Guren, probably. Compared to a lot of my other fandoms I honestly give most of the characters a fair chance, I write things for nearly every main character and a lot of side characters. But yeah, Guren's just. Guren's my guy. He's the blorbo. My dear departed husband who is a fictional war criminal

Runner up blorbos would probably be Yuu and Mika, though they just don't need any more attention since they're. Yknow. The main characters and tend to be overrated and mischaracterized so much it gets annoying! But they're mine and no one else is allowed to look at them except my beloved mutuals. Stop doing it

He's the only one who figured out manifestation on his own, he's 10 times better at handling his demon than anyone else, his emotional control is off the CHARTS, he needs so much fucking therapy, I just. And shinoa. I may not relate to her as heavily as I do with some of the others, but I want to rip her from kagami's cold dead hands and give her an article on comphet and also just. A hug. A long hug. She's a kid. She's the youngest one on the squad, I think. She's been given shit from the moment she was born and she has not had one fucking moment to be herself and yet she managed to have such a hilarious badass personality. She's also the same height as me and therefore we are siblings and she is me. I love Shinoa i lllvoe shnoia

You know, the girl that gets one episode in battle of nagoya and then fucking dies. I, love her, she did nothing wrong, she deserves the world and she is so pretty. I also think she and Mito are kissing btw. Girlboss x girlboss.

Also. I think I win "obscure fave" because I was so adament not to make an actual oc that my other glup shitto is. I grabbed a guy who literally had a single throwaway line- not even his line, just mentioning him, and gave him a whole character arc and backstory.

This little guy here who gave Mika a death glare. I just realized now that I looked at this again he's calling the name dai. I thought HE was Dai. Well he's Dai now, who else is gonna correct me? Him and the kid Ferid dropped (who i named florian) are heavily featured in my giant ons rewrite as GIANT plot devices, given their own arcs, and used to further the arcs of Crowley and Mika especially, and to give a current insider's perspective of Ferid's Child Trafficking Business. Dai is actually a spy for the demon army in my fic, it's... yknow, I'd better not just start rambling I never even actually wrote half of their stuff but I love them dearly.

It's soooo funny how most Guren stans nowadays are some version of Mika antis, and most Mika stans nowadays are some form of Guren antis. I love them both and they're both my horrible terrible fucked up poor little meow meows. On an intellectual level both of them did SO many things wrong but also your honor. They did nothing wrong. Shoves the catastrophe behind my back. They have so many issues to work out I DESPISE them /pos but if anyone else says a SINGLE WORD against them they're catching my hands

I like shinya just fine, I love shinya, but he's just not the kind of guy I can relate to nearly as much as guren and I know some of my beloved mutuals just know him so much better. But I know Shinya has a strong, dedicated fandom who is absolutely giving their lives for that man on the daily. Like. He gets NOTHING and I feel so fucking sorry for u guys lol

OnS Chapter 97-98

I forgot to make a post last month so I’m doing both in one post. I can’t make an overall catching up post anymore and binge at a later date cause scanlators don’t seem to be translating this anymore and so I’m reading this from the official site/app which only has the first 3 and the last 3 chapters available. Every month, the oldest of the latest three gets taken down and replaced with the newest one so... yeah.

Anyways, uh, enjoy...?

First, we have a Shinoa flashback. Due to having a demon inside her, she’s being experimented on. Both her and her older sister who are conceived this way. Shinoa however, unlike her gifted sister doesn’t reach expectations.

Damn, that’s really self-depreciating. I’m used to seeing those from posts by teenagers and young adults, not little kids baby Shinoa’s age.

I’m both happy and sad her reasoning for this is cause she’s worried about Mahiru. That young and she’s thinking of how to protect her older sister.

Some Shinoa and Shinya interaction! Young Shinya lets himself lose against his adopted older brother and Shinoa calls him out on it. Shinoa’s been this sassy since childhood, huh? lol.

Shinya muses at the fact that his fiancee, Mahiru, already loves someone else and wonders what kind of person he is. Gosh, I wanna know how he and Guren met (it’s in the LN, I think?).

That’s actually pretty cute. Mahiru fangirling over Guren like this kinda makes me forget for a second this is a shounen series and it’ll not end well.

Mahiru warns Shinoa that she can’t be weak and can’t show any desire. They also can’t show anyone they actually have demons inside of them. Their lives were restricted from the moment they’re born and they know it.

Oh boy...

I remember when my siblings were that young and I just ended up wincing. It makes sense, I mean just like how getting a body used to poison would strengthen the body’s resistance, pain could make one used to it so much that it’ll take worse torture for anything to affect you.

Shinoa understands though. Aww... she’s beaten up and there’s a threat she’d suffer but she’s still thinking of her big sister.

