I*CHU: Chibi Edition, a rhythm action / visual novel joseimuke idol game, will be released in English for the Nintendo Switch by PQube!
The game is currently set to release on Amazon on September 26th, 2024, but this date has not yet been confirmed.

Hey give us money plz
Okay SKU fans, here’s the deal--
Gio and I desperately want to spend $300 - $400 on the Japanese blu-ray release. Why?
BECAUSE WE WILL THEN BE ABLE TO RIP THE MUSICAL.
THERE’S SOME SORT OF HOUR LONG THING WITH THE MUSICAL AND MAYBE THE SECOND AND THIRD? WE DON’T KNOW???
Unfortunately, because this is the year of sweet merch, we already flattened our wallets getting other stuff, so we don’t have the cash to do this. So I’m proposing a deal here-- help chip in, and we will make sure that the musical and anything else exclusive to the Japanese release that’s never going to show up on this side of the ocean gets mysteriously scanned, ripped, etc ad nauseam and just happens to get passed around the net here to literally anyone who wants it. As of right now, that means the musical plus that sweet copy of the back view of Utena and Anthy’s faceless red and black pics (you know, the one where they are holding hands?? <3 ). There are also images of the series characters drawn by Saito in the box art, and apparently some new exclusive art; there’s a gigantic book coming with it. There might be more. We don’t know. We won’t know until we get our damn hands on it, is the problem!
So what we are proposing is this-- donate cash to us at [email protected], and we will buy the thing. You know we aren’t going anywhere, plenty of you know us in person and even have our phone numbers and address, you know you can trust us, and... well
hell, you’ve seen what we’ve done with all the art books we got, right?
We ripped them up for you, so you could have good copies to look at and edit and do whatever you want with.
Now, we realize that this is enough incentive for some of you, and that’s really freakin awesome. You know who you are, and I love you for it. But honestly... we have some unwrecked stuff just lying around here too. We don’t look at this stuff or use it at all, it just sits in our cupboard. So we figure, hell, why not give some stuff away too?
So basically, we will send one of these pieces to the first person who requests it (email: [email protected]) and donates (paypal at [email protected]) at or above the specified price (which is roughly average market price plus about tenbux for shipping, keeping in mind we’re in Canada).
Oh yeah and all of this stuff is in pretty good condition but not much of it is in perfect condition-- we’ll be happy to provide pics to anyone interested, I just want to get this up where people will see it.

This is not a “buying” thing. This is a “thank you” thing. We don’t want to give away too much of the perfume, because we did buy it for ourselves, but it’s also not fair that most people aren’t going to be able to get their hands on it. So it’s going to be limited quantity, probably a max of 10ml per bottle. It’s not a heck of a lot of perfume, but 2ml is a usable amount, and we figure it’s probably the nicest way we have of saying thank you for a bigger donation. We’re going to find a way to make the teeny little bottles pretty, too.
(As for the perfume itself, if anyone wants to know what happened/is happening there I can post about it later. We might not be able to get the Akio perfume at all...)
