2007 - (I can't find 2008) -2009 -2010 respectively. I used to think I'd die of embarrassment before anyone caught me in a skirt or dress. Now I live in them. I used to wear nothing but layers of shirts and jeans and jackets, even when it got so hot and I got dizzy. I did it thinking I had to spare people from having to look at my bare arms or legs. Now I'm working on not giving a fuck. I'm not gonna put her down because she deserves more than that. She was the roots, the foundation of who I've become/am becoming. (Also aging is natural jfc.) But maybe I'd tell her to relax, some things never change. You still wear fandoms on your sleeve, and love things with all you heart.