Everything Mahiru did and is about to do is either for Guren or for Shinoa and overall, for herself as she loves them both.

And so she makes a deal with Krul.

Meanwhile, Mika is still in his happy place and his demon self wants to make sure the happy dream never ends. I feel bad but after all the crap Mika has been through, I get why he’d rather retreat to fantasy.

I mean the world is burning and most of us decide we’d spend our days online. I can relate.

Ashera, Kiseki-O, and Gekkouin are hanging out and trying to find a way to get to demon Mika. I’m happy the three are interacting but severely disappointed they’re on Sika Madu’s side. Yeah, they’re working for the big bad.

Still fun to see them talk to each other though.

That’s... kinda what some people in the fandom want (including me). This... this is all their plan, huh?

Back to the flashback, Mahiru makes a deal with Krul - help her in whatever it is she’s planning and Krul gets to find Ashera. Mahiru just wanted to live a normal life with Guren and her sister but if she’s not allowed then she’ll find a way.

Krul figures out Sika Madu is listening to their convo and can actually possess Shinoa at anytime. Krul tells the gang the First Progenitor, Sika Madu, is their enemy while Sika Madu tries (not very hard though) to convince them he’s not and he just wants his son back.

You know what, I hated Guren. He did a lot of dickish things over the course of the series shattering my perception of him from season 1 and yet...

They want to turn Mika into Yuu’s Cursed Gear. It’s something I wanted and I’m sure what some others in the fandom wanted as well when Mika was turned into a demon. This was their plan all along. From the start.

Now I dunno how to feel about him anymore but heck I am interested in finding out what the hell is going on now.

Ashera has now been given orders. They (the demons) have to capture Mika before the main characters could.

I am sad but I am also hoping so bad that Ashera is still in Yuu’s side. I do hope he betrays the First Progenitor and helps Yuu and the others. If I’m feeling this way about Ashera, I’m much more disappointed seeing Gekkouin working for the First. He and Yoichi were so close and the first one to be friends or at least have an understanding between all the human/demon partners. I always thought that was nice and amazing and I’ll be sad if he and Yoichi became enemies.

I’m excited at seeing how this all goes next month! Seriously, after the what happened in season 2 this entire story has slowly become some kind of roller coaster ride and this is just another twist on that. I dunno what’s going on in the author’s mind but I do hope I get to see this to the end. Thank you for reading this and Belated Happy New Year!

OnS Theories (11S). Fifth Theory (Special) - Shinoa and Mahiru Sisters by bonds but not even close by blood

Few days ago, I posted a list of theories I’d write up but, I decided to exclude for now one of them, mainly because its development it’s turning quite long from what I expected; therefore, I’d like to talk about a small detail I noticed in chapter 85, therefore, let’s begin!!

As many recall, the Hiragi family on the current timeline, its current members are somewhat alive (yes somewhat mainly because Mahiru is a ghost/demon? And Shinya is alive thanks to the resurrection)

The Hiragi family’s current members are: Kureto Hiragi, Seishiro Hiragi (Honestly, this boy is a forgotten one but well...) Shinya Hiragi and Shinoa Hiragi.

As we’ve known so far, Shinoa Hiragi is the member that held almost zero interaction with her older brothers except for Shinya and Mahiru Hiragi; though, there’s something that divides and distingues Shinoa by far compared to her other brothers and elder sister but before proceeding to talk about the theory, let’s start first with Mahiru Hiragi and her relationships with her brothers.

To begin with, Mahiru Hiragi was born through experimentation method, of course, her demon she was born with was Asuramaru. (Catastrophe LN and manga - chapter 18: https://loveheaven.net/read-owari-no-seraph-ichinose-guren-16-sai-no-catastrophe-raw-chapter-18.html)

She was born with talent, and intellect, she was aware how the world worked, how her family was like and what exactly she could do in order to achieve certain things respecfully to her age.

Her relationship with her brothers and sister was different thus, let’s explain how these relationships went like:

Mahiru and Kureto

Mahiru and Kureto are both complex characters and their relationship as brothers seems like one filled with grudges but in fact; both have respect towards each other, but, how can I state that?

Well, in the LNs, Mahiru and Kureto indeed clashed but, Kureto admired the fact that Mahiru was strong, that many things that fell on her shoulders were carried away; he was aware that Mahiru deep down hated living the lifestyle they were forced to carry on; both were aware they were unhappy but neither of them talked about it due to how the Hiragi clan behaved towards its own members.

In Mahiru’s case, she was aware Kureto always aimed to be the best, to prove Tenri that he was a worthy son, but, at the same time, Mahiru was aware that Kureto needed to know the truth; that he needed to take actions slowly even if it was by his own; which is why in the final volume of the Catastrophe, Mahiru asks Kureto some existential questions among ones about how and when exactly the Hiragi Clan started to adquire power, by who exactly; which made Kureto realize he’s been missing more than what he thought.

