I hope at some point we get a game similar to school of dragons but like, better quality and more character customisation.

And our character actually ages along with the canon characters and not be a teen at default while the other characters are adults.

Hello! 20 NB, looking for 18+ writers for How To Train Your Dragon(httyd). I want to make a group of 4-5 people to roleplay with.

What would this roleplay feature?

In this roleplay, the characters end up stranded on an island after their boat goes down at sea. As they slowly build their settlement, they find out more about the island that they landed on, including that it has a variety of dragons.

The roleplay itself would partially use a dicebot to, for example, roll for the damage of an attack, and the rp would be oc-based.

Faceclaims can be irl faceclaims, or they can be more cartoon-like art, so long as the design would fit in the world and time period.

The roleplay itself would be semi-lit to advanced lit, with it being held in a discord server.

In terms of time, this would be placed before nightfuries were largely extinct, so while still rare, they are not as rare as they are at the time of the movies, if that makes sense?

I am open to adjusting things based on member feedback.

The muses must be 18+. The ones at the start, at least.

What am I looking for in potential members of the group?

To be up for a chat ooc as well.

To be fine with the rp taking its time.

making a quick and temporary rp post until the other one i'm working on is ready.

bcuz i lost most of my rps due to quotev being a twat, i decided to start rping more on here. so i wanted to make a post so other rpers can reach out to me.

below will be my rules/requirments as well as a list of fandoms. please follow them all if you wish to rp with me. and if you're interested in rping, feel free to comment or message me.

ROLEPLAY RULES:

- descriptive/story/literate rp only. i'm not interested in rping script/text.

- i only do double up rps. I’m not interested in just rping the canon character or original character for your rp. I don’t enjoy it and I want to actually be apart of it. rather than just play the love interest to your character.

- oc x oc or oc x cannon mainly. for my side. i usually only do oc x cannon esp if we're doing a fandom rp. obviously i would do oc x oc for an og rp. but if you'd rather do oc x oc, cannon x cannon for your side i'm fine with that.

- it's very rare for me to do friendship based (platonic) rps, as i would like my side to be romantic. but if you want your side to be platonic, i can do that.

- please try to copy my reply length to the best of your abilities. i need at least a paragraph or two.

- you play my love interest, i play yours.

- i will not accept mary/gary sues. if i believe your oc is a mary/gary sue i will let you know. i do not mean to offend, i just find them annoying and wont enjoy the rp if your oc is like this.

- with that being said, please don't make the whole rp about your character/oc.

- no god modding. your oc/character cannot be the best at everything, give them flaws.

- no adult x child. pedophilia. child porn. etc.

- no love shapes. (threesomes, etc. i may or may not accept love triangles (just with crushing) depending on the characters and my mood).

- no incest.

- no vore.

- no bestiality.

- no male pregnancies.

- no rape.

- don't just play your oc and that's it. play more than one character. it's more fun this way.

- do not play my ocs.

- do not spam me. message/spam me after a week of no reply.

- be realistic. play the cannon characters properly. don't make them do something they wouldn't normally do. don't heal an injury right away. don't make someone pregnant right after having sex. etc.

- use proper grammar and punctuation to the best of your abilities.

- do not delete the rp without asking me first.

- don't just stop replying, if you are done with the rp, let me know first.

- don't time skip without asking me first.

- don't make the whole entire rp sexual.

-my side will be bxg/fxm (girl x boy) but if you want your side to be something else (gxg, bxb, etc) than i am more than okay with doing that for you. as long as you're okay with doing bxg for me.

- smut, cuss, and gore are all okay with me. but we can keep one or all of these out if you'd prefer. (i will not rp smut/nsfw with minors)

-on that note, i will only rp with those of legal age. 18+.

- do not steal my forms or my characters.

- do not write in the first person point of view. i will only accept third person pov.

- if you have any ideas for the rp, let me know! don't be afraid to ask me anything.

(Hey, could we RP? HTTD , I'll be using an OC and I'd like it if you'd start with Hiccup (But feel free to add a muse at anytime, I don't mind. (Oh, and I did read the rules.)))