So yeah, there you have it. And, should we happen to go over our goal amount, the money (paypal at [email protected]) would be used for the domain name plus the site hosting, and to finance even more SKU stuff to buy so we can put it online. We’ve spent hundreds this year already on such content, because really now

Vài suy ngẫm về Sailor Cosmos
Nhân dịp đọc được 1 bài viết khá hay phân tích về nhân vật Sailor Cosmos trong Bishoujo Senshi SailorMoon, mình đã dành cả 1 đêm thức trắng để suy nghĩ phân tích các thể loại bla bleo rồi lăn khò ra ngủ :v nhưng bù lại là nhờ vậy mà mình đã phần nào tháo gỡ được cái khúc mắc vẫn luôn đeo đẳng suốt 10 năm nay về nhân vật này =))
Sailor Cosmos, nói sao đây ta. Lần đầu tiên mình gặp nhân vật này là hồi xem tập cuối bộ truyện Thủy Thủ Mặt Trăng vào năm học lớp 4. Cũng như bao người khác, mình vẫn luôn tưởng Chibi Chibi - hiện thân của Sailor Cosmos khi đến gặp Sailor Moon, là cháu nội cháu ngoại của Neo Queen Serenity hay gì đấy, nói chung là có gia phả với nhau. Cho đến khúc ẻm trở về hình dạng thực là Sailor Cosmos - Thủy Thủ Vũ Trụ (SC) và tự xưng mình là hình thái tối cao của Thủy thủ Mặt Trăng (SM) trong tương lai (???). Với bộ não mang trình độ logic của 1 con bé tiểu học lúc đó thì mình đã cảm thấy vô cùng khó hiểu, ko phải hình thái cuối cùng của SM là Neo Queen Serenity rồi sao? Mà Neo Queen Serenity ko phải là Nữ hoàng Mặt Trăng đó sao? Làm nữ hoàng rồi thì còn phải mặc váy ngắn đi biến hình làm chi nữa vậy? Hay là chị này (SC) là tiến hóa từ Eternal SailorMoon mà thành? Ủa nhưng mà nếu vậy thì tiếp theo phải làm Nữ hoàng Vũ trụ hay gì đó hoành tá tràng hơn chứ sao lại chỉ làm Nữ hoàng mặt trăng? Eh vậy rút cục là xao hông hiểu gì hếtttt~~~~
Nôm na thì cái logic của mình hồi đó có thể được hiểu theo cái diagram như sau:
Đấy thì là thế. Hồi đó mình chưa có coi những bộ kiểu như Mahou shoujo Madoka Magica này nọ đâu nên là thể loại mahou shoujo trong mắt mình nó vẫn còn hường lắm.Với đầu óc của 1 đứa tiểu học thì dù có đem màu bi kịch trét lên mặt nó thì cũng sẽ bị vô hiệu hóa bởi 2 cái đít chai màu hường mà thôi. Mà thật, đêm qua sau khi nằm suy nghĩ chán chê mình mới chợt nhận ra, thật ra Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon không hề thắm thị như mình tưởng. Bi kịch len lỏi trong từng chi tiết của bộ truyện nhưng đã hoàn toàn bị ánh hào quang che lấp mất. Bây giờ mà liệt kê ra thì dài lắm nên mình chỉ tóm tắt thế này, những chi tiết như Princess Serenity tự vẫn, rồi cả Moon Kingdom bị hủy diệt vốn dĩ nó đã chẳng vui vẻ gì. Nếu như trong Madoka các cô gái chấp nhận trở thành mahou shoujo để đánh đổi 1 điều ước, thì ở đây họ trở thành chiến binh hoàn toàn là do vận mệnh sắp đặt, không hề có 1 sự đổi chác gì ở đây cả, việc họ chấp nhận trở thành chiến binh thủy thủ, đánh đổi cuộc sống yên bình và thậm chí là mạng sống của mình để chiến đấu lại được xem là nghiễm nhiên, vậy xem như là cho và không nhận lại được gì. Okay đừng xem thường cái cuộc sống yên bình của bạn nhé, nếu bỗng 1 ngày mình bị bắt phải đi làm mahou shoujo liều mạng không ăn lương cái kiểu này thì cho mình kiếu, mình chả ham cái năng lực bắn magic chíu chíu ngầu lòi đấy để làm gì đâu, mình quý cái mạng của mình hơn. Thế, thì ý mình là, đây chẳng phải là bi kịch đó sao? Phải chiến đấu và sống 1 cuộc sống được định sẵn như 1 lẽ nghiễm nhiên, bạn có từng thắc mắc có bao giờ họ đã nghĩ “Giá mình đừng phải là chiến binh thủy thủ thì tốt hơn.” chưa? Mình cam đoan là có, nhưng vì mục tiêu lớn mà họ phải gạt cái suy nghĩ đó ra khỏi đầu để ko bị phân tâm khi chiến đấu. Tại sao? Vì khi mọi người cũng đang cố hết sức chiến đấu thì suy nghĩ như vậy chẳng phải là quá ích kỷ hay sao? Và nếu như họ ko làm thì sẽ không một ai khác làm cả.
