This is part of a weekly series collecting updates from and relating to Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan.
This post is not wholly comprehensive and is intended as an overview, links provided lead to further details. Dates are in accordance with China Standard Time, the organization is chronological. My own biases on some things are reflected here. Anything I include that is not concretely known is indicated as such, and you’re welcome to do your own research and draw your own conclusions as you see fit. 03-03
→ The whaler MistyRose posted a screenshot of account stats that can only be seen by the account holder for the official Ranyi Music YouTube channel (associated with the Zhang Sanjian songs.) This suggests that at the least she has some insider connection with the scam that allowed her to receive the screenshot personally, and it's possible that she's the one running the account herself.

→ Za posted another teaser photo ad featuring Gong Jun. (1129 kadian)
→ The Instagram posted six photos of "Zhang Zhehan" and "Zhang Mama" and four of an aquarium.
03-04
→ Gong Jun posted a commercial for the makeup brand Za, announcing that he is their new global spokesperson. This was reposted by his studio.

→ The Instagram posted a video of the most recent scam concert.
→ Za held a livestream to promote the new endorsement with Gong Jun. During this, a number of people with obviously CPF usernames won several giveaways, and the streamer reportedly said "Oh [you're] also a fan of Zhehan" to one of them. Sources: [1] [2]
→ 361° posted a promotional video featuring Gong Jun.
Fan Observation: The video shows him colouring flowers in with red. In the final shot one flower is still left uncoloured, recalling Zhou Zishu's plum blossom mural in Word of Honor.

→ Some of the old essays posted by Zhang Sanjian at the very beginning of the scam (early 2022) were reposted, but edited to remove the implications against Gong Jun and CPFs. It's been discussed quite bit by now that trying to appeal to solo fans at the expense of CPFs so early on was the scam's biggest mistake, as it caused CPFs to become sceptical and begin investigations. This is not the first time that the scam has shown signs of wanting to backtrack on that move.

→ The Fox Spirit Matchmaker Weibo posted a promotional image of Gong Jun's character to celebrate the show reaching 4 million viewer reservations. Caption: "Refreshing and clear, with eyebrows like poetry. Dongfang Yuechu @ Gong Jun Simon seems to be the person in the painting."
→ Gong Jun posted a short commercial for Za to his Douyin.
Fan Observation: The product is called Magnetic (贴贴, tietie) Powder, the same word fans use for how Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan would often bump against each other when they were working together. I could be wrong, but I couldn't find any evidence of this product existing prior to Gong Jun's endorsement.
→ Gong Jun's studio posted a little video celebrating Fox Spirit Matchmaker's milestone. Caption: "Pure fire is invincible🔥Candied haws never leaves the hand✌️ #Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red Moon Chapter has more than 4 million reservations#, @ Gong Jun Simon's new mission props are now distributed!" The same was also posted to the studio's Douyin.

→ Gong Jun posted four photo ads he did for L'Oreal to his Xiao Hong Shu.

→ The scam announced a short film entitled "August" directed by "Zhang Zhehan", using footage that the scam gang took during the bike trip in August 2022. The intention of this is very obviously to have search results for the film come up with information about 813.

Hello! I stumbled upon your account not long ago... I can't 😣🤲 I would like to read some candies or melons but I don't know where to find them. I would like to know if you plan to publish some... Or maybe you could recommend some accounts or something like that ❤️❤️❤️
Hi there! Welcome to the JunZhe/LLD fandom xD There are literally HUNDREDS if not a thousand candies involving them, so even I don't know them all lol. Of course, these are all observations from fans or facts on a timeline. They are unconfirmed, fun tidbits of what fans think happened between ZH and GJ and their true intentions are unknown and private to their own lives :). NOT that I'm saying some of these candies are not HARD candies, like, just no heterosexual explanation for them, but that's my disclaimer haha.
Here are some sources:
Xiaobabiiwawa's account lists a lot of candies, you can search through their twitter history by using advanced search on twitter and keywords, or go by dates. (I think she's moved onto the KinnPorsche fandom, but her history is all there). This is a link to their original list of candies from the Rainy Night group (one of the first LLD groups). Many of these candies, btw, ended up being confirmed such as ZZH staying in GJ's trailer during that rainy night. They are just SO sweet, I love re-reading this list every so often.