They’re half brothers due to the fact they were born through different mothers but, nevertheless, there was respect between these two.

Mahiru and Seishiro

About these two...well, it’s really hard to point out what kind of relationship they had; it is to say that Seishiro always tried to put a brave attitude in front of others but in fact, he’s a boy that has always wanted to earn respect, that despite carrying the Hiragi name, he wanted to be of use; but to avail, his father never saw him that way.

Seishiro built an inferiority complex due to all the expectations that ended up falling between Kureto and Mahiru; thus, these two siblings didn’t have a close up relationship.

Mahiru and Shinya

Shinya was Mahiru’s fiance; though, it is to say that Mahiru was brutally honest and straightforward about her feelings towards the only man she ever loved in her life; which was Guren Ichinose.

Mahiru and Shinya had rather a complex relationship due to the fact that Shinya fought in order to gain Mahiru’s hand, he fought in order to get her attention and despite that, the answer was clear as water; he wasn’t what she needed in her eyes; despite that, Mahiru was aware Shinya trusted Guren, she was aware he’d support Guren if she was gone.

And yes, I don’t justify her actions, she ended up killing Guren’s friends before the catastrophe took place but we’ll talk about Shinya’s case later on.

Before talking about the main sisters, the relationships between Shinoa and her elder brothers weren’t exactly perfect; therefore, let’s proceed:

Shinoa and Kureto

Their relationship is complex, with a lack of fraternity and respect; Kureto saw Shinoa as a useful person in order to track down Mahiru during the catastrophe, and with the current story and with the events of Shikama Doji; it’s clear that Shinoa has no love towards Kureto, she had to speak about the monster possessing the family only when Yuichiro was in problem.

It is to say that Kureto never had real interactions with Shinoa due to the fact that Tenri kept Shinoa shunned down to a certain condition which I’ll later talk about; but if things happened different, the relationship between these two would have been different.

Shinoa and Seishiro

This is literally an enigma, it is really hard to state if they’ve ever interacted or not.

Shinoa and Shinya

Shinoa and Shinya are like two drops of water; they’re quite alike in terms of personality; they’ve kept their emotions hidden within a mask but; the small difference is that Shinoa was empty; while Shinya had to adapt to his new lifestyle, he had to accept that his parents literally sold him to a stronger family; and thus, they bonded a little.

It is clear to state that with time, Shinoa developed trust towards Shinya; which can be said with Shinya as well; both care about each other but of course, they mind their respective business.

Mahiru and Shinoa

As for last, let’s talk about the sisters, the only ones that held a deeper interaction among the brothers within the Hiragi family; but, why is it important to talk about their relationship as sisters?

To begin with, Mahiru and Shinoa were born in the same method, through experimentation; but, there was something different between these two sisters, but what could it be?

To begin with, Mahiru was born thanks to a demon possessed woman; which is supposely the same for Shinoa but, Mahiru managed to meet her mother before the Hiragi family ordered to kill her.

In Shinoa’s case, she never got to meet her mother, she never had human interaction and was shunned down at a young age, it can be said that she was kept in secret after she turned 2 years old, but, how can I state this?

In the catastrophe manga, in chapter 16 and 18, there are some panels that show the interactions between Shinoa and Mahiru; at that time, Shinoa was around 4 years old and would often receive visits from Mahiru.

But despite the sisters interactions, there’s something amiss within Shinoa; and that’s the fact that Shinoa is not entirely human, what do I mean?

If many recall that black matter from chapter 78, we saw how it was absorbing Yu with it in order to create more clones; among this, it is possible that Shinoa was created by the same process adding Tenri’s DNA for that. Now, what exactly gives me such idea?

In chapter 85, after Shinoa was saved by Guren thanks to the Sinful Keys, we saw how Mahiru ended up catching her and allowing her to stand up in a safe spot; at the same time, Shinoa referred to Mahiru as elder sister, and you might wonder what it’s wrong with this since they’re sisters.

The issue here is that Noya questioned about how Shinoa addressed Mahiru; he suggested that they should kill Shinoa and be done with all the problems.

Now, many might guess that the answer is due to the fact Noya is a demon but, Noya was aware of Mahiru’s intentions; along that, he was restrained inside Mahiru while being in one sole cursed gear; therefore, it is possible that Noya was able to learn even more about Mahiru and how exactly her life was like as a human and this is due to the fact that Mahiru wasn’t able to close her heart as Shinoa.

Likewise, even if Shinoa and Mahiru aren’t related by blood, their bond was genuine, they both cared for each other; Mahiru really loved Shinoa the most and it’s possible that she was aware that Shinoa wasn’t entirely human, but, how is that possible? How can I state that?

