it to Junjun. Kougyoku had a brief moment of pride when she remembered which of Kouha’s trio was which. Kouha bowed his head slightly, and Kougyoku placed the crown on his head.
“It’s perfect!” she cried, clapping her hands together. It worked well with his outfit. Kouha smiled, then turned to his attendants.
“What do you think?” he asked them.
“It looks amazing,” said Junjun.
“Magnificent!” Jinjin clapped.
“I want a flower crown, too,” Rinrin said.
“I’ll see if I can get flower crowns for all three of you,” Kouha said, preempting Junjun’s chastising of Rinrin’s whiny selfishness. The three of them cheered as Kouha turned to Kougyoku with a questioning look.
“I can teach you how to make them,” she said.
“That’s a good idea. It’ll be a better gift for your service if I make it myself. Right, we’d better get going to En-nii-san and Mei-nii-san.” The group headed toward Kouen’s personal study, where Kouha said their brothers were waiting. Kougyoku held their flower crowns, one in each hand, as carefully as possible. Neither was crushed in transit.
At least her princess training had taught her how to handle delicate objects.
Kouen’s study was directly attached to his bedroom, though it had its own door to the hallway outside, so a servant --- or a pair of siblings --- could come in without invading his privacy more than necessary. It was spacious, to say the least. The walls were completely covered by bookshelves, and the bookshelves were sagging a bit under the sheer number of scrolls and bound books they supported. At the center of the room was a large map of the entire world. In front of that was a desk, which had papers and scrolls strewn across it. Sitting in a chair behind it was Kouen. Standing next to him was Koumei, eyes open. At least he was awake… maybe.
Or maybe he had learned how to sleep with his eyes open, now? No, that wasn’t happening. He was talking with Kouen, chatting idly. Kougyoku suddenly felt very nervous. She was so young and inexperienced next to them, so utterly out of her element in comparison. She wasn’t even sure how to approach them, let alone give them the flower crowns she had managed not to forget.
“I found Kougyoku. She was out in the garden, making us some flower crowns,” Kouha said, pointing to his own. Kougyoku thanked him silently, walking toward the desk and holding the flower crowns up at the same time. Koumei raised an eyebrow, as did Kouen.
Despite being utterly intimidating, to the point that there was more than one instance where Kougyoku had merely nodded to him in the hall because her voice crapped out on her, Kouen smiled at the flower crown. He bowed his head, inviting its placement. Kougyoku gestured for Ka Koubun, handing Koumei’s to him so she could crown Kouen unimpeded. It looked good on his head, even if it was totally clashing with the rest of his outfit.
She doubted there were enough colors in the universe to match with the disaster he wore regularly.
Koumei proved to be more of a challenge. Kougyoku had to grab his ponytail --- so greasy --- and thread it through the crown first before it would set right on his head. Once it was on, she admired how the deep red matched with his dark magenta hair and eyes.
“This is too beautiful for me,” he muttered.
“Nonsense! You just need to take better care of yourself,” Kougyoku said. She didn’t dare touch his face. At all.
“Kougyoku,” Kouen said, capturing her attention immediately and bringing her back to the conversation having to do with her that they were about to have.
“Yes, brother?” She was motioned to sit, and did so promptly. Kouen smiled that wicked wolf smile he got when things were about to get interesting for the Empire in a good way.
It was better than the smile he had for “challenges,” as he called them.
“We’ve decided that you should take a position in the army.” That was a shock.
“R-really? What would I be doing?”
“You’ll be acting as General in the Western Subjugation Army,” Koumei said, his pretty flower crown barely piercing his constant gloom. “As we’ll be moving troops from the other armies to this one, in order to maintain the manpower necessary to conquer a new continent, we need more generals. You are one of them, but, since you’re new and have little experience, your contingency will be small, and essentially a reserve.”
“Don’t feel as though you’ll have nothing to do, however,” Kouen said. “Men fall all the time, and we’ll need fresh waves to keep the enemy from succeeding. You will be leading the charge later in the battle, bringing in the reserves to combat the tired enemy.”
