Shinya glances down at the deck, catching sight of a swatch of blonde hair leaving his cabin. Everything looks so small from the crow’s nest, but he knows it’s Tsunagu, he’s the only blonde on the ship. He has no fear of Tsunagu fleeing, he almost drowned a few days ago when a strong wind slammed into the ship and threw him into the sea, and Shinya figured out he has no idea how to swim.

A smile tugs at his lips from the memory. Dumbass. Shinya had to haul him out, and Tsunagu spent 20 minutes puking up seawater to the amusement of the crew.

Tsunagu jumps as one of the crew starts talking to him, he’s always so surprised as if all pirates are savages that lack personality or basic humanity. But, that’s how it always is, isn’t it? Nobles don’t care about their peons.

The warmth in his chest whittles to irritation, and he takes another drag of his cigarette as his stare turns to a glare. He trusted Tsunagu once and adored him even. They were best friends, and he knows that people lost at sea are rarely recovered, but Tsunagu’s the prince of his Kingdom, he could’ve sent a ship out to search for him!

For years Shinya hoped Tsunagu was looking for him, would save him from this, and take him home, and maybe they could…

But that never happened, and once he heard that the Kingdom never went looking for their lost ship because they ‘didn’t want to waste resources,’ Shinya grew to resent the lean blonde and his feline grace.

O dam, I’m not dead

Close to it, but not quite dead.

Life update: moved to a new city, got a new job, gonna be even busier and slower to post shit than normal since I have to actually think at this job, but sometimes the added pressure actually squeezes more creativity out of me. We’ll see.

EraserMightMic Left 4 Dead 2 AU, basically a zombie apocalypse AU. I think I’m 4 chapters max from the end, but then again I write 10k chapters so you know how that goes

The Death of Aidos

Overwatch, Reinhardt/Brigitte fic aka the slowest burn that ever burned: slated to be the main WIP after I finish Chasing the Dawn. This poor fic has been on the backburner too long because writing a godfather falling for his goddaughter is haaaard, but dammit, I’m going to do it. Also, plot keeps getting in the way, who told it to do that?

Invictus Sequel

That one story that everyone probably wishes I would hurry up and write. On the backburner after TDOA and CTD, this one’s another monster. Basically an omegaverse retelling of Vinland Saga prologue where I make Askeladd and Thorfinn fall in… love? Though neither of them will admit it. Slow slow plot burn argh but damn if the enemies to lovers isn’t sweet