To start off with this, Mahiru was aware that Tenri was up to no good with the experiments that were performed long ago with children being born from demon possessed women; along that, it is clear that Mahiru was aware that her destiny was set on stone, that she really had no chance to change it; along the fact that Tenri made Shinoa a hostage for Mahiru.

During the time Shinoa and Mahiru spent together as kids until certain point Mahiru started to spend less time with Shinoa; Mahiru made sure to teach Shinoa something valuable; what could Mahiru teach Shinoa?

Having a human heart. Shinoa grew up like any other Hiragi, she received training, to be merciless,to learn the value of strength and weakness in what the Hiragi Family concidered as a fact. It is clear that Tenri had knowledge of what was behind Shinoa and Mahiru thanks to the First Progenitor pulling the strings; though, it is clear that the First Progenitor was aware that his vessel was still young and thus he waited.

Among this, Mahiru ended up taking care of Shinoa and with this, she was able to smile and laugh before the nightmares manifested; within the process, it is likely that Mahiru checked on Shinoa most of the times and questioned her if she had nightmares of the sorts due to the experiments that were held with them

Once those nightmares manifested in Shinoa at a young age around 4-5; Mahiru was aware that Shinoa carried a more dangerous being than herself; which is why Mahiru found a way to extract Shinoa’s demon and by default, once the demon was removed from her, she lost all her memories about it.

After that event, Mahiru made sure to teach Shinoa how to close up her heart, how to fake smiles, how to put up a mask but within the process, after Mahiru removed Shikama Doji from Shinoa; Shinoa became something more as an empty vessel, someone who lost a part of its soul; someone who lost a part of what made her complete, which is why in further chapters within the catastrophe, it is evident the lack of interest from Shinoa; how she got used to the loneliness without being bothered by it.

Despite that, Shinoa retained human emotions and this is shown specially when Kureto held her as hostage and Mahiru ended up telling him to do as he pleased.

Mahiru was aware that’d hurt Shinoa deeply which actually managed to create within Shinoa, total distrust towards others, which is something that can be seen when she didn’t believe Guren and Shinya mouring for her if she died.

But like most of the characters in the story, eventually that sadness and emptyness was fulfilled by her new family who taught her how to value life and friendship.

Mikayuu and "incest"

I'm kinda pissed right now, so I'm just gonna rant. Just leave me be as I rant because I'm just so tired with all those narrow-minded people.

How can mikayuu fall under the category of incest?

I've seen this argument get brought up so many times when referring to mikayuu, and frankly, it has to stop. Yes, Mika and Yuu constantly refer to each other as family, and yes, they both have the same last name, but that's BS and you know it.

First of all, having the same last name is a BS argument. They both grew up in an orphanage where they're supposed to be a "family", but that doesn't make it incest!

Family is so much more than just platonic feelings.

How so? Well, take married couples for an example. And I'm well aware that not all married people apply, but most couples get married because they love each other romantically (in most cases), and when they're married, they become a "family". When a person refers to loving their family, they don't just mean their children and siblings, they also mean their spouse, their husband or wife. Married people are a family, and their love is considered familial because after marriage they become one unit. That's what family is; it's not just platonic love. It's so much more.

Second of all, when have Mika and Yuu ever called each other brothers? Last I checked, they haven't. They only ever call each other family, and I already explained my point on that earlier.

By saying mikayuu is incest, does that include yuunoa?

Because the whole reason this incest argument is brought up is because of the way Yuuichiro and Mikaela refer to each other and see each other. SO, how is it not wrong for yuunoa as well? All Yuu ever goes on about is how shinoa squad is his family, so why is no one shaming yuunoa shippers as well? Because Yuu refers to shinoa as family too, and everyone else, it's not just Mika.

Even if Mika and Yuu have grown up together and are a "family", they aren't blood-related, and their emotions are never confirmed to be those of "brothers", but "family".

Until mika and yuu canonically call each other brothers, my argument remains valid, and even then, they still aren't blood-related, so my argument stays valid.

By shaming mikayuu, you are indirectly shaming any form of familial love (that is NOT limited to platonic feelings!). Because family isn't just blood, it's about the people you've formed an emotionally deep connection with. It's about the people you truly care for and want to protect. No one ever said family has to stay strictly platonic.

Please don't automatically assume that I support incest, because it's actually something I really hate. As long as the ship is not blood-related, it is not incest.

NOTE THAT THIS DOESN'T ONLY APPLY TO MIKAYUU. THIS CAN ALSO APPLY TO SHIPS LIKE EREMIKA AND SO MANY MORE.