“I see,” Kougyoku said, uncertain that she would be able to lead well. After all, this particular job required good timing. She had to be able to read the battle well enough to know when to charge in, didn’t she?
“You also don’t need to worry about when to move. That will be left to Kouen, or else another higher ranking officer. Your job is to lead the troops into battle, rally their morale, and charge the enemy with all the force you can muster,” Koumei said.
“It’s really not so hard. You’ll get used to it, soon,” Kouha said, patting Kougyoku on the back.
“We have confidence in you, Kougyoku. If we didn’t, we wouldn’t be promoting you like this,” Kouen said. Kougyoku grinned with glee, then controlled her face and nodded.
“I promise, I won’t let you down.”
Ka Koubun smiled as they left the room behind her brothers. Sure, he could do things to lift her mood, but his powers were limited. Her siblings, particularly Kouen, had a special relationship with her. Their presence and words were always helpful to her sour moods.
Kouen entered the war room, striding confidently to his usual place at the head of the table. Present before him were other generals of the Western Subjugation Army, who had returned with him for some well-deserved rest before shipping off again.
They were staring.
Looks of confusion and glances between themselves tipped Kouen off to something distracting them. He tried to figure out what it could be, as he, Koumei, Kouha, and now Kougyoku, took their places at the table before them. Kougyoku sat nervously next to Kouha on Kouen’s left side. Koumei was seated on his right, looking rather bored. With the stalwart refusal that had gotten Kouen this far, he started the meeting.
“Generals of the Western Subjugation Army, this,” he gestured to Kougyoku, who tried her best to look regal and menacing at the same time like her brother, “is the Eighth Princess Kougyoku. She will be serving as a general from this day forth. I expect that you will respect her as an equal and teach her well.” All of the generals present nodded, less distracted now that Koun was directly commanding their attention.
Then it struck him.
The flower crown was still on his head. Their flower crowns were still on all of their heads. He shrugged mentally. Too late to change this now.
“How can we be sure she will lead well? She may be a part of the Ren family, but she’s hardly more than a child. Can she handle so many men?” one general asked.
“I am certain she will do exceptionally well. She, too, is a Dungeon Capturer, and a King’s Candidate. Leading people is a natural-born talent for her,” Kouen said.
“More than that, she showed both restraint and resilience during the Balbadd uprising. The new opening we were given as a result allowed us to bring Balbadd into the Empire without needing to depose their King,” Koumei added. Had Kougyoku not known him as well as she did, she would have missed the brief flash of disgust that flitted across his face. Or maybe she was just projecting her own feelings toward… that King.
Shuffling and muttering went around the table amidst muttering, griping, and further questions. Finally, however, one of the generals raised his hand.
“Speak,” Kouen said. The table went silent.
“I will put my trust in you, Princess Kougyoku. And, if I may be so bold as to pose a question, Lord Kouen...”
“Yes?”
“What is on your head?” Kougyoku had been in the room when her sisters were on the verge of a fight, but she had never felt tension fill a room so quickly.
“This is a flower crown. Kougyoku made them for us,” Kouen said, waving his hand at the flower crowns on the Ren siblings’ heads.
“I… I see. Well, if she can lead an army half as well as she can make a crown, I think we’ll be in good hands,” the general said. Kougyoku liked him. The tension left the room, and with the support of the other generals, the meeting was adjourned.
There is a question that some of the palace servants ask, which is when does Koumei sleep? There is a different question which those who know him ask instead: when doesn’t he sleep?
Chu’un could swear he’d once seen the Second Prince nod off in a war meeting, but he couldn’t be sure. Koumei had kept up with the conversation, somehow. Now, he was watching over his master, who was definitely asleep this time, to make sure no one disturbed him, at least until sunset. He hadn’t slept for the past forty-eight hours, after all.
Marveling at the rose crown on his head, Chu’un stooped down, abandoning his watch temporarily to stroke a flower petal, and then a crown. It was rare for anyone to get this close to the Second Prince when he was asleep. He was a light sleeper, unless he let his guard down.
