okay, time to talk about my new-ish ocs

willow kensington is a 17 year old trans girl living in a small pennsylvanian town called hollowtree, which is surrounded by a sprawling forest simply called the hollowtree wood. willow is a bit of a loner by choice, having lost the good graces of much of her old friends after coming out as trans last year. though her family has been very accepting of her, she's still prefers to find solace in playing her guitar out in the hollowtree wood. she takes a bit to warm up to others, but once she does, she's a deeply loyal friend who'll talk your ear off and will stop at nothing to cheer you up when you're down.

glenn is a fairy living in the hollowtree wood- and i should specify what i mean by that. in this world "fairy" is a kind of catch-all term for fantasy creatures. they can look like anything (humanoid or otherwise) and reproduce with just about anything with a pulse, and finding two fairies who look alike is rare. glenn is mostly humanoid, but with large feathered wings, a long tail, pointed ears, and clawed fingers and toes, just to name a few details. anyway, glenn also has the ability to shapeshift for up to 10 hours at a time, namely, he can take a fully human form that hides all of his fairy traits. it's in this form that he first meets willow out in the hollowtree wood, and after a brief adventure, he accidentally reveals his fantastical nature to her. but thankfully, she doesn't seem to mind after the initial shock, and the two become friends. glenn on his own is quite shy, and more of a loner by circumstance. but, he's also deeply curious. before meeting willow, he'd never had any meaningful encounters with a human, but now that he's friends with one, he wants to learn everything he possibly can.
