dream i had a while back about dogs barking. a little scary, idk. sorry for how i decided to write this, it felt faster & i thought about posting it somewhere else but decided not to
it’s pretty rare, but sometimes when i dream, i’m not me / my circumstances are totally different from my real life / everyone else in the dream is a stranger, and it may have a more coherent plot. this is one of those
>move into gated neighborhood
>way nicer than last neighborhood
>had scary home invasion incident in last place, paranoid & want to get away
>spend lots of money on getting a guard dog and getting it trained
>have to introduce dog to neighbors because they also have dogs (2 or 3 little toy breeds)
>immediately hate my dog because he's big and scary, convinced he’s going to eat fifi gigi & mimi i guess
>see lots of “missing dog” posters for dogs in our neighborhood but think nothing of it
>our neighbor increase comments abt my dog eating other dogs, make weird accusations to an owner of one of the missing dogs that my dog ate theirs
>(even though i moved in after his dog went missing)
>my dog behaves fine, never hear or see dog do anything they say
>neighbor gets contentious, mentions going to court
>don’t want to lose my dog so i say i'll set up a security camera so we can get it solved

I wanted to make a nice lil list of Yakko/toon headcanons that apply to how I play the character :0 some of these are influenced by what others have come up with, whats come up in past roleplay, and stuff about myself that I’ve just stuck onto Yakko. Here we go.
Yakko is touchy. Other people touching him grosses him out. Even a poke has him wincing and walking away. (Siblings don’t count)
He’s lactose intolerant (this is practically canon tho.)
He is physically 13 or 14 years old.
Yakko speaks a little bit of Japanese. ( and so does the mun! His level will be proportionate to mine, then ) This one happened in an episode.
a little under 5 feet tall.
aromantic. He’s a big flirt but it’s all a silly act.
He only sleeps around 4 hours a night. It’s just his natural cycle. He’s also an incredibly light sleeper.
Depending on the verse, either he was orphaned by running away from his nearly dead parents, or created as a prototype (named yakky.) I’m not big on fan made parents. Yakko’s motherly enough.
he has a tendency to go drinking sometimes.
Secretly a big ass bookworm.
He doesn’t get memes. Please don’t meme at my Yakko. He will malfunction. He’s a old soul.
The way I draw/see Yakko these days is as a trans boy, but that doesn’t apply to this blog. Just wanted to mention it ehehe (he wears the baggy pants to cover his figure its real its canon)
I ship Yakko with Minerva Mink and Montana Max and maaaaaybe Fifi La Fume, but I prefer him to be single!
He HATES romcoms.
His greatest fear: Laryngitis.
Yakko’s personality greatly depends on who he’s with. He’s a bit more genuine if the room only has his siblings in it.
He wears cinnamon scented cologne (idk what pit in my mind this sprang from but)
He has a (small) fear of spiders.
Yakko may be more popular in the fandom, but I honestly think he’s the most boring Warner (in terms of he’s the least zany, the voice of reason.)
He is left handed.
He’s a big Bugs Bunny fanboy. Bugs is his idol. Yakko talking to Bugs never goes well.
Stronger than he looks, and decently agile, but he ain’t the picture of health either. kinda noodle-y.
He’s really into 80′s music.
If he “grew up” I think he’d be a big businessman. Not a boring one, but a really RICH one.
If not that, then a travelling salesman!
98.9% of what he says is sarcasm.
The pockets of his pants are really deep just like Wakko’s gag bag.
He LOVES being the oldest.

Disney cartoons tick him off. watch out.
Yakko does shout, but never when he’s angry. His anger is quiet, until someone yells at him. Then he’ll yell angrily back. Otherwise, he’s a seething anger kinda guy.
Also, he holds one heck of a grudge. Don’t seriously tick him off (hurting his siblings will do this.)
Yakko is unwilling to bring any type of formal parents into his life. He’s parental enough, right?
But he’s still ok with how fatherly Scratchy can be. Daddoo ;P
Back when the warners were black and white, they couldnt see color. besides their noses of course.
Toons have REALLY vivid dreams.
speaking of dreams, one of Yakko’s dreams is to hold a podcast. To hear the sound of his own voice some more. give himself an excuse to talk, and talk, and talk, and...

Monday - 0025 - 20/11
Today I had a good day at work. Gained some recognition. Slowly, bit by bit, I feel like I’m edging out my senior colleague. Good good good. Had a great conversation over dinner with my dad. I feel blessed that he feels we have something we can talk about. I’m quite sure behind my back he’s saying that amongst all my siblings I take after him the most. I hope that when I’m in my 60s, I’ll be in a similar position he is in 🙂🙂🙂
Anyway, all is good. I had a long-ish jog around the neighborhood just now. I realised that there are soooo many fucking huge ass bungalows around my estate?!?!? I would be lying if I said I weren’t jealous of the size. I wish I could live in a huge ass house in my lifetime. The chance is still there. Need to work toward it. Let’s see, 2-3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 maids. 1 room for clothes, 3 cars, 1 gym, 1 sauna, 1 pool table, 1 indoor theatre. Sounds about right. Lol. Fuck me I have such lavish desires.
Soooo.... gene and jacq wants to go to Batam, so do I. But they sorta want me to get a +1 so we could go as 4. Tough reality is I’m having a hard time trying to squeeze in a +1 (story of my life). The closest I can get is mindy, who apparently has plans to go to Malaysia that weekend?!? (Idk how real tho). But that really puts me in the position of not being able to confirm things. Urghhhhh. I know they’ll be ok with us 3 going together??? But like I think having 4 would be more fun. Sighhhhhhh.
I haven’t really talked about gene and jacq. So gene is my really good friend who works 3 floors above me. Jacq is this girl who is in the same company but different department as he is. And she’s really into him. Too bad gene has a “girlfriend”. The current sitch is that we’re all really good friends because we laugh / joke / have lunch / hang out / have dinner / drink together regularly. It’s cute seeing how they flirt here and there. But that’s alright cuz we’re all comfortable. So anyway, I kinda desperately need to find a backup cuz I really want to go jet skiing in Batam. Food and drinks are cheap too... so anyway. Lemme think, who can I get that would fit the bill.
In a spurt of desperation kinda already asked Val but idk how keen she would be :/ kinda iffy about that. Apart from her, I’m trying to recall which other females I have contact with. Erm. Lol. Sobs I really don’t talk to enough girls. This is quite pathetic. Errrrm. Cmon cmon cmon give me brain blast. Ok scrolling through WhatsApp. Scrolling through ig.
In my defense, I do have candidates that are currently not in the country atm. Fifi and Jh. Apart from those 2... scrolling again. I guess I could try asking lynn? But she’s Christian af and she can’t really drink a lot so... nawwwww it wouldn’t be fun. Yeah maybe I’ll just ask jacq if she has any friends. Sigh. 孩儿真的没用.