Someone was coming along toward the two of them, in a dusty corner of the palace’s first library. Chu’un strode to the entrance of the corner, of which there was only one --- Koumei had had this section reorganized a long time ago for the express purpose of having his own space. As the intruder came by, he shook his head at their entrance to this place, and they hurried along.
It surprised him that Koumei could be so comfortable with the roses on his head. In Chu’un’s experience, roses had pointy thorns. How were they not digging in? Upon closer examination, Chu’un could see that they had been removed. He nodded. It was a smart move, and one he could appreciate. He made a mental note to thank Kougyoku later for making the crown safe to wear.
Later that night, as Koumei wandered the palace in search of… something… the flower crown was largely forgotten. Some daughter of a noble or other walked past, and smiled at him.
“You have a lovely headpiece on tonight, Koumei. Tell me, have you decided to wear this for a particular reason?” she asked, swinging her body from side to side like she was innocent or something. Koumei stopped to look at her, a bit confused that she was addressing him at all. He had barely even noticed she was there.
“No, there’s no particular reason.”
“So… you don’t have anyone you’re meeting with?” Oh, wait. She was flirting, wasn’t she?
No, thanks.
“I do, actually. I’m meeting with a representative of a King from a recently added country. We’re going to be discussing my marriage to his daughter,” Koumei lied. Thank the gods for his years of practice.
“Oh,” the woman said, visibly deflating. “Well, I hope it goes well.”
“I hope so, as well.” Koumei hurried off, trying to figure out what it was he had been feeling the need for before she confused him. Maybe he was hungry. When was the last time he ate?
He went to the kitchen, keeping the smile off his face. That was the first time in years a woman had approached him without hiding their disgust at his general appearance.
It was a fine day for a stroll through town, thought Kouen, walking leisurely along and looking at everyone bustling about their lives. There were women who were getting food for that night’s dinner with the money they and their husbands had earned. Children were playing merrily in the streets. Men were bringing crates and boxes from the transport center to the places they needed to go.
Altogether, it was an excellent day, and one which would be talked about for some time, as it was the day that the Crown Prince Kouen came strolling along wearing a flower crown. Many people stopped and stared for some time. For the second time since having it on his head, Kouen forgot that he was wearing a flower crown at all and kept walking, assuming the staring was because the royals always traveled by palanquin or horse, instead of by foot.
His household vessels followed dutifully behind, Shou En the dragon carrying a sack of gold, and not one of them sure why they were in town, or where they were even going. Kouen had simply said he was going out, and they had come along. Through the streets they went, the answer becoming more and more clear as they reached the artisan district. Seishuu stared at the flower crown on Kouen’s head, wondering what his plans were, but knowing that they probably had to do with the gift his dear little sister had made for him.
Sure enough, they made it to a jeweler who was known for making finely crafted items. While jewelry was a secondary need in society, it was necessary to keep the cash flow moving. People liked shiny things, and the women in this place tended to like shiny jewelry.
“Excuse me, sir,” Kouen said, entering the shop. Seishuu could see that the shopkeeper was, in fact, a woman. He stifled a laugh as she got indignant from where they couldn’t see, and bent down to mention her gender so Kouen could correct himself.
“Ah, forgive me, Madam. I didn’t see you properly,” Kouen said, as she came around the corner. She looked him up and down, raised an eyebrow at the flower crown, which Kouen promptly removed. “I was wondering if you would be willing to gild the edges in gold.”
“Gold? Do you think I have enough for all of these petals?” she asked, taking the flower crown in hand. It was bigger than the usual crown, with three layers piled on top of each other. While each was predominantly red, orange, or yellow in ascending order, there were flowers that were interspersed between each to make it come alive with vibrancy. She nodded at the handiwork.
“I do.” He gestured for Shou En to bring the gold in, and showed it to the shopkeeper.
“That’ll be enough. I’ll get to work on this right away, after we discuss cost, of course.” Kouen pulled out a few wads of cash, handing them over to be counted.
