Alondra!!! It’s been forever since I’ve been on here and first I want to say that I’m sorry for disappearing so suddenly. So much has happened after spring break that I never really made free time out of school and work, and finding jobs after I graduate too (I think I was burnt out but I didn’t want to accept it tbh 😭). I’ve practically written a whole essay’s worth about NC part 13 😭 but I haven’t had the chance to revise what I wrote, also I think I wrote way too much (no seriously, I upgraded to writing on a word doc just for this!) I feel awful not posting or writing anything this past month, but school is almost done and I’ll be graduating May 9th! and omg yes hux was a HUGE hyperfixation for me, but I feel like most of the fandom had kinda dissipated by the time I actually started writing for him lmao 😅 I technically do have one wip for him that is all plotted out and everything, I just haven't really had the time or motivation to work on it 😔 and I am still sometimes seized by the hux hyperfixation making its way back around on the chaotic carousel of fictional characters that rotates in my mind at all times, so perhaps I will do more stuff for him in the future again sometime lol
but I'm so glad you enjoyed the plant headcanons! 🥰 I had a ton of fun doing those and they were just something silly and self-indulgent that brought me a lot of joy ☺️

I’d say you have absolutely nothing to be insecure about!! I loved what you wrote and i’m very intrigued to check out your Hux works too! Right now my ‘to-read’ fics have been piling up like crazy cause I’m always saving them for when the time is right and it never is 🤣😭 but I’m really looking forward to them because back then I was SO PICKY about Hux fics (kinda like how I am with Eddie’s fics now, now that I think about it lol). He really was big for me too! Specially during the pandemic. In fact, I consider Domhnall Gleeson to be the husband (and then comes Joseph lmao). And I feel like back then there were very few stories that centered around Hux and an rc or on his own, they were mostly kylux (which I love as well though). Man, Hux was such an interesting character on its own and it’s so sad that they massacred my boy in the sequels after TFA.
So count on it, if you wanna talk about Hux or even brainstorm ideas for him, I am ALWAYS down!!

hi!! I just wanted to pop by and say your soulmate fic has been living in my head rent free since you posted it 😆 idk how im gonna survive the weeks between updates considering im already losing my mind at ch 1?? but the premise is fascinating and i also echo the other anon who mentioned that the kan line about how devastated he was about not feeling your soulmate stuck with me sooo much because it was so gut wrenching 😭 (how did you manage this, to pack so much top tier angst into one line and from a side character at that?!?! haha) i was stuck on that bit for so long! It breaks my heart that kan probably took comfort in his soulmate's touches like akk did too, but that brief panic at it being a boy and doing something irrational without thinking it through then suddenly kan realizing that one comforting presence he'd always had was gone with no way to tell his soulmate he was sorry :(( GODDD the Pain!!! (I am curious though, how a couple who are both not virgins might find each other if they don't have that psychosensory cue?)
annother thing about the kan part was that it made me think about aye - ohh i can't wait to see more of him in the next chapter because i'm so curious about where his headspace on soulmates is. because i feel like aye must have been SO yearning for anything at all from his soulmate but if he never felt anything back i wonder if he thought he just didn't have one/they were gone. which also breaks my heart to think about, poor aye 😭 especially added in with the fact that akk was so startled by the sudden absence of his soulmate's presence that he finally even reached out himself but by then it was too late or aye would have reached back.... aaaand now i'm aching all over again for akk because im thinking of him dealing with the idea of thinking his soulmate had died and grappling with the regret of not having reached out when he could have...and i wonder if aye is unabashedly thinking of akk directly, because he thinks he doesn't have a soulmate so he thinks its harmless... omg. this fic is making me feel ALLL the things and its only chapter 1?!? what kind of sorcery is this?????

Kan, my beloved 🥹. He really is a hot mess in every universe. Honestly, I may end up writing a companion piece about Kan and Thua because I have a lot of feels about them and I don't think I'm going to be able to include it all in the main fic.
As for how two people who aren’t virgins might find each other, it would just be the same as you and me. They’d have to go about it the old-fashioned way: through trial and error. Although there are some subtle signs that you might notice as the fic goes along.
Chapter two (which should be posted later today!) will focus very heavily on Aye’s feelings towards his soulmate, but I think you're definitely on the right track. Since he never really felt Akk, he didn't think he was there and made decisions accordingly.

Ok so first up is Shouto ❤️
When I first met Shouto, I didn’t like him at all, I thought he was an elitist prick that thought he was above everyone. Also he always had this uninterested look on his face whenever I would say something and that used to piss me off so I just ended up ignoring him and kept our interactions to work related things, little did I know that he kept record of those moments in his brain and vowed to change my perception of him and yeah it definitely worked. He ended sweeping me off my feet ☺️💕
Shouto knows how much I love The Golden Girls and whenever I’m really sad and don’t want to interact with anyone, he puts on the show for me and orders me my favorite food and dessert and he sits with me to eat and watch the show. He’s somewhat of an expert on the characters because I watch it over & over again and laugh the same way at each joke. Sho agrees that I have traits from each of the characters, but thinks that I’m definitely more of a Dorothy (which is true btw) and he thinks it’s funny.
Whenever we’re watching golden girls or any other show/movie, Sho likes to wrap my favorite purple fuzzy blankie around me and cuddle me 🥹 He says he does that because he likes to know that I feel safe & loved and that I don’t have to worry about anything. He’s always gonna be by my side and he’ll be here for me whenever I need him. When I’m happy, he’s happy. I always ask him what does he need because Sho is such a giver and he always responds “just your smile and love” and I just 😭😭
Not just with Sho but with my other 2D loves, we love doing our skincare together. I had to be the one to teach them about skincare because they didn’t think about it that much, but it ended up bonding us closer together. It’s a must in our daily routines, but we sometimes get into disagreements because they always end up finishing my serums & moisturizers. If they finish it, I make them buy it back 😂
I’m kinda in a mushy mood, but this is just one of my selfship headcanons for Sho ❤️
