Police Officer Nabbed in Aiding Border Jumper

A Police constable was allegedly caught smuggling a border jumper close to the  Jalacte Village in the District of Toledo. The constable while wearing his uniform, was transporting a female that came from across Guatemala territory. They were stopped at a police checkpoint , where upon searching the vehicle, the woman was found lying down in the back seat of the vehicle. The lady stated she is a Belize citizen, and was over in Guatemala for a few months. The police and the woman were transported to P.G to be placed in quarantine and swabbed.

The @hillsidebelize crew out on the mobile visiting Jalacte, a small village near the Guatemalan border.