“This will be more than enough.” The shopkeeper nodded. Between provision of materials, and the fact that there was over a hundred thousand Fan in her hand, she couldn’t help but agree. Seishuu said nothing, but he was questioning the relative sanity of his master.
He wouldn’t be saying anything about that, either.
With the flower crown safely with the jeweler, and set to be completed quickly, Kouen and his Household members left the shop and went back to the palace.
“Was it really worth that much?” Seishuu asked, once they were back in the walls.
“Of course. That’s the first gift Kougyoku has ever made me. It’s important that I keep it safe and sound.”
It was later in the evening, and Kouha was walking home from the gardens. Well, home was a relative phrase for the place he was going. Anywhere in the palace was home, but there was only one place that was really home home for him: his and his mother’s wing.
In his hands, Kouha held a flower crown in his hand. While his own had started to wilt, this one was perfectly fresh, a good inverse of his own, mostly pink with little white flowers peeking out between each one.
He approached his mother’s room, knocking on the door.
“Mother? May I come in?” There was some shuffling on the other side, then the door opened a bit. Kouha knew the invitation for what it was, and walked inside. Even if his father never visited, he did often enough to know his mother’s mannerisms, strange as they might seem from the outside. It came with growing up with them during his younger years.
Inside was a mess. There were clothes everywhere, the bed was unmade, and, assuming the desk had managed to stay inside the room this time, half the furniture was stacked against the door’s wall.
So his mother was keeping people out again. Kouha nodded, then looked at the woman, and smiled lovingly. She was still beautiful, after all she’d been through.
“Hey, mom? Can we take a bath together?” He was still her parent, sometimes. Other times, thanks to his own insistence in being himself, she saw him as Kouha, her little boy. Rarely, in those moments, she saw him as someone who could take care of himself.
“Of course, Little Ha. Come on, let’s go take a bath.” They went to the bath room, where his mother drew the water herself. She preferred to do things herself, refusing to let others help her, or take control. Kouha set the flower crown on fresh clothes he grabbed from her wardrobe, gathering the rest of the clothing that was flung about and setting them in a basket outside the door. He could make the bed later for her.
Once the bath was ready, they hopped in, and washed each other, like they had for years. Kouha had always wanted to be more of a help to his mom, and, despite her protesting that she should be caring for him, Kouha had eventually won because he wasn’t a little kid anymore (at age ten.)
With his mother clean for the first time since her most recent anti-social spell --- at least, that was what he was figuring --- Kouha dressed himself in clean clothes, helped her with her waist sash, and presented the flower crown, putting his own on his head.
“Here, mom. I made this for you.” She grinned.
“Put it on, put it on, put it on!” Kouha obliged, getting the crown onto her head, then laughed as she danced around the room.
“I’m a queen! I’m a queen, I’m a queen!”
She was happy.
That night, as Kougyoku went to sleep, she hoped her brothers liked their crowns.

Kuroshitsuji Seiyuu Event (Aurora Society Phoenix Banquet) - Fan report

I attended the live-viewing of the Night Event of the Kuroshitsuji Aurora Society Banquet (Seiyuu event) in my Prefecture. Full event report under the cut!

The guests for the night were Ishikawa Kaito (Ryan Stoker, and emcee for the event), Ono Daisuke (Sebastian Michaelis), Fukuyama Jun (Grell), KENN (Ronald Knox) and Takuma Terashima (Snake). 
The event started with each of them making an entrance to the stage. There is an entrance with a white curtain in the middle of the stage. Each seiyuu took turns to appear. We were shown their shadow/silhouette, before the seiyuu was revealed and then they introduced themselves.

OnoD did a fabulous Phoenix pose, JunJun did the famous Greek statue pose (Discobolus of Myron), KENN did some weird pose that the silhouette did not show up properly on the screen (OnoD & JunJun were complaining), and Terashima made an animal shadow of a wriggling snake. 
