Hi everyone! So to celebrate this occasion, I’ve decided to something a little different...I’m holding something of a writing raffle! A while back I wrote out a sort of TLSQ-style story for Matthew, and so I figured this would be the best way to do so!
So here’s how it works: Anyone who follows me (including new people!) can submit their hphm oc! At the end of the week, the three who win will get a moodboard as well as being the ones who are involved in The Phantom Woes of Matthew Luther, a 4-part story that I’ll be writing!
The synopsis: “Matthew Luther hasn’t come out of Ravenclaw Common Room at all recently, and his friends and quidditch teammates are starting to worry. With the help of the Most Powerful Witch at Hogwarts, can you find out what’s happened to both Matthew and Helena Ravenclaw without being spirited away yourself?”
The submission will be open all week (so until the 19th November), and everyone can submit 1 oc via reblogs, messages or DMs, on either Tumblr or on my Discord! I look forward to making moodboards and writing you guys’ characters as my little way of saying thanks for following!!

Happy ffwf! Thank you for the ask, and sorry for the late reply.
Short answer: Yes.
Longer answer: Yes, lots!
So, as I’ve gotten further through the years of HPHM, the more I’ve drifted from the game plot and used it as a very rough outline/general source of inspiration. This is more the case with Return to the Riddles than any of the others so far, as the plot is something I’ve spun up myself using a couple of loose threads from Y6 which I left out of Circle of Khanna, a few plot points from early in the Y7 gameplay, and I think two(?) sidequests from the game, along with my own lore for Artemis, Jacob, R, the Vaults, etc. It has it’s roots in the game and there are nods and parallels to some canon moments (weirdly, not all of these were deliberate!), but mainly it’s my own work, which is why I definitely can’t wait to see what people think of it.
This is especially true of all the lore and backstory I’ve come up with, and have been building up to/dropping hints about since the start. There’s a reason I’ve always been very quiet when discussions on Tumblr and Discord have turned to the Vaults Lore, who is the Cabal, and what is going to happen at the end - I’ve had my own ideas for a long time, and haven’t wanted to spoil the pay off of the big reveals and plot twists I’ve got planned.
Because there’s several. And they start pretty early on, and continue right to the end.
I think the moments I’m most looking forward to, without wanting to spoil anything and in no particular order, would be:
A full criminal trial.
An interaction which uses JKR’s own canon to call her out on her shitty opinions.
A new Sorting Hat song.
Centaurs! (One of my personal favourite scenes)
A meeting of R.
Artemis explores the Department of Mysteries.
The return of Reggie the Muggle! (Along with a couple of other minor characters we haven’t seen for a while…)
A chapter that is simply called “The Truth”.
As for “they’re going to love this”… Well, I hope you all do!!!

Wizarding World Discord + Goodbye
As you observe my ad, you should also know that this is my closing to this account. While I still enjoy Harry Potter very much, I have lost interest to keep this account active and producing new content. But I have found another interest, discord! I am more active over here anyway, and I have a lot in store for many of you to join me with.
