-Joseph.......loves praising mc???? but like also in a degrading way than the way jack would. think more towards 'you're such a good sl*t' etc etc

-loves public s*x...there's no way you can look at the man and say he doesn't. of course doesn't want to get into trouble with the law or terrify children, but think of it as a game. see how many times mc can nut on his fingers. before the two of them have to finish this...elsewhere

-loves to tease, doesn't matter about what, just to see mc flush and try to hide is just so appealing to him. even more so when they're going at it in the bedroom and watching mc fall apart with his c*ck and his voice??? mmmm he'll take that everyday

-loves pet names. mc calls him something like "my love" or "baby" or "honey" don't ask him why his first response is to get excited...he's such a lonely man.

-if you want to try things in the bedroom? he doesn't care. mc wants to call him different names/titles? 100% is on board. when him and mc figure out the best title? oh man he's gonna use it against mc everrrrrryday.

-just like last post, he's absolutely for sloppy toppy. he can't get enough of it. tho it's more like an appetizer than like him actually wanting to finish, mc other holes are his main dish he wants in all the time.

-instead of praising when mc tops? filthy talker. goading mc to go harder/faster with whatever equipment they got (bought or organic is fine, he's not picky). even will ride mc to get the results he wants. he's not no pillow princess

-doesn't really sub, more like less domineering than anything else. doesn't mean to? but will laugh in mc's face if they suggest being in charge.

-never had someone care about him. so when mc see's he's struggling? and helps give him a 'self care day'? he doesn't know how to react. genuinely stuck between wanting to cry and rejecting the idea of it. fully accepts it after awhile. it's his favorite thing to do with mc

-loves when mc plays with his hair, likes brushing it? and just being so gentle? (actually figuring out that 2-in-1 isn't actually good) and takes the time to let mc take care of his hair. it's so soft and nice now.

-can only cook the essentials...........like eggs and ramen. if mc can cook better than him? well he's been sold for everything else, but this is just a bonus.

-doesn't really speak. genuinely loves hearing mc talk about their day/in general because he thinks their voice is so lovely.

-wants to take care of mc no matter what. mc is the first person to care for him, he wants to make sure they're taken care of.

personally this is a little adhd snippet? i personally hc him that has adhd

-he's weird? he can maintain eye contact, but if you're talking to him, he's walking while listening. so he can actually Listen

-was always shit on for having hyperfixations, esp as a kid...mc makes it safe for him to explore himself and his childhood.

-cannot watch anything without subtitles. it's like...without the subtitles he can't understand shit

-can get really good at something in a matter of days then just dip....because it doesn't stimulate his brain as much as it did

enough adhd content, also it's MY hc because i have audhd, skip over it if you don't want to read it

-joseph loves all shapes mc would be in....just really really loves fat mc. like he loves tummy.

i was making some baked butternut squash for a friendsgiving the other day and it had me thinking abt steadyhands/crew of the revenge thanksgiving

do ed and izzy know what the holiday is? do they even care about it? i bet stede loves it even tho mans can barely cook. i bet he wears a ‘kiss the cook’ apron while trying to prepare the feast. i bet izzy would prepare the turkey for stede bc hes the least squeamish out of the three of them, and i bet iz’s turkey is fuckibg delicious. ed’s just doing small lil odd jobs like chopping herbs and veggies for stede and izzy, rolling out pie crust, mixing fillings for said pie/s.

i feel like even if ed and iz dont start off by liking the holiday, after a year or two of doing it together they start enjoying it and branching out a lil with their recipes

olu, jim, archie, and zheng would show up with some homemade cranberry sauce and maybe some sort of dessert roach gave them the recipe for(probably doesnt look the best but deff tastes amazing)

frenchie is just kind of there LMAO hes singing silly songs to the cooks

fang and roach would both bring appetizers, i feel like roach would bring some fancy ass deviled eggs or smth n fang would bring a a classic meat and cheese board

wee john is bringing his mommas homemade apple pie and its the best thing u have ever tasted in ur life

the swede and jackie would probably drop by with some booze

lucius and pete would probably bring some bland ass mashed potatoes lmaooooo two gays who cannot cook hc

they all leave out some leftovers in the yard in case bird buttons stops by

zheng invites her auntie, and auntie takes one bite of the mashed potatoes and straight up tells them it tastes like cardboard but then she takes them into the kitchen and shows them how to make them better(spices, SALT ANS PEPPER LMAO, also ✨good butter✨)