3. This is from Feb 2022, Valentine's day candies from GJ.
4. Amber's twitter also compiles a ton of candies, I just went backwards on their timeline to see them :).
5. There was also a recent Twitter Space hosted by Blue/Flora where they discuss a lot of candies esp from the CN side! It's also very fun to listen to other people fan about JunZhe/LLD hahaha. They and Naanthots/88qilin on twitter tend to host a lot of twitter spaces for the fandom / for ZZH's case, I recommend those as well bc they're so interesting to listen to!
6. There's currently a LLDFest happening on twitter/tumblr right now, and we are all participating sharing what we love about them, sharing candies, sharing inspirational songs and such, it's very wholesome and positive! This is my twitter if you'd like to drop by, come check it out!!
My personal list of candies are organized into folders, but I have a folder for every month from like 2020 WOH filming to Now, so it's JUST SO MUCH lol. I can't list them alllll it would take me ages!

1. Jiangxi's Fire Department (from Zhang Zhehan's hometown) wished Gong Jun a Happy Father's Day on their official weibo. What is the context, you ask? It's likely a reference to one of Gong Jun's many nicknames within the fandom. And yes, the supposed "mother" is exactly who you think it is.
You'd think that after the end of all official promotions for WOH, their chaotic hometown weibo accounts would finally run out of excuses to make all these wild posts, but it's been months now. Apparently, peace was never an option.
2. ElleMen Magazine posted a feature about male celebrities and their "heart-thumping moves". For Gong Jun, they used his interactions with Zhang Zhehan as an example.
"In order to match the height of the other person, he lowers his head and slightly bends down. Just thinking about this picture, one's heart jumps out! For this, we have to cue Gong Jun. Although their height difference is just a few centimeters, he always bows his head everytime he listens to what Zhang-Laoshi has to say,"
"And the whole process is very natural, a completely subconscious reaction. During the recording of the variety show Ace Actress, Zhehan simply tapped Junzi and Junzi automatically lowered his head to listen to him,"
"Let's take a look at how the two usually look at each other. Well, the background music should be: "I smile as soon as I see you! Your elegant demeanor is so wonderful~"
If you have any questions don't even bother asking because nobody knows what the hell is going on.
3. Marie Claire's official weibo accidentally posted a photo of Zhang Zhehan in Gong Jun's supertopic. They realized their mistake half an hour later and corrected it, but it was too late and people were already clowning them in the comments section. #Marie Claire tags wrong supertopic trended on weibo.
People were trolling them nonstop in the comments, helpfully posting pictures of the two and pointing out "This is Gong Jun. This is Zhang Zhehan,"
Hundreds of variations of the same comment flooded the post's comment section. People were also tagging them in posts with the same joke. It seemed that Marie Claire's mistake managed to spawn a new meme.
Finally, to everyone's amusement, Marie Claire deleted their post. People assumed they couldn't take the thousands of people clowning them. Marie Claire, however, came back with a vengeance and straight up posted photos of GJ and ZZH together and captioned it "This is Zhang Zhehan, this is Gong Jun,"
Following the usual timeline of dangai dramas, everyone should be treating these two as "strangers" who should never appear in the same frame by now, but it seems that the brainrot is just too strong for these two.

everyone else: "YA'LL HEAR SUMN"
4. It seemed that Ifeng Entertainment caught a whiff of the newly spawned meme and decided to join in on the clownery. They tagged Zhang Zhehan's supertopic on a post calling him out for spraying sunscreen over his shades. They attached pictures of him, but one of those pictures was.......not like the rest.
Anyway, rules no longer apply. The brainrot has taken over. Everyone is confused. I'm confused. These people have all gone nuts.

About Internet Water Army in the case
This is an ongoing update about the case from start to development. List of all related posts can be found on this blog's pinned post (link provided at bottom of each post as well).