 We started the event with a toast to the ‘banquet’. Ishikawa-san invited the audience to stand with their drinks and joked that they have to do the Phoenix pose with their drink in hand. But due to safety and space constraints, the seiyuus told the audience to just do a normal toast while the seiyuus did the Phoenix pose with their toast. 
Each of the seiyuus say a bit of the Phoenix pledge 
Ishikawa: 完全なる
Terashima: 胸の炎は
KENN: 何者にも
JunJun: 消せやしない。
OnoD: 我ら…
Everyone: PHOENIX!!!
JunJun then told everyone to do their best fake laughter like how rich people do at banquets and we see the seiyuus doing funny forced laughter. It was super funny!
‘Thrones’ or specially decorated high-chairs were brought out on stage.

Everyone in the audience was laughing so hard at OnoD’s chair because... IT LOOKED LIKE THE GAME OF THRONES SWORD THRONE!!!! His chair had (cardboard thank god!) silverware knives jammed to the back of the chair. 
 OnoD was giggling and joked that by the end of the afternoon event, he looked like this ... he then sat on the chair and pretended to look dead while rolling his eyes back. It was sooooo funny! 
 The two shinigami seiyuus had a chair shaped like their death scythes and Terashima had a chair with two snakes wrapped around it (one boa constrictor and the other a green grass snake). 
We then started the first segment of the night, Keyword Notebook.
The first segment was a talk based on keywords on a notebook. There were 6 phrases in the “notebook”, the ones which I can remember are とぼっちゃん、スタンプ and スネーク . Sorry, I have a bad memory. 
So each seiyuu choose a keyword and the seiyuu whose keyword was selected had to talk about it. OnoD’s keyword was selected (I cannot remember what it was) and he was talking about Toboso-sensei. 
He then showed off the seal Toboso-sensei drew on the back of his hand. He said it only took her 10-minutes to do so!

Someone chose the ‘snake’ keyword and Terashima got to talk about his role as Snake and of course, his snakes! Terashima shared about how the snakes are Snake’s family and each of them had endearing characteristics to make them so ‘human’. 
OnoD: What about a mecha snake? Terashima: Mecha? OnoD: (uses his hand to imitate a snake) You know robot? Mecha snake... Terashima: I don’t think robot technology exists in that time period. KENN: Eh! The Shinigami death scythes are machines! (pats his lawn mower seat).Maybe we can use the same technology. Terashima: Oh, that might work then! Mecca snake... Toboso-sensei, onegaishimasu! The rest: Onegaishimasu!!!  
JunJun’s keyword was selected and he was joking about something him saying some slang that he shortened “yabei”  to ‘behhh’. The rest joked if the “behhh” meant Junichi Suwabe. Just in time as the first segment wrapped up, Ishikawa-san then told us that he received a letter from Junichi and he read it out. 
Junichi sent his apologies for missing out on the event as he had another clashing event to participate in, and hope that we will still enjoy the event nevertheless. 
 After Ishikawa-san finished reading the letter, JunJun was such a tease! He started kissing the sky and patting his heart. The rest laughed and told JunJun that Junichi isn’t up there (dead/in heaven). 
 We then moved to the second segment - nama afureko (live reading). 
Their lovely chairs were moved to the side of the stage and Ishikawa-san told them to sit there until their names were called. 
 Each time OnoD got up to read, JunJun kept picking up the cardboard knife to slash OnoD’s back - a total of 3 times! It was super funny because OnoD didn’t know what was going on and was wondering why the audience kept laughing each time he got up. 
OnoD: What’s happening? 
The rest: It’s best if you don’t know (secretly laughing). There were a total of 8 scenes that the seiyuus performed live from the movie. 
The first one was with OnoD and Terashima-the scene where Lizzy & Ciel were trapped on top of the storage boxes with Snake and Sebby arrived late to help. 
The next scene was KENN & JunJun doing the Titanic scene. The actors joked that it was Taihen-ic (wordplay mix of Titanic and taihen)! Super funny! Because the scene had a reverb sound effect for Grell...