Quay trở về vấn đề chính là SC, bản thân nhân vật này cũng là cả 1 tấn bi kịch bị ánh hào quang vùi lấp.
Cô ấy đến từ tương lai, để tìm kiếm sức mạnh trong quá khứ của cô ấy. Cô ấy là người chiến binh huyền thoại, là thứ ánh sáng hy vọng vĩnh cửu. Đối mặt với vũ trụ được cai trị bởi cái chết và sự huỷ diệt, người chiến binh đó đã chạy trốn trong đau đớn và sợ hãi: “Mất đi những người bạn quý báu đó rồi thì tôi còn chiến đấu vì ai?“
Nói chung sau khi đọc bài viết đã nêu ở trên thì mình hiểu nôm na thế này, cho phép mình đề cập đến 1 vấn đề hơi hack não là dòng thời gian và vòng luân hồi vô đây để tiện giải thích, mà thật ra khái niệm không gian và thời gian trong bộ này vốn đã chẳng phải là vấn đề đơn giản: Mỗi tinh chủng (star seed) đều được sinh ra và mất đi theo chu kỳ vòng luân hồi đã được định sẵn, mỗi 1 vòng luân hồi được xem như 1 cuộc đời của ngôi sao đó. Để đảm bảo cho sự cân bằng của 1 chu kỳ luân hồi thì Cauldron - nơi các vì sao sinh ra và tắt đi sẽ đảm nhận nhiệm vụ sản sinh và phân loại các ngôi sao thành 2 thái cực Ánh sáng và Bóng tối. Hai thái cực này đối lập nhau sẽ tạo ra sự cân bằng cho quá trình luân hồi.
Ở đây mình muốn bàn về chu kỳ luân hồi của Usagi để giải thích cho sự tồn tại của SC. Theo manga thì SC là ‘hình thái tối cao của SM trong tương lai’. Mình xin nhấn mạnh tương lai ở đây không phải là tương lai sau hay trước khi trở thành Neo Queen Serenity, mà là tương lai ở chu kỳ luân hồi tiếp theo. Nói theo ngôn ngữ thông thường thì là tương lai ở kiếp sau của cô ấy.
Cụ thể hơn, thì manga Bishoujo Senshi SailorMoon đã đề cập đến ít nhất là 3 chu kỳ luân hồi của Usagi:
- Chu kỳ I: Khi cô còn là Princess Serenity tại Moon Kingdom, đem lòng yêu vị hoàng tử Endymion của Trái Đất và kết thúc cuộc tình trong tấn bi kịch là cái chết của cả 2 và sự diệt vong của cả vương quốc.
- Chu kỳ II: Đây là chu kỳ mà manga Bishoujo Senshi SailorMoon xoay quanh. Cô không còn là công chúa Serenity của Moon Kingdom mà là Usagi Tsukino của Nhật Bản. Vận mệnh đã sắp xếp để cô trở thành Sailor Moon, chiến đấu bên cạnh những đồng đội và người cô yêu thương từ kiếp trước. Tại chu kỳ này, cô đã tiến hóa từ Sailor Moon thành Super Sailor Moon, rồi Eternal Sailor Moon và cuối cùng là Neo Queen Serenity. Mốc thời gian của chu kỳ này khá dài (từ TK 20 đến TK 30), nhưng nhờ sự cân bằng của vòng luân hồi đã được định sẵn mà chu kỳ này cũng phải kết thúc, bằng cách nào thì mình ko biết, có thể là nhờ sự ra đời của một thế hệ những ngôi sao mới mà các ngôi sao cũ phải tắt đi, hay là do 1 biến cố nào đó, cái này thì phải đi hỏi Takeuchi-sensei =)) *Edit: Mình vừa suy nghĩ xong và ko chắc là chu kỳ thứ 2 này có phải là kết thúc sau thời kỳ Neo Queen Serenity ko? Hay là đã kết thúc sau khi cô đã hoàn tất quá trình Eternal Sailormoon nữa :o Nhưng theo mình nghĩ là chu kỳ này kéo dài đến hết thời của Neo Queen vì thật ra King Endymyon đã đưa ra lý giải cho việc này từ trước, tuy ko rõ ràng.