[The purpose of this post is to provide a perspective as to why the Media is raised/blamed regarding the issue. Especially for international fans, as all the encounters happened on Weibo. Also, those who were on weibo, do read through if you will. So although it's lengthy, do try to read all, at least if not the last two parts].
The Media referred by most, is not the common perception of the Entertainment Industry (celebrities, directors, shows, channels, staff etc), but the dark side of the Entertainment industry: Antis, toxic fans, toxic marketing accounts. They are called Internet Water Army💧.
Toxic Marketing Accounts is one of the things they do, these accounts on Weibo has millions of followers, each of their post likes are in the hundred thousands (buyable) to give credibility to passer-bys. Some use similar names to Official accounts, some use similar logos. Their posts are usually subjective or aims to steer view points of a certain celebrity/movie/show. Before the latest update of this post (18.08.21), I just group them all together and term them as Immoral Media*.
*Below is my original post using my original term because at point of first draft, I did not know the official term (so have changed/added the term from Immoral Media to Internet Water Army in content below but retain the content based off first draft).
If you have chased before celebrities, or just simply passed by an article about certain celebrities, recall how some title that caught your attentions were like. Clickbaits is one of the many things they do. If GZ is your first and you do not have Weibo, then this read(link) is good enough.
Just as the term Immoral Media (Internet Water Army), it’s immoral and unethical, but they exists because they are paid to do so. Who pays them? Entertainment Companies, and maybe other Organisations
Normal Media/Marketing vs Immoral Media/Toxic Marketing/Internet Water Army
When a show or movie comes out, the normal Marketing department will generate outreach and buzz so that people know a show is airing soon/know the show exists etc. Official announcements are not enough, because there isn’t much context (limited content to put up as well) so having some other Marketing accounts do the buzz in a planned period to gain awareness through posts, some articles about the casts, the plot summary, the production details etc is normal. This is Marketing, bigger companies will probably have stronger Marketing departments (aka influence) and can hire more Marketing accounts to generate buzz. Celebrities (aka casts) themselves, are also Marketing point.
Then we have the Internet Water Army/Immoral Media, these are what they mainly do:
Create Fanfiction-rumors: Creating rumors about celebrities to shift audience perception of them. [eg. XX was seen with XX leaving a hotel, XX was drunk on Event Y and did ZZZ to AA, XX is dating BB and has been in a relationship for N years etc]
Honing their brain degrading skills: Come up with titled clickbait headings/ trending topics with negative written contents. For articles, exceptionally out of heading content related to the celebrity. [Refer to Baidu, it’s a winner of these, feel free to Google Translate]
Regressing their common sense and understanding skills: Take everything a celebrity does completely out of context in a negative way and create a topic out of it [eg. XX said AA is a ---, “XX raised his finger, a sign of ---?”, XX pushed BB aggressively on Variety Show Y - A competition variety show, XX is in beef with CC because XX was caught giving CC the eye]
Using their fingers to stir shit and bathe each other in it: Escalate all smallest form of possible tension created by fans/themselves into a huge thing by acting as the fandom's fans/lurk in fandom chat groups, and voicing their disguised opinion to spread tension/exaggerate severity of the issue [eg. XX fans mocked AA - in groupchats: tbh I've never liked AA before, AA just gives off a vibe that I dont like and now this? It just disgusts me even more > Yea, i feel this way too. AA has problems / XX Lurkers expressing views on XX about NN, slowly to NNMHFXW - XX did NNMHGT - I cannot accept NNmHfHw, I'm leaving = multiply by 1000++]
Epitome of a self-deteriorate: Creating something out of nothing and react to that something negatively to gain massive attention/reaction [eg. “XX raised his hand on show Y” - dk what XX fans are thinking, are they literally blind? XX fans are tasteless just like XX hahaha / “XX did community service” - they are acting / “XX breathed” - From the start, i thought XX was NN, but I am so ZZZ that XX breathed. Goodbye fandom, i’m leaving. Those who still want to stay I urge you to rethink your life choices] - if I may add, Xiao Zhan’s fanfiction case as well.
Metaphor - Ability to use bare hands to collect paychecks from the urinal/toilet bowl where their boss/client peed in: Doing all of the above.
Apologies for any term offense, but not apologetic of the term context. This is what they do for a living. Any normal human being who do not like anything, will generally not be interested at anything about it in the first place, so to have some antis/toxic fans knowing certain things and inside jokes/references in their posts questions their goal.
On involved in Internet Water Army/Immoral Media 💧
Fans on weibo during these few months witnessed many of the above on GZ. From rumored girlfriend (spammed with articles) to mean and nasty comments on trending topics, to bouts of insults and fake emotional cryouts by certain fan accounts that GZ's office has to release a number of Lawyer’s letter to them.
Aside from WOH there were also a few other BL adaptation films that were actually released this year but they did not reach exponential success like WOH. BL adaptations are so highly followed by because this is the key to wealth. Literally. Successful BLs like The Untamed and Dao Mu Bi Ji saw the amount of wealth fans are willing to spend on the celebrity as compared to say BG or idols (younger fan groups). This is why when WOH shot up exponentially, Immoral Media start to sweat.
Major anticipated adaptations were supposed to air this year eg. Hao Yi Xing(HYX), Sha Po Lang(SPL) etc but was severely held back due to the stricter change in BL adaptations submitting their scripts for approval regulations (WOH manage to submit earlier before the change). Because of this, most final films were rejected and they have to keep re-editing, by then WOH was already months into reaping tonnes of major brand endorsements, shows/movie casting, variety show appearances etc, something that is seen as too successful in the Immoral Media’s eyes, because they have to create buzz for other celebrities, some are specific celebrity oriented and thus circulate rumors about having endorsement opportunities shifted from celebrity X to GZ (think fanfiction-rumors and shit stirrer) causes tension in celebrity fandoms. - A real event just in July:
The Untamed’s cp fandom is called BJYX which had always been in the Top 1 of Cps for 2 years dropped for awhile to Top 2, over taken by LLD. Both of them had a war and hated each fandom, one fandom is somehow not allowed to like the other fandom even casually after everything broke out because it started out with some BJYX toxics photoshopped GZ on of portraits .
Also another case of which he wore the same costume as WYB did in a previous photoshoot and it became a useless comparison of who wore better, who looks better, degrading the other. (Finger stirring shit).
Now apply all of the above things the Internet Water Army do and we have them earning money, while both fandom reacts and hate each other.
