does anyone have actual play podcast recommendations. I want something new to check out since I'm caught up with Oathsworn... I don't have many preferences except maybe no straight-up regular fantasy setting and. not to say it can't be funny (i think there will always be something funny at some point if you hang out with people you like telling a story together) but idc much for comedy as a main focus
#because if I then don't laugh it's over. Like if I'm in a bad enough mood jokes I don't find funny will actively piss me off#otherwise casting a wide net. I guess. DIDN'T MEAN TO START A WHOLE THING......... a whole ass incident.............#i was just playing touys......... and maybe wasn't clear enough when i was talking hcs vs what's close to canon#but still like. ultimately ambiguous. cause that is the whole point. to cast a wide net to reach a broad audience#maybe where i went wrong was making those memes and not elaborating enough/talking as if it's Canon canon#when like. to me personally i feel like there's Enough context in canon. for it to be weird.#still astounded that some people read sharena so young though like. to me she's always read as a young adult#and i still don't think it's unreasonable to place her in her 20s/mid 20s (esp currently)#but again that's part of the strategy behind the ambiguity. it's easy for me to see her as around my age#bc i'm a bit similar to her! just a bit!#she's better at the whole unwavering cheer thing. he man voice oh my god do i try.#i'm a bit more prone to melancholy and biting people though LMFAOOOO#but back at the memes like. i think i was still feeling angry at the whole bridal banner incident too LMFAOO#guy who is just so not normal#biggest takeaway here though is even though i like to joke about being an 'expert in my field' (askr sibling interest)#and even though i am really proud of/happy with all the info i collect about them#i'm really not an authority on anything! and i def don't want to be seen as if i am.

Can we please stop tagging characters that are unrelated to the post/art/etc? I understand you want to cast a wide tag net to get the most engagement but around these parts we consider that spam and that’s a blockable crime.
I’m really only seeing it in the Izzy Hands tag (Yes, that’s a lovely blackbonnet/gentlebeard piece but Izzy isn’t present or implied so he really shouldn’t be tagged), since that’s where I live, but this applies to the whole fandom.
I don’t know if this is a twitter refugee issue or what but I’d really like to not have to block people for not understanding tag etiquette.

How would Vox, Husk, and Lucifer react to a reader not wanting to get revenge on their killer?
Like, I imagine that reader died because someone killed them up in the human world, and then later their killer died (for whatever reason), and reader is just like "hey that sinner feels familiar... oh yeah! That's the asshole that killed me."
Reader doesn't really feel the need to get back at their killer, I mean, if they're down here too that means that got what's going to them eventually.
Though I would imagine that Vox, Husk, Lucifer, don't feel the same way. Would they try to get revenge? Or follow in the reader's footsteps and let bygones be bygones. (Bonus points if the boys have to be in regular contact with the killer. Like they worked at Vox's company, or someone Lucifer has to deal with, etc)
(Also, I'm not completely sold on these three characters. So if you want to swap any of them out that's fine! I just cast a wide net of characters who I think will react differently.)

for future reference, i like to keep my asks for headcanons relatively short unless it’s a full fic of headcanons. BUT i thought this was an interesting concept so here it is!
Vox would be incredibly perplexed. Like he can’t wrap his head around the fact that the person who ended your life is right there and you’re taking no action. I think at first he would misread your intentions and offer to kill the demon for you. After you explained to him that it just doesn’t really bother you that much, he would respect your wishes to the best of his ability. The person might have a ‘accident’ later on though.
Lucifer I feel like would be very supportive of this decision. I think he would really respect how mature you’re being about it. Because remember this is a guy really resents his own people for how vengeful and violent they are, so the fact that you’re above that in a sense really makes him happy. He would absolutely respect your decision, and probably just throw shade to the demon and make his life in hell relatively difficult, nothing to serious.
Husk is a tough one. I think that at one point in his life he would have been confused at your inability to cease your revenge, but time has passed and he’s a really wise guy. He would definitely be proud of you and say something like “restraint takes a lot of moxie, kid.” He probably wouldn’t end up doing anything about the demon anyways, maybe just a ‘don’t go near them’ type warning.

Also I know that my boss doesn't purposely send me to the Christian schools, its just that a lot of the Christian schools are in my district and I'm her best photographer so she's just casting a wide net. But it is weird going into a 6th grade history class for candids and hearing them talk about the Crusades.
Teacher: Why did the Crusades happen, can anyone tell me?
Student: They were spreading Christianity to the pagans.
Teacher: That's correct!
And I'm like... holding back... I'm doing my best.
