Requests Open - ADCU

Hey everyone I wanted to make a post detailing what kind of requests I am open for and the characters I will write for!

The characters I will write for are -

Kylo Ren/Ben Solo (Star Wars)

Matt the radar technician (Star Wars skit)

Clyde Logan (Logan Lucky)

Paterson (Paterson)

Jude (Hungry Hearts)

Charlie Barber (Marriage Story)

(And more to come as I see more ADCU movies)

All requests are welcome, if I do not want to write it or will not based off of a moral/opinion I will let you know!

Fluff, angst, smut, serious, funny, whatever idea you have throw my way and I’ll do my best to write it for y’all!

what sports do you think the adam driver characters would be into or play

Oooh, I am SO glad you've asked because I do have ideas for this!

Kylo: I have a hockey AU for him, so that's definitely his sport.

Kylo plays a forward position, specifically a right-winger.

He was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings, but Tampa was lucky to pick him up in a trade.

"Babe, can you cook me some pasta?”

Pasta is his favorite pregame meal, he will eat it and then go rest for a few hours.

"I'm sorry, baby doll, it's the playoffs, Coach asked me to cut down on sex." Which would make you mad, but Kylo usually broke his celibacy for you.

When there are little Kylo's running around so to speak, he's putting them in hockey as well, no matter the gender. You personally disagree, but he knows you'll crumble when he asks with a sweet smile.

You show up to every game possible and you used to have a lot of anxiety when he would travel with the team, but you got told how giddy he gets to come home and see you.

Charlie: While he wasn't ever one for playing sports, he honestly loves a good rugby game. He doesn't mind watching football either but is insistent that college is way better than any professional league.

"What's even going on in this?" You ask, completely confused because you were never much of a sports person growing up.

He has to explain both sports to you every time he watches them.

Charlie isn't much of a yeller during football games, but lets out heavy sighs and could tell you that even he would have made that pass.

Maurizio: Definitely an avid skiing fan, and loves to ski himself in the winter.

He loves watching alpine skiing when the Olympics roll around and has taken you to the Olympics a few times.

You both go skiing every winter, and Maurizio chuckles at you when you inevitably struggle every year.

"Sweetie, it's just a little snow," Maurizio spoke out the first time you went skiing with him. Undoubtedly, you were miserable from growing up in a warmer climate where it hardly ever snowed.

Regardless, you enjoyed the time you got to spend with him, as he was always busy.

Adam: Let's be real, Sackler is a total football nerd.

"Can you keep it down? I'm trying to study!" You'd proclaim, walking with your arms crossed into the living room.

Sackler would in fact not listen to you protesting him being loud and continue to scream at the tv.

For his birthday, you got him tickets to go to a Bills game and you will never forget the sex he rewarded you with.

Superbowl is the loudest time you have ever heard Adam scream, besides the playoffs, but you can't really be upset because it's a weekend.

Adam never played football in high school, but he does recall when his parents put him in it at a young age.

Paterson: He's not really a sports guy, but he does the occasional college football game and enjoys watching some Sunday NFL games.

You respect how hardworking he is during the week, and you actually enjoy watching the game with him.

You grew up around boys and learned the game enough to talk about it, which impressed Pat more than you knew.

You would get him a beer from the fridge and bring him snacks without asking, then snuggle right up next to him.

Jude: Alright, Jude definitely played hockey in high school.

He wants to put your kids in hockey because he really believes that they could be super talented.

He was the captain of his high school team and is very insistent that he could have gone pro.

When you agree, he takes your kids playing very seriously and they are always on time to practices.

Jude becomes a coach for their team and is always very particular about everything the boys do.

mrs-gucci’s 500 follower celebration!

hello, hello!

I have reached 500 followers!! I am so, so grateful for y’all, thank you so, so much. you have no idea how much it means to me to hit a major milestone like this so fast, especially being a relatively new blog on the adcu fanfic scene :)

as a special little treat, and after conversing with my dear friend @babbushka, I’ve decided to do a BUILD-A-FIC event to celebrate this major milestone!! that means that YOU (my followers) get the chance to pick what I write!

how will this work?

I will make 4 Google Form polls: character selection, AU/plot, genre, and tropes. it’s your job to pick out the ones you’d like to see written up by me and then, I’ll choose the TOP 5 responses from each poll & write them up as 5 individual oneshots!

each poll will remain open for TWO FULL DAYS before closing and allowing the next poll to open up for votes. I will literally be turning off the ‘accepting answers’ switch on Forms, so you have to vote within the time frame or you’ll miss out!

here’s the poll schedule!

