i got caught in the rain & had to skip my french class bc my clothes got so completely soaked. even after i dried myself off and changed into my pjs my legs were still cold to the bone for like an hour it was so bad :( & now im trying to do work in the kitchen bc i cant be trusted not to have a nap if i go to my room and its raining too much to carry my stuff to the library but its sooooooo cold in here and i cant reach the window to shut it and nobody else is home. ineed a microwaveable teddy bear now more than ever

Personal trainer
Pause squats .. 4 sets 10 breaths, 45 lbs
Front squats super sets ..
Front squats .. 45 lbs, 4 sets 6 reps, trying to hold normally
Shoulder and lat stretches
Backward lunges, which turned into forward lunges due to flexibility and mobility w the knees
Calf raises 5 plates, 8 reps 4 sets .. felt heavy, but easy to rack off sets
Standing hack squats on a sled .. 4 sets 12 reps, problem was, i couldnt break my knees even w no weight. The inees eeally hated this move.
Leg exts .. 4 sets 2 plates, 15 reps w a hold at the 2nd
Leg curls .. 80 lbs 4 sets 6 sets both legs w a hold at the end
Preacher banded forward pushes in a squat position .. 4 sets 12 reps per side, to improve core atability

Im on ozempic and finally got a cpap. Weight is down significantly on ozempic alone. Im sleepy atm, so may nap shortly, but i also worked my ass off in the gym 🥳🥳🥳