I talked about it in the previous post focus on a anime (or manga) female character and people who know me, know that I’m not really fond of the character. I probably passed more time talking bad about the character I will talk about today that say good thing about her.

But more I read the manga, more I read the light novel, more I see Hiiragi Mahiru, from Seraph of the End differently and maybe writing this post will make me like her a little more by seeing her under a new light.

My relation with Mahiru character is kind of similar than the one I have with Ichinose Guren (from the same series). It’s a love hate relationship. There is moment where I think Mahiru is not as bad as it she look like despite her apparent obsession over Guren, however there is also time where I wonder why she still exist, moment where I which Guren and got rid of her when he killed her instead of sealing her into a sword. (okay I don’t hate Guren to that extent, I do not wish is dead even when he get possess by Mahiru)

First you have to know that this post is based on light novel and manga Mahiru, we don’t see her enough in the anime to get a proper idea of who she is. If we take only in consideration the information given in the anime, Mahiru is the demon sealed in Guren sword, she is obsessed over Guren when she was human and still is and finally she is Shinoa older sister, but she is much more than that, she is far more than a crazy Guren groupie. Since I take information from the manga and light novel for this post, it is safe to say this post will contain spoilers.

Mahiru was the second oldest child of Hiiragi Tenri the head of the powerful Hiiragi family, she is one of the contender to take his place, the other contender being Kureto the oldest son of the family a year older than her. Normally Kureto should have be the only one in list, but Mahiru was different from birth, since the moment she was born, Mahiru wasn’t totally human. Her “mother” was possessed by a demon during the time of the pregnancy. The result was that Mahiru wasn’t never alone in her body as she shared it with a demon (what a great start in life). Another consequence was that Mahiru was a beautiful genius, she was seens as a goddess by her people around her. Since she was born she was always treated differently than the other and people always had high expectation from her. She was the best in everything, a amazing fighter and tactician, always surpassing her older brother without putting much effort.

However, despite the fact that Mahiru was the best at everything and could have had everything she wanted as long as it was going according to the plan, there is thing she always wanted without being able to get it, be a normal girl. A normal girl who will go to school her with friend, a normal girl who will pass time with her siblings, a normal girl who will be able to love the one she like. But she would never be able to get that, Mahiru would never be able to be a normal girl, since she was born half demon.

She was wasn’t able to get what she wanted,instead she put her energy into protecting what was important to her, her younger sister, Shinoa, and her forbidden (by her family) for love Guren. For them, Mahiru gave up her humanity, turn into a vampire and then finally a full demon just before her death. She followed her “father” plan, she act as she betrayed her family by being a double spy. She give-up a lot of thing to protect them cause she always knew she never be able to be a normal girl.

Like a lot of character in the series, Mahiru is a grey character although the series. It’s only at the end of the “Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at Sixteen” we final know her reason of acting this way.

Do I still hate her for killing Guren squad and friend, yes of course, however a part of me want to believe that it’s not the Mahiru who wanted to be a normal girl who killed them, but Mahiru the demon turned Vampire.

Now the only think I am sure is that she truly adore her little sister and would still to everything she can to protect her.

You might like her, you might hate her, no matter what is your opinion about her with can’t deny the fact that Mahiru is one of the post interesting characters of the series.

Why I ship Yuunoa and what it means to me

Hey I just wanna say something! I’m a Yuunoa shipper and I love this blog.

But more things I wanna say.

The main reason Yuunoa is my favourite ship is because I can RELATE to it, specifically Shinoa.

You see, I have depression, I can’t form proper me meaningful relationships, I don’t really feel happy most of the time, most of the time I’m sarcastic and I act like I’m happy when I’m not.

Like Shinoa, all I knew was loneliness, bitterness and pain for the first few years of my life (I’m 15 btw) and like her, I was abused by my family (my mom and dad were both physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to me since I was born), I had no friends, I used to cry all the time and contemplate suicide. And I did attempt it sometimes (Thank god it failed). Honestly when I read Sote and read Shinoa’s backstory it reminded me so much of what I had to go through that I quit reading that bit for a while (too much memories) but honestly Shinoa has been through SO MUCH and yet she continues to live on…..and to someone who’s been abused really badly by her parents as well and felt suicidal it’s just so fucking inspiring. I’m so so happy this depressed, broken little girl is finally getting happiness in the form of an angel named Yuu….I mean, I would give my life for her. I mean it.

Yeah but anyway Shinoa has been through hell and one day she finds this boy. She thinks he’s stupid. He thinks she’s annoying. But the growth and build up they have….Yuu teaches her how to love, how to work hard for a family, how to FEEL all these amazing emotions like happiness and will and desire for others and it just hits so close to home for me. I used to be like that. I hated socialising, spent school recess all alone, didn’t talk to other kids in class (partially due to them being bullies as well) until one day online I found a support group which I still use and honestly the people there have helped me through some tough times and assured me that my life has worth and suicide isn’t the answer. The people there are always there for me to cry to and talk about my problems and when I’m with them it’s like all my suffering is gone. They’re the greatest friends I could ever ask for.