In LLD, our own fans started suspecting each other on who is a spy from BJYX and what not.
The first few months of Internet Water Army saw LLDs mostly mocking them because the average age is 30-40s, they know and see through all of their intentions so nothing was big. They were trumpeting and LLDs didn’t even care, what with all the doing tedious stats was not even important to them.
Over time, as the issues they create became more and more serious LLDs did start to care, reporting Toxic Marketing accounts/toxic fans became a daily task, go vote for GZ at certain polls etc, solo fans, and LLD fans also split apart. Solo fans think cp fans use GZ to furnish their fantasies, and cp fans thinks they are the ones furnishing their dreaming-girls fantasy with (aka my boyfriend).
There was also a period where LLD had a habit of continuously mentioning “we are in the 30-40s so we can see through everything about the media, we are all fans for the first time, we are good at spending money (because of purchase power compared to other fandoms)” it was prevalent for so long it felt odd, ‘chasing celebrities the first time’ in particular sounds more vulnerable as a weakness than a strength / sth to be proud of.
Gradually, more secretive/insider confirmed ‘sweets’ were flying around. Fans advised each other to not circulate, and the mindset of “if you know, you know, dont tell.” (This is a problematic mentality, of which fans will still be curious to know and search for it themselves, but this secretive hook is unhealthy. Over the long term, it becomes hard for existing fans to know a lot of things properly to judge for themselves, especially those who knew and publicly reacted, but blasting those who ask and telling those who know to keep quiet, this did not help some to understand why on certain things, even so for international fans, dont know and dont understand, causing misunderstandings. Yes, certain information should not be shared, so why should you react about it publicly in the first place? - Internet Water Army effect)
The last few months (for example the July fan war) created a tonne of seriousness and anger. A period even broke out with a tonne of ‘insider confirmed sweets’ (which is LLD’s daily dose of happiness), it was hard to tell what was real and what was fake. Trending topics became negative and everyone warned each other not to enter because it will give the trends ‘views’ and trend statistics, in reality entering there is to enter an exhibition by the self-deteriorates, collecting the fandom's traffic data (it's a sure lose for fans each time they enter the topic). Everyone even starts thinking that the trend’s popularity was caused by each other (it's true but it can be bought daily and not caused by fans). There was a raise in the number of fans who were getting emotional because they want to protect but Internet Water Army kept coming and got worse, because fans, tbh, not just GZ fans, every other celebrity’s fans are always fighting with an Army, getting played and plotted in that Army's calendar.
Even so, despite all of these, LLD is actually a fandom Internet Water Army may find the hardest to break because they understand GZ so much, they could tell what are fake news regarding GZ, because among everything above, there are still plenty of logical fans to stop many fans from drifting too far and debunking them. Why? 30-40s are grown up adults.
Why 13.8.21 and the Japan issue is plotted?
First of all, in the political climate of China, there are many political dates in a month that is NO-Entertainment news. Because it’s the honoring of certain important political events. It’s like Remembrance Day, thus the sensitivity is higher. On these days, there are usually no news and even the Internet Water Army zip their pants. This year also marks the 100th year of the Chinese Communist Party(link)
Secondly, he had no work schedule on 13 August 2021. A great full day to focus on any other news (because if he had schedules, everyone will turn their attention to his events, what trumpeting outside is just bird chirps).
Thirdly, when the news broke out, especially about the shrine, the reception was actually quite serious within the fandom so the scale of this might be big but to what extent in reality?
Lastly, 15.8.21 marks the 76th anniversary of the announcement of surrender of Japanese in World War 2(link). Also a day of NO-Entertainment news.
Timeline of events:
13.8.21 - [His rest day, Eve of Chinese Valentine's Day, Japan News broke out] His rest day, no schedules = increased attention about him online. Lowered guard among fans because they are getting ready for tomorrow's Chinese Valentine's sweets = Caught off guard = Huge break out of fans' reactions
14.8.21 - [Chinese Valentine's Day, Eve of the 75th Anniversary of the announcement of Japanese surrender] Keep a wishful and happy demenaor to not destroy the mood, suppressed thoughts about ZZH's Japan news
15.8.21 - [75th Anniversary of the announcement of Japanese surrender, Official announcement of ZZH's boycott and all China social media account ban] NO-Entertainment news day, Solemn day, not allowed to voice anything so the fandom can only wait for tomorrow to start voicing out/debunking but before they can wait out, the boycott and social media ban happened, every official accounts about him was gone overnight, fans had no time to react
17.8.21 - [All official fandom accounts related to ZZH and JunZhe were locked/removed]
Forced to be silent since the day his matter broke out, over the course of official news release with everything taken down in a day because of the Japan correspondence, his accounts banned overnight across the Chinese media and the overnight cancellation, fans could not speak anything about it. Overnight cancellation like this scale happened for the first time in China, leaving no time to react by the fandom, by the time they can, they are silenced.
When the period of events occured within a set of special dates, it’s not coincidence.
Conclusion
Because he was too successful and had many actually honorable past things, and a hard to influence fandom, Internet Water Army view him as a huge threat enough to want to destroy him, because it’s hard to defeat. With a chance they have, they will hold it till the end, bringing up this issue to the Government during this period also shows a sign of how scared they were of him and perhaps his fandom to plot something like this.
Updated on 19 August: Here's a screenshot of assumed calculation on the scale of GZ success for reference while chatting with a fellow fan, assuming GJ also has 27 brands, and there are 1000 brands. Rationale of numbers used: Only big brands can hire big celebrities.
Bonus
Mentioned in the first post, will mention again in case. After the news broke out within 2 days, there was a drop on his weibo followers from 18.9mil to 18.7mil. 200k+ drops, if the politics was such a big national issue, there should at least be a huge drop, even at least a million right? Because weibo is a China-Chinese majority right? Nope, we get a puny 200k drop.
What's funny? The self-deteroriates:
Translation: "Are his fans bought? Why didnt he drop fans? Those people got brainwashed to this point?" / "I've never entered his weibo and today i feel like having a look yet it showed I've followed him. All his fans were bought right? It disgusts me, i immediately unfollowed. This kind of process is worse than WYF..." / "i dropped fans because of him...no...I just reposted 2 posts and I've dropped 4 fans?"
Isn't the tone and regressing brain cells, all too familiar and same?