The day had started peacefully, until Hiccup heard a commotion by the beaches. Upon investigating he came across a young woman facing a large Razorwhip. The two looked a little dazed, and the dragon's left wing was injured.

"Oh Kip, are you alright?" She asked, her voice as strong as a thunderstorm. The dragon grumbled and showed her the injured wing. "Oh my, oh Kipper..." She patted her side and frowned. "My pouch is gone..." The dragon grumbled again. "Oh, I know, I know it's bad... guess we need to find help."

(I'll send her appearance via DMs, if you want to RP.)

Hiccup was originally wandering around at the moment, Toothless by his side before he heard the commotion. While he was originally prepared for a fight, he calmed down once he saw the injured dragon.

“Woah, what happened?” He asked, trying to figure out the species of the dragon.

Currently I'm hunting for a How To Train Your Dragon roleplay though I'm also open to other settings/aus, as long as I can use the OC of mine who is featured below!

General Roleplay Information

- I write rather detailed responses and often do my best to at least match the replies of the person I'm roleplaying with. I have 7+ years of experience as well.

- I will ONLY roleplay with adults/18+ individuals, I often include mature topics in my character's lore and like exploring dark themes, thus I would like to stick to people in my age range.

- Aside from the age rule I don't have anything else to mention for boundaries. I am a very flexible person with roleplays and am open to most ideas over all.

- An additional warning: While I have not mentioned it directly in his character information, as to keep some mystery, the OC featured below does have a past history with abuse of several kinds so please keep that in mind as there is a chance it will be brought up depending on how things go.

- In the case of this being mainly for a HTTYD setting I am mainly looking for rps that would involve other human ocs, though I will also consider lycanwings. Canon characters are also on the table I guess? In short though the only thing I'm not looking for is one sided human and dragon roleplays with this character.

- Plot and roleplay themes/setting are up for discussion so we can make sure everything fits for both characters involved. I am also very open for potential shipping plots! Slow burn or other wise.

- I generally prefer to roleplay over DMs or Discord, so please feel free to send me something via DM if you're interested, I promise I don't bite! You can also just comment/reblog with something and I can DM my discord information for doing something there.

✦ Name: Rem is the only name he ever gives.

✦ Gender: Male

✦ Age: Roughly 37-38 (Though I am open to doing things with his past, so he'd be somewhere in his 20s depending on when it is.)

✦ Sexuality (opt.): He likes men :)

✦ Occupation (opt.): Rogue Dragon Rider - Freelance Criminal (for himself)

✦ Personality: An oddly often cheerful and upbeat person, Rem notably lives in the moment so to speak with little focus on the future, no matter how quickly said future and consequences come for him he really does his best to ignore it. He in general lives fast and does his best to just roll with life's punches. With people, or well, men he tends to have a habit of being mildly flirtatious - often in the way of making snide and usually vulgar comments/jokes. While he is not as inclined towards it as he once was, he still has a notable liking for hooking up with people now and again when he can.

He holds little attachment to objects and is very quick to move on and replace things- he has a similar outlook with people unfortunately, while he has friends he doesn't really let himself get overly attached to any one individual, so if they grow to hate him or leave or… worse he isn't all that bothered. His relationships with others are loose friendships at the best as he tends to be cagey about his past and will do almost anything to avoid the topic if he can help it. The only thing he is distinctly attached to is his dragon, though he isn't exactly worried about loosing them.

While he often can seem snarky and selfish, especially with prioritizing himself above all else, he does have a good heart. Though some emotional and mental scars keep him from meaningful connections, it's simply not worth the risk to him even if he yearns for something stable.

✦ Appearance: Standing between 6 '1 and 6' 2 Rem is of decent height and is rather broadly built - while he is agile and quick on his feet his broad shouldered body type suggests otherwise. He keeps himself covered almost entirely by clothing, though his face is partly visible, the lower half being covered by a mask. Bright green eyes are often visible in the shadow of his cloak hood along with the glimpse of pale freckled skin and at least one notable scar that creates an uneven diagonal line across his face. His hair is dirty blonde yet often seems more brown with streaks of white and it's rather fluffy/curly in texture. His outfit is a combination of leathers and cloth studded with dragon scales (namely from grim gnashers), with some metal adornments here and there that are an odd purple-black color. A green cloak rests atop it all with striped patterns on the interior that mimic his dragon's wing stripes.