How does this relate to Yuunoa? Well like me we have an abuse victim, Shinoa, who has never cared for anyone in her life, acts happy when in reality she’s sad, never loved before, been broken so many times in the past and cried wishing all the pain would end one day for good. She EXPLICITLY states she’s never cared for anyone and doesn’t know how it is to lose a loved one…..and one day this boy comes along and changes everything. It’s so amazing, all these new FEELINGS come across you. Suddenly you don’t feel unwanted and hated and useless anymore, finally there’s this ONE person who likes you and appreciates you and it means so much because no one in your life has ever treated you like that before. Name ONE anime couple with a dynamic like that. In fact name ANY couple like that in anything. No? Yeah. That’s why Yuunoa means so much to me, it shows how a broken torn down person like Shinoa can love again and it makes me cry.

I’d go on about Yuu as well but this is going on for too long so I should probably end it quick and I don’t wanna take up your time. Yuunoa is the best couple EVER (MikaYuu is crap) and I’m so happy Takaya Kagami will make it canon (GOD BLESS HIM FOR CHAPTER 66). Also I ship MikaKrul

Also don’t worry about the abuse. Most of it was physical but a lot was verbal as well and I was emotionally abused as well but my friends have helped me heal from the mental scars they’ve left (I’m so lucky to have them). About my abusive parents, they’re sickos but I’m pulling through and in a few years time I’ll be in university where I can be away from them hopefully get a job and live happily ever after

Top Ten Favourite Female Seiyuu

My first one didn’t do a whole lot of justice, so I decided to have another go at it! Here we go! Time to edit this up!

I notice that I didn’t include as many female seiyuu in my honourable mentions, but that’s because I had an easier time choosing here! I kind of knew what voices I liked from the beginning. I also don’t like the really high pitched annoying characters sometimes (with exceptions), so that was taken into consideration.

Some honourable mentions that I didn’t get the chance to mention were: Yuu Kobayashi, Ami Koshimizu, Chiwa Saito, Marina Inoue, Mai Nakahara, and Mamiko Noto. I love their voices and their roles, but I haven’t watched a whole lot of them either in anime or singing. I also seem to remember seiyuu more from their characters, and it’s a real shame that there aren’t as many female anime characters that are as well developed as their male counterparts which is why I don’t remember their characters as often. But most of it is just because I haven’t watched their major work yet.

Honourable Mentions:

Sakura Ayane

I just wanted to give a shout out to her because her performance of Uraraka is amazing, and she really nails her positive personality. She plays a range of other characters (sadly I haven’t watched most of them). I’ve been impressed by her other characters as well. Niwatori in Juuni Taisen has such an innocent personality at first, and even though it wasn’t a very good anime, she gave this character a lot of life despite being a character with only one episode of development. Haru in Nisekoi was the annoying little sister nobody wanted, but I’m proud of the fact that she makes me hate some characters that she plays because I think that’s the point most of the time. Suzuka from Tokyo Ravens is another example of this. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have range though. Her role as Ryouko in Tsurezure Children surprised me. Aoi Yuuki

Range. Just range. I can’t tell it’s her ever. Just never. I originally knew her for voicing Tsuyu from My Hero Academia, but after searching her up, I realized her range. Even though I didn’t watch most of the anime she has done, just clips of it can give you the biggest shock of a lifetime. I didn’t realize she was Kayo from Erased, Madoka from Madoka Magica, Tatsumaki from One Punch Man, Diane from The Seven Deadly Sins, and Lulu in League of Legends. She apparently also games. Aya Hirano

Okay, so maybe she has fallen off the grid for a bit, but the reason for some people now hating her is really stupid. I won’t get into it, but people are allowed to have lives outside of their work. Who would’ve known? Besides that, she is a talented singer who I know for voicing Lucy from Fairy Tail and Haruhi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She is also known for her role as Konata in Lucky Star and Misa in Death Note. 10. Maaya Uchida

This is slightly bias because she did just such a good job playing Hiyori. I love her voice and can’t imagine anyone else playing one of my favourite characters. With that being said, I think the best role I’ve seen from her, but she has done a ton of other roles too. Takanashi Rikka from Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! is another role that stands out to me. She truly makes me want to believe alongside her with her “eighth-grade syndrome”. Alluka from Hunter x Hunter is a role I didn’t expect, but I thought for the few clips I watched it was amazing and bone-chilling. 9. Mizuki Nana