Here, I will provide you all the basic information about C language.
Introduction Of C Language
C is a high-level computer programming language.
Usually, this language is designed to be compiled with a relatively simple compiler.
It provides low-level access to memory.
So, it requires minimum runtime support to process instructions.
It is also known as:
Mother programming language
System programming language
Mid-level programming language
Procedure-oriented programming language
Structured programming language
If you learn this language, another programming language is easy to understand for you.
History Of C Language
It is interesting to know the history of the C language.
Here, I discuss a brief history of the c language.
It was originally invented by Dennis Ritchie in 1972 at AT & T’s Bell Laboratory in the USA.
It was primarily developed to writing UNIX operating system.
Gradually, it becomes a very popular programming language in the worldwide.
It has been standardized by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) since 1989 and subsequently by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Features Of C Language
There are different types of features are available in the C language.
All the features are not possible to mention in one article.
Although, some of the key features are mentioned here:

These features make C language suitable for system programs like an operating system or compiler development.
Later programming languages have borrowed syntaxes and features directly or indirectly from C language.
Java, PHP, JavaScript, and many other programming languages are mainly based on C language.
Note: C++ is almost a superset of C (very few programs can be compiled with C, but not with C++).
Data Types
Each variable contains a specific data type.
Data types are used to define the data storage format.
Each data type requires different amounts of memory space and has some specific features.
There are mainly 4 data types that are mostly used in c programming.
Those are described here.
int: It is used to store an integer type value (numbers).
char: It stores a single character (alphabets).
float: It is used to store decimal numbers (floating-point value) with single precision.
double: It is also used to store decimal numbers (floating-point value) with double precision.
An int is signed by default.
It means it can represent both positive and negative values.
On the other hand, an unsigned int can never be negative.
All data types are listed here.

