like. theyre both nitpicky control freak househusbands so if there was ever the slightest difference in opinion on the best way to perform a chore (or, GOD FORBID, theres only one Good Frying Pan) they will be out in the training grounds 0.5 seconds later doing their level best to kill each other

(HOWEVER, i think the particular scenario that was explored on twitter, in which sqq is attempting to explain the plot of naruto (which is not possible to begin with) while lbh is attempting to have sex with him, is incredibly funny,)

but yeah the only way i see this pairing working out is if it follows much the same strategy as bingliushen where lqg and itachi’s essential function in the triad is as lbh’s chew toy. binghe is like one of those really high energy breeds of dog optimized for (metaphorically) herding and (literally) conquering the demon realm so he’ll start (metaphorically) herding the qing jing disciples if he doesnt get enough enrichment, and sqq isn’t a good candidate for the role bc lbh doesnt want to hurt ~shizun~, but liu shishu is pretty durable, sooo…

another update on The Boy:

it was only barely warm enough in the garage to paint last night... i acquired a smol space heater with the hope that it would solve this problem, but it SEEMS >:( that the ENTIRE garage >:( is on the SAME circuit, so space heater + lights + electric car charger was enough current to trip the breaker >:(

anyway, i was too chicken to work on his face so instead i did some weird shit to the left (my perspective) sleeve. i'm really liking how it came out -- honestly not sure whether i want to tone it down to match the right sleeve (as originally intended), or make the right sleeve More extreme to match the left. also i accidentally put a bunch of phthalo blue on my palette instead of ultramarine and i was like "maybe this will make a good background" but honestly i just don't like it. far too phthalo-ey. kind of vibing with the grid pattern though; in a more shoji-typical color palette it might be just the right amount of visual interest for the background. idk idk im just messin around man
