Creating lettering for greeting cards, stationery, apparel, etc, has been a total game changer for today's hosts, @ilanagriffo and @katiemadethat. Yet somehow, art licensing remains a "secret" industry that many letterers don't even know exists. After being brought together through the power of Instagram and bonding over a mutual interest in lettering and licensing, Katie and Ilana have decided to team up to shine a light on this under-represented topic through their new e-course, Art Licensing for Letterers. In honor of all the wonderful relationships started on the internet, and in keeping with our licensing design theme, today’s challenge is to create a hand-lettered greeting card for an Instagram friend! Nothing is worth more than this day 🙌✨💕 This year is flying by...how is it already freaking November!?! I was reminded this morning that every new day is a new chance to make an impact. And every new month is a chance to grow toward your goals & vision. While I am 1000000% confident that I’m not always clear on my goals, it does help to pause at the beginning of each month (& week!) to take stock. This month, I’m trying to work on a few things — growing toward personal/business vision clarity, focusing on physical self care/recovery, and reading two books (three if I’m feeling ambitious)!