Variables
A variable is a simple word or letter that allocates some space in memory.
Basically, a variable used to store some different types of data.
Different types of variables require different amounts of memory and have some specific set of operations that can be applied to them.

Rules For Defining Variables
A variable can have any alphabet, digit, and underscore.
A variable name must start only with the alphabet, and underscore. It can’t start with a digit.
No space is allowed within the variable name.
A variable name can not be any reserved word or keyword. (e.g. int, void, etc.)
Arrays
An array is a data structure that contains the same types of data items.
A variable can carry only one data item at a time.
If you want to store multiple data items in a data type, you need to use an array.
You can not initialize an array with more elements than the specified size.
The specified size is declared to the left of the variable between the third brackets.
A one-dimensional array is like a row list.
On the other hand, a two-dimensional (2D) array is like a table.
Arrays consist of contiguous memory locations.
Array Declaration

Note: You can use While or For loops to add values in the variables.
Pointers
A pointer is a variable that stores the address of another variable.
For example, an integer variable stores an integer value, however an integer pointer stores the address of an integer variable.
We use the unary operator & (ampersand) that returns the address of a variable.

Keywords
Keywords are specific reserved words in C which attached with a specific feature.
The list of keywords includes almost all the words that can help us to use the functionality of the C language.
C does not contain very large number of keywords.
However, there are 32 keywords are available in C98 language.

C supports a rich set of operators, which are different types of symbols.
Each operator performs a specific operation with a variable.

These operators tell the compiler to perform specific mathematical or logical operations.
Memory Management
The most important function of a programming language is to provide facilities for managing memory and objects that are stored in memory.
C language provides 3 unique ways to allocate memory for objects.
Static Memory Allocation
This is an allocation technique that allocates a fixed amount of memory during compile time.
Dynamic Memory Allocation
This is also an allocation technique that manages system memory at runtime.
Automatic Memory Allocation
When you declare an automatic variable (such as a function argument or a local variable), then it happens.
Libraries
Library functions are inbuilt functions in C language that are grouped together in common files. This file is called the C standard library.
Each library provides specific functions to perform specific operations.
We can use these library functions to get the pre-defined output instead of writing your own huge complex code to get those outputs.
All C standard library functions are declared in header files which are saved as filename.h.
We are including the library in the header files in our C program.

Documentation Section
The documentation section is a part of the program where the programmers provide the details about the program.
In this section programmers usually give the name of the program and the details related to the program.
This code gives an overview of the program.

This section is used to declare all the header files that will be used in the program.
It tells the compiler to link the header files to the system library.

The printf command displays the words in the quote on the screen.
getch();
This function is used to hold the output screen and wait until the user gives any type of input. So that we are able to see the output on the screen.
return 0;
Here, the return is a keyword that is used to return some value from a function.
The main function returns an integer value, therefore here we are returning 0.
It means our program has been run successfully and we terminate our main function with this return statement.

It represents the ending of the main program.

It does not have the concept of constructor and destructor.

There are different types of uses of C language in programming.

