If you don't have tattoos, and had to get one, what would you get tattooed on you? Is getting tattooed a big deal to you? If you are tattooed, do you regret any?
Personally a tattoo wouldn't be a big deal for me at all, but considering the stigma around them in Japan, it'd be simpler to do without getting one for now. I already can't go to public onsens and beaches with Hiei due to the dragon's mark- unless he uses his jagan to keep nearby people from noticing it, which defeats the purpose of me taking him to such places to relax if he has to constantly be on alert and influencing the minds of those nearby. :(
Then again, since I can't bring Hiei to public places like that and I don't have any desire to go on my own, I suppose I could get a tattoo somewhere that's easy to cover up. My family is already aware of Hiei's "tattoo," so it's not another thing I'd have to hide from them, at least.
Actually... getting a tattoo on my Youko form is another possibility. There'd be no need to hide anything as it's not like the ink could transfer between my forms, and the Makai certainly has no issues with tattoos. I've always found it as a nice art form, though I had never gotten one before. I held no alliance that'd require one, nor had a particular attachment to any sort of symbolism. Some groups of demons use tattoos to mark their status amongst their ranks- the larger and more elaborate, the higher their placing in the hierarchy. I figured it'd be redundant to have anything like that when I led my own groups of thieves, though. Many could already recognize me simply from the shine of my silver hair, and instantly know what sort of trouble they were in.
If I were to get any tattoos though, it'd absolutely be something related to my loved ones. There'd be no way that I'd get a tattoo without having at least one to represent my relationship with Hiei. As for what exactly it would be... hm, perhaps something with our motifs, like my rose whip and his dragon in the shape of a heart~ ♡ Oh, a rose whip design that wraps around my arm akin to the dragon's mark would be fun too. I'd absolutely get one for my mother as well... I think sakura imagery would be rather fitting, though bittersweet, considering they represent not only rebirth, but the fleeting nature of human lives... Having something permanent upon my own body to remember her by for centuries to come would be lovely.
Though I had no interest before to get tattoos representing my alliances, I think now that I have such close companions, it'd be quite nice to have some representing my best friends. Hm, matching tattoos would be fun, though I'm unsure if my friends would be up for that idea. I doubt Kuwabara would want one since it could affect his ability to get a job once he's out of college. Yusuke on the other hand I don't think would care, but I have a feeling Keiko would have something else to say on the matter. 😅 I can't quite say for certain about the rest of my friends, but it doesn’t really matter if it's not a viable option for some of us already.
...Honestly, I never thought much about getting tattoos before, but after considering what I'd get if I were to get any... I must say I'm kind of tempted now. 😂 Just the idea of having art on my body to represent those I love forever... It makes me feel warm inside to think about. 😊 Perhaps I should give this some serious thought...

YYH LA EP 4 THOUGHTS
!Spoilers Under Cut!
I'm not sure I like how they made the Dark tournament for the Black Black Club more intimate. There was something so charming about thousands of lower class demons coming to watch the blood shed that I liked a lot, but I understand why they made the change for this particular story line. I don't hate it at least.
I'm glad Sakyo is still so self aware of his own insanity. That rulet scene was really good and I kinda wish it was in the sorce material.
Koenma still having the binki even though we never see his toddler form is so funny to me. New HC that LA Koenma has an oral fixation. I wonder if they are going to keep the Mafuukan explanation for season 2.
I've made a decision. I like Koenma'snew office.
Would Yusuke be as upset about Genaki as he was in the original though? He knew her for less than a month. I mean maybe... he doesn't have many people close to him so it stands to reason he would get attached faster once he felt seen and accepted. Especially from someone in a mentor roll
The Kaiko/Yukina bonding is good. Sad we never got to see Kazuma's sister.
Wish we got the babysitting line from Hiei
The beautiful and emotionally maipulative Karasu imminently inviding Kuramas personal space to criticize his hair is so on brand! God, I love this creepy ass dynamic.
Bui looks so good and his giant battle axe feels very realistic in the way it was used.

Yukina's healing is beautiful. I didn't expect it to look like frosty winter air but I love it.
This Karasu hasn't seen the Kurama fight in this series before and yet he still anticipated Kurama's cleverness. Just goes to show how big of a stalker this guy is.
I need to know if Kurama still has the same reservations about his Youko form in the LA that he did in the sorce material. I need to get inside his head. Please creaters let me listen to his thoughts.

