Key Ingredients: - Elderberry Extract is a antioxidant powerhouse that promotes overall skin wellness - Prebiotic Complex nourishes the skin’s beneficial microflora, supporting a visibly clear, radiant complexion - Sugarcane Derived Squalane gently removes makeup and impurities while maintaining the skin’s moisture levels Texture: - Jelly, Gel-Like, that turns into a oil and cleansing milk Scent: - Natural smell of ingredients You start by using this on dry skin and as you rub it into your skin it turns into an oil. Once you add water it turns into a light cleansing milk. It is gentle, and it didn’t irritate my skin or cause me to breakout. I had to use far more product than I liked to leave my face feeling throughly cleansed. The cleanser works well as a morning cleanser or to remove sunscreen and if you wear very minimal makeup then this may work for you. But I found that it did a mediocre job at removing full makeup and didn’t leave my face feeling very clean. Double cleansing is a must with this cleanser. I love most of Biossance’s products but unfortunately this one is a no. Does anyone else have the occasional mid-day skincare routine in addition to their AM/PM? Honestly some days I just feel like all of the brain cells alloted for the day been overdrawn by lunch time, and mental exhaustion sets in. There's only so much problem solving one person can handle. It's great to take a break to focus my mind on something new, and trying a new product is usually an effective pickmeup. As a toner/mist addict, I find it refreshing both mentally and physically to give myself an extra spritz whenever I see fit. I'm sure you can imagine mist last very long round these parts. Today's misting moments with Cocokind's Organic Rosewater 🌹 Toner were very enjoyable. There's absolutely no artificial fragrance so the aroma of the toner was identical to the rose bouquet it's pictured with. In keeping with the floral theme Cocokind's AHA Jelly Cleanser is formulated with 2% Hibiscus Flower 🌺. There's just something so sensorial about jelly textures. The Cleanser is super light and quite balanced in terms of pH. The concentration of AHA's is just enough to be effective without causing skin sensitivity or discomfort. The gorgeously milky Ceramide Barrier serum replicates your skins natural self-soothers creating zero disruptions in it's wake. Ceramides provide valueable retention of moisture in addition to an added sheild of protection against free radicals, and other environmental elements. It ranks pretty high on my list of skin pleasing ingredients. Now if only it could protect me from daily frustrations too lol 😂 Overall I really enjoyed this selection of @cocokind products. Massages easily onto the skin, has great slip, and transforms into a cleansing milk that feels silky on the skin. It’s gentle on the skin and doesn’t leave skin feeling stripped or tight once rinsed off. My skin always feels soft and smooth after each use. When wearing light to medium coverage this jelly removes every bit of makeup and sunscreen, when wearing full coverage it removes all makeup but occasionally I would still notice sunscreen left on skin. I liked that it removed my waterproof mascara but, unfortunately, it can irritate and sting the eyes. Best used as a first cleanse as it does leave a slight oily film on the skin. If you were able to snag on sale I would say it’s worth a try, but a full price I would say no. There are better makeup remover balms and oils out there. Although, I don’t think Origins releases this anymore. PROS: ✅ Gentle.