✦ Backstory: The vast majority of Rem’s personal history is something he keeps very close to his chest, though what is known about him is his lifestyle of being a rogue dragon rider - for years now Rem has gotten by in life by snatching and stealing from just about anyone, and much like his dragon he's often a bit too slippery to be caught for long. This does mean his masked visage and rather notable dragon are known throughout islands and villages, there's a price on his head in half the Archipelago and beyond but they haven't caught him yet and they won't as long as he has anything to say about it.

✦ His Dragon(s):

-His main dragon is a slitherwing with polycephaly, a great green banded serpent who's notably defensive over him, with good reason.

-He sometimes has a secondary dragon in the form of a freshly hatched leucistic slitherwing, who's lovingly named Spirit.

✦ Casual Other Little Facts:

"What" makes up like half of his vocabulary and he often tends to be very expressive with his hands when he speaks.

While he is not very open emotionally, Rem can often be very physically open or touchy with people though it is explicitly on his terms. He tends to get very flinch-y if touched unprompted by others.

While he is very good with his dragons he is very iffy with almost any other species. He is knowledgeable of slitherwings almost exclusively with some exceptions.

While he may be clever and very good at thinking on his feet he can also be a bit dense sometimes, especially when handling people and their emotions under normal social circumstances. He's got street smarts, not book smarts.

Weapon wise he often utilizes a bull-hook of all things.

When he has Spirit, that little dragon means the WORLD to him. He's like cat dad vibes but with a little highly venomous dragon.

18+ non-binary roleplayer here!! I'm looking for either OC x CC or OC x OC. I think OC x OC are more fun because we can do whatever we want with our ocs, we dont have to keep it canon, but here are some tropes we can build a plot off of if we'd do OC x OC

Villain x Hero. With this one it can definitely go a few different ways. We can start where the hero is talking to their city, proud that they killed the villain, proud that their people are safe only for the villain to be in the crowd, smirking at the hero. We could also do something like, the villain coming back to their lair/house and the hero is in their lair/house after finding out who the villain is

Criminal x Detective. Now with this one, it can be something like, the criminal kidnapped the detective, and is holding them in their house in the middle of nowhere, kinda like a Stockholm syndrome thing. Or, we can do something like, the criminal was wrongfully accused and while the criminal is in a holding cell, another murder happens and the detective figures out that the "criminal" was innocent all along

Black Cat x Golden Retriever. I see this one being like a college/high school theme, but if you have other ideas we can definitely work with them! I just like the concept of Black Cat and Golden Retriever

Enemies to lovers. I can see this one being like a royalty one. I know arranged marriage can be a trope itself, but I like two young adults 18-20 being forced to marry and as they are around each other more, they find they are slowly falling in love

I've been into a few different fandoms lately

Criminal minds, Stranger things, HTTYD, BNHA, and AOT here's what I'm looking for

Criminal minds- I can play any character you want me to, I'm pretty good at most of them or so I've been told!! I do canon ships, but also oc x cc double ups! I have three ocs I can choose from depending on who you can play!!

Stranger things- I can play anyone except Hopper and Joyce, I'm good at Eddie, Steve, Jonathan and Nancy the best! But I can really play anyone you want!! I do canon ships but also oc x cc double ups!!

HTTYD- I've seen RTTE, and all three movies, I can play any character you want me to. I'm mostly looking for double ups! But I can do canon ships as well!

BNHA- I can play any character, I'm not caught up on the manga yet but I really dont care for spoilers, spoil it for me, I don't care. I mostly do AU's but I'm open to canon verse as well

AOT- I can play any character here as well although I have a hard time with Levi and Hange! With this one I also mainly do AU's but I'm open to canon verse as well

Rules- Write 3+ lines at least, give me something to work off of!! Me personally, I have zero triggers but please tell me yours! I don't wanna trigger you in our roleplay!! I'm always down for any plot! The plot we are doing you dont like? Tell me and we can switch, you want your character to ship with someone else, ask!
