WHO NEEDS PERM?

Many employment-based petitions, such as visa applications for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities (i.e. EB-2, excluding National Interest Waivers) and visa applications for professionals with a bachelor's degree, skilled workers, and unskilled workers, require PERM labor certification (i.e. EB-3).

Labor Certification is Required for Certain Immigration Categories

If you are eligible for one of the following visas, you must first receive an authorized work certification before proceeding with your immigration process.

EB-2: Employment-based immigration petitions with a second preference, omitting NIW.

EB-3 petitions are for third-preference, employment-based immigration.

NO LABOR CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE IMMIGRATION CATEGORIES

If you are eligible for one of the following visas, your immigration process is not contingent on obtaining a labor certification.

EB-1: immigration petitions for Aliens with Extraordinary Abilities, Outstanding Researchers or Professors, and Intracompany Managers or Executives.

NIW: National Interest Waivers EB-4: Special Immigrant Petition, including Religious Workers

EB-5 visas are for international entrepreneurs and investors.

Applications for immigration to the United States for Schedule A Occupations

Certain occupations are recognized by the United States Department of Labor (DOL) as having an insufficient pool of American employees to fill open vacancies. Schedule A designates these jobs as "pre-certified," meaning they are exempt from the labor certification process. Regardless of pre-certification, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires employers to submit ETA Form 9089 for these vocations.

Schedule A is an example of a schedule. There are two types of occupations:

Physical therapists and professional nurses are in Group 1.

Group 2 consists of scientists, artists, and performers.

Ive been going to the gym for a while now maybe for about a year, i did too before, but back then I never did anything the right way. I mean there was no discipline nor was there consistency. Anyway, things been going good and the past is a story for another time. Today, ill talk about how I discovered this amazing burger place. 📍

I live in an infinitesimally humble city, and the places i like to go to—to eat or just hang are a few., come to think of it they would still be , even if i was livin in a metropolis. I do the same things all week with sunday as an exception, take the same routes to the gym for example as i have calculated how long it takes and i don’t wanna burn extra gas going an extra mile. However the towns been building and renovating roads and what nots. So, Ive been taking ways i never thought I’d take. Days went by and i got used to these quaint and quite alley like roads. A burger place painted orange caught my eye every other day as it stood the eff out around the corner turn ,covered in orange with a big contour of a burger on it a sign which read ‘beacon’. I don’t like eating at new places at all. You never know how bad these places could mess up your day and stomach. I ended up going there obviously and it was nice, interior was average yet the arrangement had a fang shui. I was famished and thought id order a classic cheese burger with all its calories as i was low on it and had a push day at the gym. It came in a few minutes, as the place was literally empty and i had it all to myself. As you may have deduced by now I’m the loner kind and i don’t mind eating out alone. I don’t understand why people don’t go out alone, I guess people are idiots. The burger however had gourmet standard and local price. ‘Perfect down to the very detail’ just like Homelander likes. The sauce was spicy but i loved it. Down under is a picture but I think its just me flashing my crocs.

📚 *Hadeeth 8*

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the [true] muhajir is the one who shuns (hajara) that which Allah has forbidden.”

[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]

✏️ *Explanation:*

🎀 This hadith is an example of the concise speech of the Prophet (ﷺ).

🎀 In it, the Prophet (ﷺ) teaches us to acquire Islamic manners and attitudes, which increase love and harmony among the Muslims.

🎀 What it means is that the perfect Muslim who attains all the good characteristics that Islam promotes is the one who does not harm any other Muslim in word or deed.

🎀 The tongue and hand are mentioned in particular, because of the many mistakes they commit and the great deal of harm that they cause, because most ills result from these two things.

➡️ The tongue tells lies, backbites, reviles and bears false witness, and the hand strikes, kills, steals and so on.

➡️ The tongue is mentioned first, because causing harm and offence with the tongue is more frequent and easier, and it is more hurtful; it affects both the living and the dead.

📍The Prophet (ﷺ) explained that the one who may be called a muhajir (lit. migrant) in a perfect sense is the one who shuns (hajara) that which Allah has forbidden.

📍 So the muhajir who is truly deserving of praise is the one who combines leaving his homeland and people with shunning that which Allah (may He be exalted) has forbidden.

📍 Simply migrating from the land of shirk whilst persisting in sin is not hijrah (migration) in a complete and perfect sense.

📍 The muhajir in the true sense is the one who does not stop at physical migration, leaving a land of war for a land of safety; rather he is the one who shuns (hajara) everything that Allah has forbidden.

✏️ *Benefits:*

📙 This hadith urges us to refrain from harming any Muslims in any way.

📙 It also teaches us that what a person appears outwardly to be is not something that Allah cares about, unless it is supported by righteous deeds that confirm the soundness of the outward appearance.

Matiate📍🏛 Midyat is a district of Mardin, located in the dicle region of Turkey's southeastern Anatolia. It is the meeting point of religions such as Islam, Christianity and Yezidism and languages such as Turkish, Arabic and Syriac. He is described as Matiate in Assyrian tablets of the 9th century BC. "Matiate" is an Aramaic/Syriac name and means "my neighborhood", "my homeland". The first Assyrian Christians in Midyat also lived in caves. Midyat has been besieged and plundered many times throughout history. Finally, in the dark days of World War I, in the year of the "Edict", two-thirds of the inhabitants of the town lost their lives. However, after 1930, the town was revived: churches, houses and some places were repaired. After that, the layout began to settle over time. Hoşgörü kenti! Midyat, Türkiye'nin güneydoğu anadolunda dicle bölgesinde yer alan Mardin ilinin bir ilçesidir. Midyat, İslam, Hristiyanlık ve Yezidilik gibi dinlerin ve Türkçe, Arabça ve Süryanice gibi dillerin buluşma noktasıdır. MÖ 9. yüzyıl Asur tabletlerinde Matiate olarak tanımlanır.