Wow. I have a hard time recognizing her too, but maybe that’s because of her incredible range. On top of being a singer, she’s a tremendously talented voice actor. I know her as the soft-toned Hinata, but she has so many other roles. I haven’t watched a lot of her more prominent roles, but I have watched her as Hakuei Ren in Magi, Lan Fan in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Kisaki in WWW.Working! She has several other roles that I haven’t watched. The reason she has been placed this high on this list is that of the range I’ve seen in her performance and that craziness of her voice. 8. Romi Park

Yes. Her range is amazing. Edward Elric was given a voice by her. She is relatable, and she’s bilingual (and possibly trilingual) too! She speaks Korean and she has studied English! I haven’t watched a lot of shows with her in it (or at least completely), but here are a few roles that you might know her from. Ganta from Deadman Wonderland, Toshirou from Bleach, Temari from Naruto, Akane from Danganronpa, Switzerland from Hetalia, Angelina from Black Butler, Hange from Attack on Titan, and so many other roles! She’s really good at singing too! She’s so talented! Side note: She often represents Arakawa Hiromu (the mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist), and I didn’t notice until now. Wow. 7. Tomatsu Haruka

Weirdly, sometimes I have a hard time recognizing her voice. She has voiced such a large range of characters. She was one of the characters who gave me feels in Anohana where she played Anaru. I had so much fun watching a clip of Gintama’s genderbend where she played a female Gintoki. She was an independent protagonist in a shoujo as Shizuku in Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and the Miyakoshi horrible cook who kills in WWW.Working. Other people might know her as Asuna from SAO, Megumi from Accel World, Shiro from Tokyo Ghoul, Ichika from Waiting in Summer, Rena in ReLife, Megumi from Shiki, and now you might know her as Zero Two in Darling in Franxx. But my favourite role from her is definitely Morgiana from Magi. She was such a badass, and I loved every minute with her on screen. She has so many other roles, and she sings really well too. 6. Kana Hanazawa

She has done so many characters and is really popular. I love a lot of her roles, but this list is full of only the best of the best, so number 6 isn’t that bad! I love a good number of the characters she does too. She made me absolutely despise her in Akame Ga Kill as Seryuu. She was great as Shiemi from Blue Exorcist and broke my heart a little as Kanade from Angel Beats. I loved her little side roles as Lucy from Bungou Stray Dogs and as Kougyoku Ren from Magi. Sonohara from Durarara, Natsume from Tokyo Ravens, Chiaki from Danganronpa, and Onodera from Nisekoi are just a few other roles I’ve watched from her. 4. Saori Hayami

She’s so cool. I’ve seen her play Chiriko from Anohana, Himawari from Boruto, Sharyuu from Juuni Taisen, and Emi from Your Lie In April. One of her most outstanding role for me was Shirayuki. I wouldn’t have it any other way because she gives her such a feeling of elegance, humility, and innocence. But one of the best roles I’ve seen from her is as Shouko from A Silent Voice. That movie shocked me and left me absolutely stunned. Her portrayal was timeless, moving, and amazing. I was hit in the feels, and her performance along with Miyu Irino will probably stay with me forever. She sings some good OPs, but she can also scream at the top of her lungs and play some insane characters. Just look at Kakegurui. I have only seen a couple of scenes from that anime, but there are so many other roles that I want to see from her! 3. Rie Kugimiya

Okay wow. She’s amazing. Alphonse Elric has such a childish and innocent personality that was aided by her voice. She gave Taiga the perfect tsundere voice. She gives Kagura life and energy with her high-pitched voice. Those are my top three roles from her. Nobody else would ever be able to top those. Nora from Noragami is a character that I love to hate. I really want to watch her as Shana in Shakugan no Shana and as Juuzo from Tokyo Ghoul, and even though she doesn’t have as many roles that I want to catch up on, she plays three anime characters that I love. Her voice is the only one I hear when I see those three characters, and I would love to see her in other works as well. 2. Maaya Sakamoto

Holy moly her singing voice is really good. Her relationship with Kenichi Suzumura is so sweet, and I wouldn’t have found out about him if it wasn’t for her. She can play little girls, boys, and wonderfully beautiful well-developed androgynous characters. Her role in Kara no Kyoukai as Shiki sends chills down my spine. It almost distracted from the fact that I had no clue about the timeline. She portrayed the craziest Crona in Soul Eater was absolutely insane. Scherezade from Magi was another role I’ve seen from her. Nino from Arakawa Under the Bridge was so quirky and wonderful, and I loved her weirdness. Haruhi was another role from her that I absolutely loved. She was calm, talented, and played a nice protagonist that I liked compared to the rest of the main cast. But I have so much catching up to do on her other roles because she has so many! Motoko from Ghost in a Shell, Falangies from Arslan Senki, Shinobu in the Monogatari series, Ciel in Black Butler, Merlin in the Seven Deadly Sins, and Eto and Sen from Tokyo Ghoul. She is such a badass because she plays a lot of cool characters. 1. Miyuki Sawashiro