Ishikawa: Fukuyama-san, how was the nama reverb? (live reverb)
JunJun: It was crappy!!!! 
Poor Terashima-san had to sit out for the rest of the nama afureko while the rest had scenes to perform. He then became the emcee while Ishikawa was on-standby to read his serifu.
Ishikawa: Sorry, you have to sit there again. Just...endure a bit more!
Terashima: *pretends to cry*
Ishikawa: We don’t need you in this scene, there arent’t enough standing mics...
Terashima: It’s not about the mics!!!! 
OnoD also did a solo reading of the scene where Sebby first met Ciel and was named Sebastian. The rest of the seiyuus teased him and begged for money in exchange for praise (OnoD kept bribing Terashima throughout the event if each time he was praised earlier on).
After the nama afureko segment, the seiyuus went backstage to rest while the audience watched 3 of the seiyuu’s favourite scenes on the screen.  Ishikawa chose the Phoenix scene of Ciel and Sebby, Terashima chose the scene where Undertaker slashed Sebby during the fight on the ship. And we ended with OnoD’s favourite scene which was when Ciel praised Sebby for doing well fighting the zombies in the middle of the ocean with a big injury. 
The cast then returned to the stage to talk about why they chose those particular scenes. Terashima was gushing about the visual effects of the shinigami fight scene and OnoD asked if he should be sitting in the audience instead haha. 
OnoD also shared that he found his selected scene touching and felt that the audience watching it was equally touched as well. While speaking, Terashima caught a floating ‘touched heart’ in the air and patted it on OnoD’s chest. JunJun then ripped the ‘heart’ out of OnoD’s chest and flung it far away. 
OnoD: O-oi! Ore no kandou kaesuuu~ (Oi, give me back my touched heart!!!)
Then, we moved on to segment three - STAGE GAMES WHOOOO!!!
OnoD and Terashima were in the Servants Team and JunJun and KENN were in the Shinigami team. The game has ranks (Royalty, nobles, normal people /peasants, beggars, corpses). If the team loses the round, they get downgraded - I will explain more later. Both teams started at the normal people/peasants rank with normal folding chairs. 
Game 1: Guess the object
Servants team choose two objects to tease the blindfolded Shinigami team with. We had JunJun put on the moe eyemask and KENN a macho eyemask. They then held hands. It was HILARIOUS!!!!
Out of several objects on the table ( we had a duster, a queen’s crown, a crucifix, two monster silicone masks, a tub of green slime, a blow up plastic chainsaw ), OnoD picked the green slime and Terashima picked the queen’s crown.  
They then teased the two blindfolded seiyuus with the objects and they kept screaming: “FUZZY AND SHARP!!” “AHHH, SLIMEY!!!” 
The Shinigami pair guessed the crown wrongly and they got downgraded to ‘beggars’ rank. As the stagehands moved the chairs and gave them a tatami mat, wooden boxes for stools and cracked wooden bowls with no water - the four kept playing with the green slime and moaning. At one moment, all four of them stuck their fingers into the tub together and moaned, and got scolded by Ishikawa-san for not paying attention. Oh god, I never laughed so hard in my life. 
The servants team’s chairs were upgraded to bouncy plush chairs and they kept bouncing on their seats. They were served water in glasses too while the Shingami pair had no water at all lol.
Game 2: Guess Snake’s Voice 
In this game, OnoD has to play alone and guess which of the digitally-altered/auto-tuned voices belongs to Terashima. KENN, JunJun and Terashima went behind the curtained entrance in the middle of the stage and we see their shadow/silhouettes. The trio then started making animal shadows with their hands, it was so funny!!!! OnoD then described the animals he saw - dogs, rabbits, snakes. At one point, someone made a crab or spider which the rabbit ate up lmaooooo
OnoD told all three to say Snake’s iconic line “...said Oscar.” Instead of them saying that line, the first speaker said 
“FUZAKENNA!” (Don’t screw with me) The voice was high-pitched so it was hilarious, but we all instantly knew whose voice it belonged to. 