POLL ONE: CHARACTER SELECTION will be open tuesday 8/3 to thursday 8/5.

POLL TWO: AU/PLOT will be open from friday 8/6 to sunday 8/8.

POLL THREE: GENRE will be open from monday 8/9 to wednesday 8/11.

POLL FOUR: TROPES will be open from thursday 8/12 to saturday 8/14.

RESULTS will be shared on sunday 8/15 and the resulting oneshots will roll out gradually after that.

Hey there! I actually really like this one! I've made up some pairings that I think would work / and or be disastrous.

Just want to also stick it in there that my little Henry AU is where he isn't a big deal and is a little milder than he genuinely is in Annette.

Kylo & Sackler

This would literally be the death of any downstairs neighbors.

The yelling, screaming, and stomping that would ensue would be nuts.

They'd watch sports together and yell at the tv

If they both had too much to drink they could both yell at each other, which I'm sure any neighbors would love.

They both need their own alone time and both high five as well as sometimes complain about the noisy sex the other has.

Both have major temper tantrums when they have bad days.

They would throw parties, like, every weekend.

They always had something going on and were always drinking.

Charlie & Maurizio

Let's be real, this could easily be a match made in heaven.

Maurizio is always gone, and Charlie hardly ever sees him in the house.

However, Charlie himself is also never there, so they just happen to both be home very rarely.

They'd be friends though, aside from everything they would always catch up in the rare time they were home.

This is also in an AU where Gucci was not well known yet.

Paterson & Jude

These two are perfect to room together, both very laid back, very quiet boys.

Both are very introverted personalities, they would both pretty much agree on everything very easily.

It's a decently quiet home, with Jude being a single father, Paterson would also volunteer to help out at any time.

If Jude needed to do something, Pat would have no issue on babysitting duty, but the older Jude's son got, the better he could get whatever he wanted out of Pat.

Anyone who was invited over could have gotten the idea that they were co-parenting.

They were good friends though all through it, having awful relationships in the past, they bonded over it.

Henry & Daniel

Now, in my opinion, these two are an odd pairing, but it would work fine.

Daniel is always busy, so that leaves Henry the apartment a lot of the time.

"You could use a bit of work on that comedy."

Which Henry would scoff at because he thinks he's the perfect comedian.

"God, Henry could you please wear something other than just a robe and boxers here sometimes? It's weird."

mrs-gucci’s Christmas in July celebration!

hello, hello!

thanks to the anon that sent a hilarious Christmas request, I have decided to do an end-of-month Christmas in July celebration! each day will bring a new Christmas-y/holiday/winter-y prompt that’ll be the theme of requests, and requests will be open all day, each day of the celebration (EST).

all characters are up for grabs each day, and for this particular event, I am adding a few characters to my usual roster: Abraham H. Parnassus (Career Day SNL), Professor Zachary Adams, Phillip Altman, William McTavish, and Adam Sackler :)

my Christmas in July celebration will run from MONDAY 7/26 to SATURDAY 7/31 and everything will be tagged under #mrs-gucci’s christmas in july celebration in case you want to follow along throughout the week ;)

here’s the theme schedule for the week!

MONDAY 7/26 is...cookie making!

TUESDAY 7/27 is...snowball fights!

WEDNESDAY 7/28 is...free write!

this means that it’s an OPEN PROMPT day. request anything you want (that stays on-theme)!

THURSDAY 7/29 is...gift shopping/wrapping!

FRIDAY 7/30 is...tree trimming!

SATURDAY 7/31 is...christmas morning!

sunday funday #2!!

hello, hello!

since I had so much fun with last week’s sunday funday, I’m bringing it back again this week :) I’m trying to mix things up each week by coming up with something new for y’all to request, so each week will look a little bit different.

but, unless stated otherwise, it’ll be under the same template that I established in week one: send me a character, a setting, and 3-5 plot words.

so, in honor of the trailer release for ‘The Last Duel’, the theme of this week’s sunday funday is...MEDIEVAL!

this means that I’ll write any character (that I write for, of course. and yes, I will accept requests for Jacques Le Gris, if anyone’s so inclined) in a medieval AU. now, this could be knights, princes, kings, bishops, priests, exorcists, poets/writers, potion-makers, etc, could take place in a variety of different settings like kingdoms, castle, gardens, brothels, taverns, etc, and include a variety of different plot possibilities like jousting tourneys, walks through the garden, horseback adventures, duels, etc.

