“A snippet of Haun during Gose’s TTT 2021”

Hayun ran down to the water, focused on the big floatie park where a few of the members were playing on.

“Hayunnie, do you want to try wakeboarding?” Scoups called her from the side, making the girl abruptly stop on her track and stare at her options.

Noticing her conflicted state, Jeonghan laughed and advised her “You can always come back to wake board later, go ahead”

The girl gave him a short nod before continuing her way into the narrow dock that led to the floaties.

Waddling on the first air mattress, she crawled until the second one to try the small shortcut to the inflatable slingshot.

Shouting for Joshua, DK and Jun, Hayun ran on top of the small floaties “Guys wait for me, I’m-” and then she fell right into the water.

Thanks to her life vest, she floated right back to the surface and tried getting back on top of the air mattress. Watching amused, Dokyeom laughed, “Woah, that was slapstick material”.

“Should we go help” Jun asked after he finally stopped laughing at the way Hayun fell, and Joshua giggled, “Let’s wait a few more minutes to see if she can do it”

After her fifth frustrated attempt to pull herself up, Hayun looked at them, still sitting and enjoying her suffering. “Are you just going to sit there?”

“Noona, I got you” Dino said suddenly from behind her and quickly pulled her up by the strings of the life vest.

“I don’t know when you got here but thank you” Hayun hugged him and grabbed his hand. Noticing another boy swimming towards one of the ladders, she frowned, “When did Seungkwan fall on the water?”

“Scoups pushed me” The boy yelled annoyed, making her giggle and stand up. Once she balanced herself on the air mattress, Hoshi came running and slipped just close enough to fall while pulling her along with him.

“I had just gotten up there” She whined getting her head off the water and waited for Dino and Seungkwan to stop whatever they were playing to help both of them to go up back on the mattresses.

“Yah, we don’t have to wait, those things are made for us to go back up” Hoshi told her before swimming for a small ramp like structure on the side of one of the floaties.

Grunting, Hayun tried following him, who easily got back up on the mattress and helped to pull her up as well. Noticing she was on the other side of the shortcut she tried taking earlier, the girl smiled mischievously.

“Hey, Mingyu” Getting the boy’s attention, she pointed at the circular shaped objects “Let’s do a challenge to see if anyone can run through this thing at once”

“Should I?” He yelled back, and she gave him a thumbs up. “Okay, here I go” And just like she had before, he took two steps before falling into the water.

“You knew this was going to happen, didn’t you?” Mingyu asked while crawling on the ramp, and Hayun took it as an opportunity to steal the glasses from his face and put them on herself. “Hey! Where are you going with those?”

Giggling excited, Hayun turned around to escape by climbing through the small trapeze like structure. Quickly enough, Mingyu caught up to hold her in place and try to get his glasses back.

“Hold up, we're going to fall into the water like this” She took advantage from his second of hesitation and got separated from his grasp, efficiently running away from him.

“Hyung, get my glasses back!” Mingyu pleaded, and before the girl could process it, Scoups was standing before her with crossed arms.

“Where do you think you’re going?” The leader laughed at her startled face. Holding her in place, he pulled her close to the edge of the air mattress and waited until Mingyu caught up to them.

“Thank you very much” He grinned, snatching the glasses back to himself.

“Do you have any last words?” Scoups laughed, itching closer to the edge, and the girl tried getting off from his grip.

“Seungcheollie, you don’t have to be like this” She did the best pleading look she could, making the leader contemplate for a few seconds before going with his original plan of throwing her into the water.

Once again, swimming back to the air mattresses, Hayun heard a faint “Noona, I got you” before someone reached out a hand to help her to get back on.

Patting his head fondly, Hayun sighed, “These days you’re the only one who’s getting me Dino”

Oc kiss 2024 day 3 - Sunrise!

Drabble below! Happy Valentines' Day!

Today, the sun rose on a new day.

In fact, it was the first day of summer - the first summer Hayune experienced in a long time. Of course, Hayune wouldn't dare miss it's rising.

As always, with each passing day, a fear lingered in him - of new problems arising, of having to hit the reset button one more time - and of course, no longer having the ability to do so.

But he promised Celebi - on the summer solstice, he would set them free. This was that time.

So, he pulled the GS ball from his hiding place, and after a deep breath… he hit the release.

Celebi sprung out, stretching arms to the sky, trilling happily with a stretch. It turned around, looking at Hayune with their head tilted.

He dropped the ball on the ground, and after a moment of hesitation, crushed it under his heel. “There. Free forever. I hope you never need me to fix fate. Ever again. But… I'll be happy to have some lunch with you in some years, if you want.” he rambled softly.

The little mythical squealed happily, throwing her arms around Hayune's neck. One last time, the little celebi spoke telepathically to him.

“Thank you! Goodbye!”

Gently, he hugged the little pokemon back. “Goodbye.” He replied.

With that, the little green pokemon flew off. And slowly, as it danced in the sunrise, Celebi's colors gradually changed.

Slowly, the green body faded pink - a symbol that they had finally gotten quite old. Many times before, it was a sign of their wilting. But this time, the change was not brought on by exhaust drying them up. It was brought on naturally.

