so i'm not gonna name any names here but an artist on Instagram who I really like HATES Hazbin Hotel and made some redesigns for the characters because they think they can make something "better" than the og show and like I'm just...
let me recap the interaction i had with them:
Me - "This is getting embarrassing man..."
OP - "WTF do you mean by that"
Me - "i mean why are you drawing art for a show you don't even like??? I like these drawings but I just don't get why you make them when you don't even like the thing they're based off of?"
OP - "because I’m having fun knowing I can do it better and having a good time redesigning it and rewriting it to be better but I don’t expect you to understand"

Yall, I am just SO FUCKING SICK of people being so goddamn dismissive of my critiques of how online reviewers go after vivziepop's work when there are far worse shows out there as me having "bad taste" and "not being able to take criticism", I'M SO FUCKING SICK OF IT! Actually yknow what? I am so sick of how OWI constantly ignores Munch compared to Abe and Stranger. Like completely ignore the fact that MO introduced an entirely new community AND generation to the Oddworld franchise. Fans focus so much on Abe and Stranger potentially meeting when Munch is just as popular, has a great design AND important story.
