iam pridem, ex quo suffragia nulli
uendimus, effudit curas; nam qui dabat olim
imperium, fasces, legiones, omnia, nunc se
continet atque duas tantum res anxius optat,
panem et circenses. ...
I had so much fun drawing this. I tried out being more messy with my colouring and that is absolutely something I want to play more with in the future.
Do you think Honsou takes Uriel on dates almost exclusively to forts, castles and bastions, then infodumps about them (and how to best break into/defend them given the nature of a given period's warfare) for five hours with frankly horrifying levels of excitement and weird little snorts whenever the phrase "load-bearing" comes up in his rants?
I am so scandalized and outraged at this FLAGRANT BETRAYAL that I feel the need to rebalance the scales. Except I don't have any ideas, haven't read that much of Uriel, and am in the middle of two fics already. Halp.