**here’s an example of what type of request that I’m looking for/accepting for sunday funday: knight!Kylo Ren + palace gardens + a romantic moonlight walk (for this week specifically, please make sure to include what type of ‘character’ they are [ie. knight, king, etc.])

requests are OPEN NOW and will be all day long, so send me all your medieval ideas!!

mrs-gucci’s official fic-or-treating request guide!

PLEASE READ THIS POST BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY REQUESTS FOR ANY FIC-OR-TREATING ACTIVITY! thanks :)

some rules of thumb.

all requests throughout the month must have some aspect/theme of halloween, spookiness in general, and/or autumn. if they don’t, they will automatically be deleted from my inbox.

my usual request restrictions (outlined here) apply to this event as well. I will not be accepting any requests that do not adhere to my restrictions on content.

HERE ARE THE SPOOKY/SUPERNATURAL CHARACTER AU’S I AM WILLING TO WRITE FOR THE FIC-OR-TREATING EVENT (yes, you can combine more than one, ie. werewolf!pervert!character, if you’d like to):

werewolf*, vampire, killer/serial killer*, angel/fallen angel/guardian angel*, mythical god, beast*, devil/demon, ghost, supernatural powers*, centaur, stalker/pervert*, merman, wizard/potion-maker, pirate*, and priest/exorcist*.

characters/plots in historical settings (medieval, victorian, etc.) are also accepted!

(a * indicates a personal favorite AU of mine)

TRICK OR TREAT (door) FICS

what is Mrs. G looking for in a TRICK fic request?

**the ONLY requests I will take into consideration for trick fics are those that include a spooky or supernatural AU (listed above).**

I always look for the requests that are relatively unique (not ideas that are over-written/“basic”) and that I can have fun with! I'm a sucker for out-of-the-box ideas or quirky concepts.

an example of the type of trick requests I’m looking for:

“serial killer!Kylo Ren has been collecting trophies for a long time, but now, he’s got his eyes set on the ultimate trophy: you.”

what are the types of things Mrs. G is willing to write in a TRICK fic?

all the characters that I write for are up for grabs, although I will most likely pick the characters that have the personality traits that can easily fit the ‘darker’ AU’s/themes of these fics (Kylo, Clyde, Charlie, Flip, Henry, Jacques).

the only genres I will be accepting for the trick fics are horror, thriller, suspense, spooky darkfic, supernatural and just creepy things in general.

**as always, I reserve the right to deny/delete any of the requests I receive in my inbox, and any requests that do not follow these guidelines will automatically be deleted.**

what is Mrs. G looking for in a TREAT fic request?

I am looking for requests that are more in the wheelhouse of what I normally write here on my blog: playful, fun spooky fun smut and fluff. these will be the more fun, light-hearted fics with little-to-no dark stuff in them. again, I tend to lean towards the requests that are unique and more out-of-the-box.

an example of the type of treat requests I’m looking for:

“Charlie Barber invites you to trick-or-treating with him and Henry. He gives you a little extra treat once Henry’s asleep ;)”

what are the types of things Mrs. G is willing to write in a TREAT fic?

all characters (that I write for) and character AU’s (outlined above) are fair game in treat fics, but the requests must adhere to the guidelines I’ve set up above (most importantly, little-to-no dark content or dark subject matter).

**your request DOES NOT have to include one of the spooky/supernatural character AU’s, it can be for the canonical character or for another “regular” au (ie. knight/medieval, etc.)**

CAMPFIRE STORIES (every tuesday night all month long)

all characters (that I write for), genres and AU’s (outlined above) are fair game on campfire story nights!

the only request requirement? your submissions must be spooky & campfire story-worthy!!

WEREWOLF WEDNESDAY (happening 10/27)

all characters are fair game for werewolf wednesday, although I’ll likely only accept characters that strike me as a werewolf-type (Clyde, Flip, Jacques). all genres are also fair game on werewolf wednesday.

MONSTER MONDAY (happening 10/18)

all characters are fair game for monster monday, but depending on the monster/character parings, I’ll likely only write up requests in which the character/monster pair is fitting and realistic (in my opinion). also, all genres are fair game on monster monday.

the only monsters I’ll write for monster monday are vampires, demons/devils, ghosts, beast, centaurs, merman, or a monster of your own creation (depends on idea/request)!

I will be focusing on them for the next week and I’ll be posting them all closer to the holiday as a fun little mini-celebration.