- Chu kỳ III: Vào chu kỳ này, cô vẫn tiếp tục sống cuộc đời đã được định sẵn là một chiến binh thủy thủ, chiến đấu bên cạnh đồng đội và người thương yêu (là các chiến binh Inner, Outer gì đó, những người này vẫn tiếp tục ở bên cô là vì họ có chung 1 chu kỳ luân hồi, và do cái duyên đã được định sẵn). Nhưng lần này có thể cô đã không còn là SM nữa, mà là một chiến binh thủy thủ với danh hiệu gì đấy (again, cái này thì phải đi hỏi Takeuchi-sensei). Trải qua bao phen thăng trầm để tiến hóa lên thành SC. Nhưng đây là vấn đề của cô ấy cứ ko còn là của Usagi Tsukino, SM hay công chúa/nữ hoàng Serenity nữa. Vậy nên chu kỳ III này là 1 câu chuyện hoàn toàn khác của 1 cô gái hoàn toàn khác, cô ấy không phải là Princess Serenity, không phải Usagi Tsukino hay là SailorMoon, cũng không phải là Neo Queen Serenity. Cô ấy là Sailor Cosmos.
Vì sao mình lại nói nhân vật SC là 1 tấn bi kịch? Theo như manga, SC trở về quá khứ, tức chu kỳ luân hồi trước của mình nhằm mục đích sửa chữa sai lầm của mình là đã ko phá hủy Cauldron - nơi cư ngụ của Chaos. Theo như lời cô kể thì những người thân yêu, bạn bè đồng đội của cô đều đã bị Chaos cướp mất, và cô ấy đang đau đớn khổ tâm tột cùng: “Mất đi những người bạn quý báu đó rồi thì tôi còn chiến đấu vì ai?”.
Thế thì, Usagi (tạm gọi thế này nhé) ở chu kỳ III đã bị cuốn vào cuộc chiến với Chaos cùng những đồng đội của mình. Ở đây nếu bạn để ý 1 chút về tạo hình của SC thì sẽ thấy trên chiếc váy của cô là những vệt đủ màu sắc cùng hướng vào 1 ngôi sao. Theo giả thuyết của mình, do 1 biến cố nào đó mà cô đã hấp thụ tinh chủng của tất cả các ngôi sao trong Thái Dương Hệ, và có khi cả Vũ trụ một cách không mong muốn để trở thành Sailor Cosmos. Tuy nhiên, cuộc chiến với Chaos vẫn chưa kết thúc, nhưng SC đã bị nỗi đau mất mát giày vò quá sức chịu đựng. Cô dù là SC nắm giữ quyền năng của Vũ Trụ nhưng lại không thể hồi sinh được những người thân yêu - vì đó vốn là năng lực của Cauldron. Cô chợt nhớ lại thuở trước đã từng chiến đấu chống lại Chaos tại nơi ấy với thân phận là Eternal SailorMoon, rồi tự hỏi liệu ngày ấy quyết định ko phá hủy Cauldron có phải là sai lầm hay không. Nghĩ mãi nghĩ mãi vẫn không có câu trả lời, cô quyết định vượt dòng thời gian quay về khoảng luân hồi trước để tìm đáp án.