In case people are wondering WHY I’m always using a crane as a symbolic animal for Yusuke when literally a phoenix is what the anime usually uses as a symbol to define him. That’s true too, I mean he’s died TWICE and like a phoenix he rose from the ashes. His spirit energy even takes the shape of a phoenix that one time during the dark tournament and come on Puu? Look at him he’s the EMBODIMENT of a phoenix so I see why you’d be confused to why Jay would choose a crane instead, it ain’t even cool and flashy.
Well the answer is basically whatever Google gave me in terms of what a phoenix represents mostly immortality and rebirth. Whether’s it Chinese or greek those literally are the main things that it stood for and whilst yes Yusuke does revive twice I don’t think that’s going to happen a second time and I doubt that he’s really immortal and then I came across a crane tattoo online, it looked so cool and it was probably planted there by accident but then I got to searching up it’s symbolism and I saw things on multiple sites that state the crane is a symbol for honor, good fortune, loyalty, longevity, devotion, faithfulness and the keyword transformation. To be honest these traits fit Yusuke well, not perfect but good enough for instance.
Honor: In majority of his fights Yusuke always likes to keep things fair, yes he might use a trick or two here and there to get out of a sticky situation but when there’s respect between him and the opponent then Yusuke’s fights honorably, this was demonstrated beautifully when he fought Chu. He shared the knowledge of his spirit gun, said HOW many bullets he had left in the chamber and even agreed to go toe to toe with the man at the final stretch with just nothing but brute force. I’d also like to point out that even Hiei, the man with an honor code that can rival Kuwabara’s even up and acknowledged that Yusuke had honor.
Good fortune: Yusuke if nothing else is a very lucky person, stupid luck but lucky all the same. It showed his luck so many times during the first season. One when he fought Hiei and had his Spirit gun bounce off the mirror to hit hiei from behind, two all his fights in Genkai’s tournaments, finding Genkai’s lit cigarette in the dark, falling into a hole to dodge a ninja’s attack and having algae in his ears to stop him from hearing a spell that would otherwise shrink him, Yusuke’s strong but he’s also incredibly lucky.
Longevity: This one’s straightforward given that he now lives with demon blood in his veins. I’m not sure if he’d live a good 3000-year-old life like his father but I’m pretty much more than sure he’ll make a lot of human friends and would have to see them all die in their time.
Those are just three examples because LORD I didn’t want to make this post TOO long but yeah this is why I use The Japanese crane as a symbol when it comes down to Yusuke. But this is just my headcanon, I’m not saying for sure in canon a crane represents him cause again, they’ve done it with a Phoenix more than once in the anime.

what’s your phone wallpaper : It's a piece of Shura (Yu Yu Hakusho) sleeping while cuddled in Sesshomaru's (Inuyasha) mokomoko. Why? Just RP things. Why that piece in particular? The composition worked well with the way I have all my apps situated on my phone.
last song you listened to: Uhhh I honestly don't remember, but it was something on the radio. I can barely be trusted to remember what I had for breakfast, much less remember what I listened to last.
currently reading : I read so many manga/manhua/manhwa that it's wild to consider me making a list of what i'm currently reading.
last movie : Ehh--- I think it might've been 'The Legend of Hei'? Tenka, confirm? Deny?
last show : I'm going to answer in terms of a show that I recall watching from start to finish and not just me randomly going 'I want to rewatch that episode again'. In this case: The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting' is the last show I recall watching.
what are you wearing right now : Uhh... basically homewear, I guess?
piercings / tattoos? : I'm allergic to pain, so neither, but I've seen a lot of cute earrings and it had me considering. I don't think i'd ever do a tattoo because they're permanent and that's a huge commitment to make. I'd have to think forever about a design, a meaning, a location, an artist, etc. It's a lot of pressure for me to think about. I would take too long to think of something and it's just not worth it. This is why I never touched Animal Crossing, because I knew i'd just take too long just analyzing everything and needing everything to be JUST RIGHT. So, if the question was a preference kinda question, i'd be more likely to go for a piercing.
glasses ? contacts?: Glasses. I can't really do contacts. That said, my glasses normally sit atop the top of my head like overqualified headbands. My prescription safety glasses at work have been used for their actual purpose more than my actual glasses. I've gone to the movies countless of times and went: ah-- I forgot my glasses. I'm dumb, yes.
last thing you ate? : The menu said 'chicken noodle' and it was under 'noodle and soups' so I assumed it was chicken noodle soup. I was wrong. idk what it actually is. I just know it's chicken noodle'.
favorite color(s) : Pink. Purple and black are close seconds. In terms of favorite colors from a sentimental/nostalgic reason: Jungle green and eggplant purple for dA RP shipping reasons.
current obsession : I don't think I have an obsession at the moment. IF I did, i'd be so gungho about it that you'd probably not see/hear me for quite some time. I'm currently just living every day like i'm a floating plank of wood on a calm ocean surface. My last obsession was... I think... watching a particular streamer I really liked. To be very subtle, he is known for using a sprout in Among us. Pretty sure that's right. Prior to that my obsession was the 'Trash of the Counts Family' novel until the licensing got pulled. Before that was the 'The King's Avatar' novel.
favorite fictional character : Oh man... I love so many. Haru Miura truly has a very special place in my heart. Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho was such a big thing for me when I was younger. Don't get me started on how I was very into Tokuchi Toua (one outs) or Hiruma Youichi (Eyeshield 21). Shout out to Tatsumi Takeshi (Giant Killing) and Tsubaki Daisuke (Giant Killing). Gintoki (Gintama) truly was a time where my friends thought if I'd marry anyone, it would be him. I'd find a way to crossover to another dimension and marry him lol. This is really just me talking about past obsessions, yes.