izzy just watching that going down, laughing to himself grateful he isnt the one to be teaching them, also grateful everyone is getting along and enjoying the peace

he probably slips away at one point, enjoying the cool night air(and the quiet) when bird buttons stops by and picks at the leftovers. i bet he and izzy have a silent exchange before he flies off

every year they get together and do it again, sometimes at somebody else’s place but usually at ed and stede’s inn <33

also tho, i can TELL that i’ve had a shift in the way i approach cooking — which tbh is like, something that happened so gradually it feels like i’ve always thought like this. but i have understanding of like, what different things in recipes are for, i’m almost never fazed by a new recipe before because at least some part of it will be something i’ve done before. i’m now quite willing to futz with a recipe based on what i have around because i’m getting a sense of what works and what doesn’t.

and, very excitingly, i’m getting a sense of MY OWN FOOD PREFERENCES! i didn’t think this would happen! but i like certain things soggy (in general i absolutely prefer like … mush / textural sameness). like curry i want my stuff in there to be LITTLE, ditto when cutting up stuff for tofu soup or for adding to spaghetti. but also, i know what to look for / expect now when it comes to finishing something in a sauce — i’m waiting til i move to make teriyaki chicken meatballs but i used to pour the sauce over top and now i’m going to coat them in it bc i just think it’ll taste better.

AND i have a lot of like .. simple easy recipes i can do? and i can kind of mix and match to get a recipe together. today actually i’m going to fuck around with the instant pot butter chicken recipe i like (bc i don’t own an instant pot and my roommate moved out) to make the sauce on the stovetop and use tofu instead of chicken for easy no-fuckups texture and cooked-through-ness.

it just feels good!! like it’s only been six months!!!!!!! wOW! WOW I LOVE TO SEE PROGRESS ACTUALLY!!

and like, i know there are things i still can’t really do well — stir-fried noodle is one, where i’m not sure if it’s the pots i have or the difficulty of working within my sodium restriction, but i just haven’t made it stick. or things i just haven’t tried — i don’t really like baked goods but i would like to try beignets and croissants or eclairs or like a coffee cake sometime (i am just mentally pulling from what i used to eat on break while i was working at a coffeeshop). and i haven’t done any dim sum / steamed bun sorts of things. i’ve only just started using the steamer attachment to my rice cooker (which, oh my god. i got this for free from a grad student friend my freshman year of college and it has served me so well?? and i am so glad to have it every day???) to like cook taiwanese sausage or steam a custard bun for dessert. but i do think my next big frontier is going to be!!! dim sum type foods. or hm, fried appetizers like pakora, spring rolls.

oh and i forgot — from watching choki on youtube i learned a new pouring technique where you put a pair of chopsticks against the lip of the pouring container to guide the liquid down!! and now i spill stuff way less it’s great!

AND i’ve recently learned how to make perfect to me sunny side up yolky fried egg! egg goes in pan on like medium low heat, put a lid on, keep the lid on (check occasionally) until the egg whites have solidified, then it’s done!! no added water, just having the lid on from the start makes all the difference!!!

Okay SO: Every year my sister and I celebrate Odaiba Day with guilmon bread or some other treat. This year will be the first time hosting it in my own apartment, so I want to do a full-on digimon FEAST. So far we have guilmon bread and I want to do meat on a bone for the main dish, but what other suggestions would you make?

cool cool so you got the main dish + side of bread, how about appetizers of deviled eggs

(not to mention you could always spice them up by making some of the whack recipes the kids were talking about in adventure. Both sub and dubs were wild)

You could make/buy some Mochi ice cream! @/Motimon being Mochimon in the sub

(THO with some food coloring you could totally make most of the baby digimon LOL)

adding in more meat to your menu, Birdramon hot wings (lol)

Frontier had a lot of burgers and apples get used here and there!!

why not a Build your own Burger station (get some of those pre-cooked pre-seasoned patties from like Costco or a Walmart or smth)

Xros Wars/Fusion REALLY hammed in the Digibytes (and whatever they were called in the sub) So side dessert with some cookies in a small plate?

OH the Xros Wars manga had this whole cake land!! Weddinmon + Cakemon, you could totally bring in a strawberry shortcake into this. (bonus if it doesnt have any decoration on the top and you buy some red decoration jelly to draw something on it :EYES:

drink wise!! I’m gonna recommend Calypso. There’s a bunch of flavors, and they all have really bright colors that you can easily assign a character!! (SIDENOTE: I think theyre suuuuuper sugary, I had the blue one once and oohhh boy. Hoho boy.)
