i hate to do this, but i need help.
as you all know, i went on a hiatus for quite some time due to a new school year starting + having to take care of my sick mom. during this time, me and my family were struggling heavily financially due to my parents both being out of work and I, unable to find a job.
this week, my mom passed away after a long battle with cancer. im still grieving over her death that i wasn't expecting to happen so soon. after all the expenses for the medicines, funeral, and burial, we're extremely low on money and im left with no choice but to disconnect all subscriptions and services including wifi.
unfortunately, i cannot afford to pay the remaining balance + a termination fee for the wifi subscription since its on a 36 month contract that i can no longer pay for.
the remaining balance is ₱5,098 while the termination fee is ₱5,097 which equates to ₱10,195 (in philippine pesos).
which means i just need roughly around $200 to pay off the bill.
there's no one i can ask for help and this is my last resort. if i dont pay this by the end of november, the bill will only get higher. i know these are trying times for everyone so i understand if you're unable to donate but if you can, please reblog and share this so anyone who's able to can help!

it's extremely concerning to me how much antisemitism is bred in the notes of some pro-palestinian posts, and it seems like a lot of leftists have been avoiding the topic. so this is a psa for anyone involved!!
calling for the death of all jews will not liberate palestine
none of us are free until all of us are free; if you don't support all oppressed peoples, you don't support any
jewish people and palestinians aren't responsible for the genocide. the blood is on israel's hands, and attacking random people on the internet for a perceived connection with israel or palestine is not activism
palestinian babies are not terrorists, and israeli babies aren't nazis. scapegoating children is fucking awful
the suffering and oppression of palestinian people is NOT a vessel for your antisemitism
as someone who's lived in the u.s. my entire life, i have a lot of internalized racism, and unpacking that has been + will continue to be extremely important for me. my knee-jerk reactions to things are often wrong and that's okay! if we as members of a community don't admit where we're wrong, we won't grow, and growth is the goal of leftism. antisemitism isn't over. i'm an agnostic satanist, but i've been the target of antisemitic insults on quite a few occasions, and that's nothing compared to what jewish people face. intersectionality is so important for leftism. please don't let your activism swing back around to hatred, and please listen when jewish people call you out for antisemitism and when palestinian people call you out for racism
tldr: antisemitism in the name of palestine is bad and doesn't help the people in gaza. obviously.

it scares me how quickly so many supposed leftists have turned away from palestine, and how similar their language is to the people they say they're fighting.
how is calling for the violent death of palestinian children because you say they're terrorists any different from attempting to justify the murder of a black boy who was acting "suspicious"? how does ignoring and ridiculing the suffering of palestinian women make you a feminist, and why does the argument that they "deserve it" sound so familiar? how can you claim to advocate for disability rights and then pass over a child who starved to death just because he had cerebral palsy and he was "at risk anyway"?
this is a genocide happening in real time, and the world will not forgive you for ignoring it. we CAN'T ignore it.
being part of an oppressed group does not excuse you from oppressing another. saying that all people supporting palestine are antisemitic is wrong and insulting. we're not calling for the death of all jews, we're calling for the safety of all palestinians. the fact that you think jewish and palestinian lives cannot exist together says more about you than it does the people you're fighting against.
why does someone who lives on the other side of the world have more right to the land than someone who has lived there their entire life? that's colonist rhetoric, and it's the same ideals that were used in the manifest destiny when the u.s. expanded west and attempted to eradicate hundreds of indigenous cultures. that's bad!! forcing 2 million people- individual lives, each with dreams and hopes and a family and secrets and favourite school subjects- into a "safe zone" they can't evacuate from and then carpet bombing them is bad! it's fucking unfathomable to me how people have gotten so stuck on the false dichotomy of freedom for israelis or freedom for palestinians that they're excusing a genocide. they asked for your help and when you demanded proof, they gave it to you. you said it wasn't enough and they gave you more, the fucking israeli army gave you more. and you're still sitting here reblogging iof thirst traps and calling yourself a leftist.

Alright, I have a very, very, important announcement to make: because of more recent stuff this year that has somewhat put me in somewhat of a low mentally like my father’s worsening mental health effecting the whole household that I am currently in (and also talks about possibly cutting the wi-fi earlier today that can pretty much effect me in the long run(!)), I have finally set up my Ko-Fi page.