The second person said “Daisuki da yo..” (I love you.) The digital-manipulation made the voice super deep and bassy, it was SO SO FUNNY! OnoD then said that voice sounded like Agni. 
The third person said something which I didn’t catch because we got a super high-pitched effect. 
OnoD was then given a second chance because he still couldn’t figure it out. So the three of them started speaking again, this time round, OnoD wanted to hear about how they felt about the Kuroshitsuji series. OH MY GOD, the three of them started rambling non-stop, and with the digital manipulation on their voices, it was so damn funny even OnoD was laughing and telling them to stop talking so much. The deep bassy voice of the 2nd speaker was so hilarious even Ishikawa-san said he can’t understand him because the bass was too deep.
OnoD then had to guess whose voice is Snake out of the three and he guessed correctly! The curtain went up and Terashima went over to shook OnoD’s hand.
Terashima: I am so happy you could recognise me.
OnoD: Of course. I am one hell of a butler. 
Terashima: You are so good to me....
OnoD: You get money later. (winks winks) 
Because the Servants team won this round, their seats got upgraded. The backstage staff brought out a long velvet love-seat and wine glasses of water. JunJun then saunted over to sit on their chair and the backstage staff member pushed him away like a bouncer hahahhahaha. OnoD and Terashima then reclined on the seat and posed like idols lmaoooo. 
While on the other hand, JunJun and KENN were given dangly eye glasses (the one with dangly eyeballs) and graveyard cardboard pictures were brought out. They have lost twice so they are in the corpse/zombie rank now.  The two of them started bobbing their heads to make their dangling eyeballs bounce, it was so funny! 
Game 3: Romantic Phoenix Pose 
In this game, we were shown the clip of Druitt doing the Phoenix pose with Ciel x Sebby and Grell x Ronald. So there are 3 poses that they have to come up with. The loudest applause from the audience wins. 
OnoD and Terashima did some cute Betty Boop pose with their butts pushed outwards like how she does, it was so cute!! JunJun and KENN were wriggling around on the ground like zombies while the two demonstrated their cute pose, it was so funny. 
Then, it was the shinigami team’s turn. JunJun and KENN stumbled and shuffled around like zombies all over the stage.
Ishikawa: OI! DON’T MOVE AROUND SO FREELY! MY THROAT HURTS ALREADY! 
Of course with their dangly eye glasses, the two approached each other from opposite ends of the stage, touched hands together romantically before ending with the titanic “I’m flying” pose. IT WAS SO FUNNY WITH THE DANGLY EYES!!
The Shinigami team won based on audience applause, so they got upgraded from their beggar rank to Noble rank and they kept bouncing on their chairs, whereas the backstage staff threw the mat haphazardly on the ground and tossed their wooden box seats and cracked bowls on the mat to the servants team.
OnoD: W-what’s this? You guys laid it out so nicely for them earlier!!!
(Both of them then sat on the wooden boxes looking pitiful. After a while, OnoD stretched out his legs lazily haha).
Game 4: Make Ishikawa break his Phoenix pose
Both teams have to guess how many seconds for Ishikawa-san to break his phoenix pose. Servants team: 5 seconds. Shinigami team: 15 seconds. Both teams were given props to tease Ishikawa-san with. This game wasn’t very funny. The shinigami team won as the time taken for Ishikawa-san to topple over was exactly 15-seconds! 
The shinigami team won the game overall and they get a cruise and dinner in Tokyo bay (I am not sure if true or not). 
Finale: Thank You Speeches
We had the seiyuus do their thank you speeches one at a time. OnoD got really emotional during his thank you speech, and said that Sebastian is the one character that represents him and his career as a seiyuu. He is thankful to be the voice of Sebastian and hopes he can continue doing his best.
Once again, the cast got everyone to do the phoenix pledge and pose together and each cast left the stage one by one with a pose and a bow. 
OnoD was last to leave the stage with him saying “Yes, my lord.” and kneeling. It was so beautiful~ 
I had such a great time and laughed so much! Can’t wait for the musical in February 2018, I will be back with another fan report!