Liquid handling pump selection: a guide for lab automation engineers
From the perspective of a lab automation systems engineer, specifying the optimal liquid handling pump and associated fluidic components is often central to the design process, especially for products that will be used in a clinical lab or other highly regulated environments. What questions should you ask in order to select a pump that can handle all of your system’s intended applications? Here’s what our liquid handling experts from Tecan's OEM Partnering team have to say.
Liquid handling pump technology is central to growing life science and diagnostics markets
These are exciting times for human health and the diagnostics markets. Over recent years, advances in science and workflow automation have enabled the transition of assays from manual processing to automated solutions placed in laboratories and, increasingly, to the physician’s practice. In the US alone, the existing IVD market is expected to expand by a 6.6% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) between 2018 and 20251, while within the same time frame molecular diagnostics and next-generation sequencing (NGS) markets are anticipated to expand by 12.1% and 20% CAGR, respectively.2,3
Liquid dispensing and fluidics are at the heart of many of today’s most critical diagnostic applications and laboratory workflows. Consequently, when it comes to systems design and integration, the choice of liquid handling pump can often make or break the success of a lab automation project. If your product will be used in a clinical lab or other highly regulated environment, the right pump choice becomes even more crucial.
Choosing the right pump for automated liquid handling is all about asking the right questions
During the development phase of a lab automation project, it is key for engineers to venture into the scientific aspects of the application in order to understand the workflow requirements and the characteristics of the fluids in use. Once equipped with this knowledge, selecting the right pump for your application will be much easier. But knowing which questions to ask to get to the heart of your pump requirements is not always an easy task, especially when it comes to automating complex and sensitive life science applications.
To make that job a little easier, I’ve curated some of the top questions and tips that automated liquid handling systems engineers should take into consideration when developing liquid handling solutions for applications such as NGS and clinical diagnostic testing.
Fluid considerations
1. What are the characteristics of the fluids that will be used?
Chemical compatibility of the fluids that will come into contact with the “wet parts” of the system is an important consideration. Read our previous blog “Six tips to help match your liquid handling components with chemical compatibility” to learn more about how to mitigate chemical compatibility risks.
2. What is the viscosity of the liquid?
Viscosity influences system design and pump selection due to its impact on throughput and liquid handling parameters. Liquids with high viscosity require slow pump speeds and dwell time after every aspiration or dispense to allow the fluid column to completely settle. Additional washing or priming may also be required between samples. Care should be taken during pump integration and system testing to define liquid class parameters such that pressures generated during pump operation do not exceed specified or functional limits.
3. What are the volumes that will be dispensed?
Consider the smallest and largest volumes to be pipetted. In general, smaller syringes maximize accuracy for small volumes. If your application requires multiple aspirations or multiple dispenses, a larger syringe will allow more aliquots.
NOTE: For optimal precision and accuracy, the syringe size should not exceed 100 times the smallest sample volume. For example, a 10 µL sample should be limited to a 1,000 µL syringe or smaller.
4. What is the source vessel?
Is your sample aspirated from a vacuum-capped collection tube or an open tube? Aspiration from a closed source vessel may require use of a vented tip and careful tuning of pipetting parameters to optimize liquid handling performance. Pipetting from a septum-capped collection tube will require slower aspiration speeds.
5. How much volume will be passing through the pump? (μL, mL, L)?
In general, syringe pumps or piston pumps are used for discrete or routine pipetting. For operations involving large fluid volumes, tubing priming, or wash procedures, high-velocity membrane pumps push liquid through the tip at a flow rate of 100-200 mL/min, providing fast and effective washing to enable faster processing times.
6. Is sample cross-contamination a primary application concern?
There are two common approaches typically used to eliminate or avoid carryover.
Fixed tips are commonly used in pipetting, diluting, and dispensing applications such as sequencing, LC-MS, microfluidics, flow cytometry, and surface plasmon resonance (SPR). With fixed tips, wash cycles can be added to eliminate carryover. This requires careful protocol design, implementation, and validation to ensure success.
Disposable tips ensure zero carry-over for applications such as molecular diagnostics and cell culture. With disposable tips there is no need to wash between samples; simply dispose of the tips after each use.
7. What is the conductivity of your liquid?
Liquid level detection (LLD) is important to ensure accurate aspiration of liquid and to minimize carryover. If liquid adheres to the outside of the tip, those droplets may contaminate the next liquid or the sample that the tip touches.
Since LLD is generally based on detecting capacitance changes, the conductivity and volume of the liquid as well as the lab ware used can all influence detection. The detection speed and range of the sensitivity used for detecting these liquids are also dependent on these factors.
8. Is your application vulnerable to pulsation?
Some applications such as SPR, flow cytometry, particle counting, particle sizing or digital PCR are based on real-time analytical measurements or monitoring of samples passing by a detection device. They require a liquid handling pump with steady liquid flow with very low pulsation to deliver fluids to slow fluid columns. For these types of applications, consider using a pump that has a high-resolution drive mechanism and micro-stepping drive electronics that enable flow rates at the nanoliter-per-second scale with low pulsation.