She is honestly such a nice person. I watched a segment with her and her brother. She sounds like an awesome older sister. She plays so many badass women. Bishamon is honestly such a caring badass goddess who takes in people because she wants to care for them. She is a respectable goddess who is one of my favourite Noragami characters. Celty is a mysterious biker who is also a badass. Even though she barely speaks literally in Durarara, Miyuki reads her texts perfectly. The quest to find what she has been missing is one of my favourite sides of the story. Seo from Gekkan Shoujo is an inspiration who I love to this day. She’s one of my favourite characters, and I always rewatch her scenes. I have also seen her as Kusaribe in Zetsuen no Tempest (which I didn’t really like), Isasawa in Angel Beats, Touko in Danganronpa, Ul and Ultear in Fairy Tail, and Ayane in Kimi ni Todoke. I want to watch a lot more anime with her in the future including Shion in Psychopass, Sugura in the Monogatari series, Toto Sakigami in Deadman Wonderland, Seri in K, Shane in Charlotte, Kira in Btooom, Leona in Yamada, Himeko in Kokoro Connect, Kana in Kiseijuu, and Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter. I love her voice and her singing. She apparently knows how to play the piano too. I can’t even express in words how much respect I have for her. favorite thing about them: I love the complexities of his character if that makes sense. I love how his happy carefree nature is a part of him as much as it is a coverup for the darker self-loathing that lies within. I love how he’s haunted by his past and in many ways consumed by it but he never comes across as a stereotypical brooding loner. I love how much he cares for his friends and family and how those feelings are exacerbated by his past losses. Basically I love how real he feels as a character and how #relatable to me he is on a personal level

least favorite thing about them: i just want him to be able to love himself but he just won’t

favorite line: I’m doing this super late at night to take a break from cleaning the house so I don’t have time to look up the exact quote but it’s essentially, “if we want to run away, our friends can help with that too” from the Mika and Yuu episode of season 2. It’s just such a departure from the conventional ‘I can never run from the battle’ stuff most shonen protags do, shows his love for his friends, and how much he cares about Mika specifically. Like, good stuff man

OnS theories. Fourth theory. - Rigr Stafford, master mind and Guren Ichinose’s manipulator. Warning!! Mayor spoilers of Guren Ichinose: World Resurrection at 19

So far, we know that Sika Madu has manipulated history to his own pleasure but Rigr can’t stay behind with this. This is also a mayor spoiler but, thanks to someone who leaked information about the second volume of the World Resurrection at 19; Rigr knew that Sika Madu pretended to play the role of God, therefore why do you think the Hiragi family hates the Ichinose branch?

Well, that’s because Rigr played a huge role there, he managed to separate the Hiragi family from the Ichinose branch in order to weaken the Hiragi family. This is also the reason why Guren has Rigr’s blood. And the only person who knows aside from Rigr is Ferid Bathory.

Sika Madu knew all along that Rigr was trying to weaken his plans but he paid no mind to this because he really doesn’t care about love affairs. Even so, why do I say Rigr is also a mastermind just like Sika Madu?

First of all, Rigr tried many times to convice Guren to join forces along the Hyakuya Sect just like Mahiru tried to persuade him as well. Even so, Guren’s heart couldn’t afford to do so because of his friends he wanted to protect.

Second point, Rigr left with all the intention of the world the names of all the test subjects that were in the Seraph of the End proyect, that’s why Guren chose Yoichi, Kimizuki and Yu to be on his care and also to make them be wielders of the black demon series. Even so, there’s also a chance that Mahiru could have left those notes, even so, Mahriu wasn’t always inside that sect.

Now, why do I say Guren is being manipulated? Well, first, it’s because of his hate towards the Hiragi house, just like he said in chapter 77, he’s been desperated to break from that curse and be free but he knows as well that the first is in control thanks to Kureto and Shinoa.

Another important thing is the fact that Rigr was the cause that Mahiru and Guren met; the only thing he never predicted was the love that both held towards each other. What he sought was to divide even more the power of the Hiragi family but the love was something out of his plans.

Also, Rigr helped Guren in order to keep Mahiru’s memories present even after she became a demon on his sword. This relates a lot with the theory of the daggers which is more a confirmation than a theory.

Also, the conection between Guren and Rigr can’t be described at all because it would relate to all the things before and after the catastrophe which we can see in chapter 75.

And the most important fact, is that Rigr wanted Mika and Yu to be under Guren’s care, But Ferid made sure to make it somehow not possible but we’ll only see how things turn onwards.