A Scottish nobleman, soldier and politician. Dundee was the elder son of Colonel Henry Scrymgeour-Wedderburn, de jure 10th Earl of Dundee, and Edith, daughter of John Moffat. He was educated at Winchester and Balliol College, Oxford, where he was President of the Oxford Union in October 1924. He graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 1926.
Having left Oxford he joined the army, rising to the rank of Captain in the 7th battalion The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment). Dundee was elected Unionist Member of Parliament (MP) for West Renfrewshire from 1931 until 1945. He was appointed to be PPS to the President of Eden’s board for two years before moving to the Ministry of Agriculture. In 1935 he was PPS to the Secretary of State for Scotland before being promoted as Under-Secretary of State for Scotland until the outbreak of the war. He served in the Second World War as an officer with the 7th Battalion, The Black Watch from 1939 to 1941, leaving with the rank of Captain.
Lord Scrymgeour was wounded so returned to London politics. He was briefly Joint Under-Secretary of State for Scotland from 1941 to 1942. He was chosen as a member of the parliamentary delegation to China just as Japanese soldiers stormed Singapore. The delegates promised to offer the Chinese military support in a broader alliance to fight the occupation of Manchuria.
On 31 July 1952 the Scrymgeour family’s claim to title of Dudhope and Scymgeour in the Scottish peerage were accepted by the Lords Committee for Privileges; and again on 18 May 1953 his claim to the earldom of Dundee and Lord Innerkeithing was affirmed. On 30 July 1954 he was created Baron Glassary, of Glassary in the County of Argyll, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, giving him an automatic seat in the House of Lords (not guaranteed by his Scottish peerages).
Macmillan chose Dundee minister without portfolio from 1958 to 1961 owing to a wealth of experiences at home and abroad. Dundee was successfully promoted to number two in the Foreign Office as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs from 1961 to 1964. Simultaneously he was Assistant Deputy Leader of the House of Lords from 1960 to 1962 and as Deputy Leader of the House of Lords from 1962 to 1964. In 1959 he was appointed a Privy Counsellor.
Lord Dundee was also the Hereditary Royal Standard-Bearer for Scotland, a right established by his father before the Court of Claims in 1902. He was decorated with the award of Order of the Brilliant Star of China (with Special Cravat). He was awarded an honorary LLD bySt Andrews University in 1954.[1]
Lord Dundee married his sister-in-law Patricia Katherine Montagu Douglas Scott, granddaughter of William Henry Walter Montagu Douglas Scott, 6th Duke of Buccleuch on 30 October 1946. She had previously been married to his brother. She was in fact the widow of not one but two soldiers, both of whom were killed-in-action: Lt.-Col. Walter Douglas Faulkner MC of the Irish Guards (k.May 1940), and Lord Dundee’s younger brother David Scrymgeour-Wedderburn DSO of the Scots Guards (1912–1944), with each of whom she had two children.
Lord and Lady Dundee had one child. The current 12th Earl of Dundee (born 5 June 1949). Lady Dundee died on 3 Dec 2012 at the age of 102.[2]

→ The BL drama The Spirealm (aka Kaleidoscope of Death) was suddenly released on streaming platforms only to be pulled shortly thereafter due to competition interference. #There's a light on you, I want to catch it and see#, the line from Word of Honor, appeared on Weibo hotsearch in connection to the show including the first half of the line in one of its episodes; the hotsearch was likely bought to draw attention to the show, and the original novel does not include any line similar to this. Whalers tried to post photos of Zhang Sanjian to the tag; these were reported down en masse by CPFs, who then flooded the tag with positive content.
→ Zhang Sanjian wandered conspicuously around an airport again, this time in a knock-off of the Alexander McQueen suit Zhang Zhehan wore to the 2021 Weibo Night awards. A reminder that even if it wasn't hilariously obvious that it's not the same suit, designer outfits worn by celebrities are almost always rented for single events.

- The documentary mentions 813 in the vaguest sense, describing it only as cyberbullying.
- Much of the voiceover is pushing the "poor sad man who can't take care of himself" narrative the scam has been using, and only focuses on Zhang Sanjian's music with barely a mention of Zhang Zhehan's career.
- Almost none of the names listed in the credits are the full names of real people, with a lone exception being Xie Yihua; many are just generic or comedic nicknames that cannot be easily linked to a specific individual. [screenshot]
- The YouTube link that whalers have been passing around is on an unofficial channel, with all ad revenue going to YouTube rather than the uploader. Whalers seem to be either ignorant of this or are ignoring it. There is speculation that it is so the scam can claim a financial loss on the project.

(Context: Neil's book Smoke and Mirrors became a bestseller in China back in July 2021 after Zhehan referenced the book in an Instagram post, and Neil tweeted positively about it. Later after 813, some people @'d him about some of the smears and Neil responded in Zhehan's defense, but quickly deleted the tweets after people let him know that the situation was delicate. The topic of Zhehan has not come up from him since aside from this new incident.)