After all, today was their birthday. This Celebi's, at least.

He watched for a while, and eventually, he heard footsteps.

“There you are.” Rust spoke, “didn't think you'd do it so… quick.”

“Are you going to be okay?” Azure asked.

Hayune shrugged. “I promised them I'd let them go. Better to rip the bandaid off, right? I just… hope we'll see each other again, someday. When we're both all healed up.”

“I'm sure you will!” Azure replied, doing their best to comfort him, “We'll be right by your side as much as you need us.”

“Yep.” Rust agreed, “No gettin’ rid of us.”

Hayune smiled a bit. “Thanks, guys.” He turned away from the bright sun's rays, sighing softly. “I'm happy for them. I just… can't shake the nervousness. You know how it is…”

At that time, Rust and Azure glanced at each other as Hayune moved away slightly. A quiet agreement was met between them, as they had discussed the ways to lift their partner up before meeting here. Rust was very embarrassed about it, but just about as determined as Azure was, reassured by her mischievous smile.

They nod to each other, and then move.

Rust grabbed Hayune, hand landing clumsily on his chest, while Azure tugged at his arm.

“Huh? Guys, whats-” Hayune began, only to be cut off as the two leaned in.

Rust had to lean down, and Azure had to stretch up a bit, but they each planted a kiss on Hayune's cheeks at the same time.

The result? Hayune's brain screeched to a halt, his face flushed red. His worried thoughts drowned in happy static.

After some moments, the two pulled away. Rust was bright red, while Azure was more composed.

“Sorry if you didn't like that.” Rust muttered, flipping his hood up. “It was Azy's idea to surprise attack ya.”

“Says the guy that immediately agreed to it with no hesitation.” Azure smirked. “You're so silly! You have no problem flirting, but you're all hot and bothered over doin’ somethin’ so tame!”

“Well-! I-! It's just-!” Rust stammered, getting redder as his voice cracked, “Different! FUCK-”

At that, Hayune's brain finally rebooted in full. Smiling blissfully, he said, “Can I have another?”

“Oh- sure, sweetheart!”

“I'm gonna croak, but… s-sure, fine.”

Some off colored redesigns that i did awhile back! Each has their own story but all ended up in the group lead by Snowflake Obsidian! Who currently has my favorite design out of all of them.

Info about them under the cut!

Snowflake

Snowflake came out wrong, but didn't know it. She wanted to serve the diamonds and was devastated when she found out she couldn't because she was defective. To escape shattering in era 1, she escaped into the crevices of her home planet (A volcanic moon) and found others like her. Despite everything, she still wishes to serve the diamonds, and wishes she wasn't defective.

Mixed Peri

Mixed Peri is an Era 1 Peridot mixed with an Era 2 Peridot. Era 2 Peri might be smaller and more playful, but they're just stunted in their physical growth. Era 1 Peri had to learn a lot while working with them, but they slowly fell in love over centuries. However, once found out, they were chased out. Turns out, while they were the same kind of gem, because they were of different eras, their fusion came out 'wrong'. They don't mind though, they love each other regardless.

Silver Pearl

Silver pearl was once a servant of a cruel Lapis Lazuli. This Lapis abused her pearl, until that Pearl finally had enough of it and ran away. She hid on a ship and came here. Her Lapis is still looking for her, and because of her previous trauma she's hesitant to get close to anyone. Hayune keeps trying to be close, and despite a small crush on the other gem, Silver Pearl tries to act as unattached as ever.

Hayune

Hayune is a mineral used in the making of Lapis Lazuli's. They're never supposed to be their own gems. So when Hayune came out, the plans were to crush her and remake her. But Hayune liked being alive, so she ran. She's utterly unique among gems, but if Homeworld ever found her, she'd be dust in a second. Still, she's trying to enjoy life and make friends. That Pearl seems nice! If... she would only talk to Hayune. Did Hayune do something wrong?

She can easily read people, their feelings, desires and intentions, and therefore it's almost impossible to deceive or manipulate her - while she's quite good at manipulation herself 👁 She didn't have many relationships in her life as she focused on other aspects of her life more (surviving, taking care of animals and plants, finding ways to earn money to make a living).

Hayun found Rika very intriguing the second she laid her eyes on her - which was a brief moment when she was still with V, way before mint eye and everything. When they met again - properly this time - she saw Rika's darkness. And pain. And the deep, deep desire to be loved and appreciated for who she truly was. And Hayun wanted to be there for her.

It's too hot to work on CG omg...

Apparently I never posted Protector Hauyne? Somehow?? I designed her way back in January, but I was torn on her palette decisions, so... I guess that's why?

Anyway, she's one of Nambulite's political rivals! A retired general of Blue Diamond's, Protector Hauyne resents that she was Her Diamond's second choice to ascend--after Crocidolite turned the honor down! She's a fierce knight, but her job is mostly pointless, because the military goals of the Authority are handled by Yellow... who has plenty of more experienced Generals, since Blue rarely heads campaigns. Unfortunately, she takes out her pettiness on Nambulite, because she knows they have no idea what being ascended means, and the first few hundred years of rampaging tantrum put a bad taste in her mouth. Nambulite should be a scholar, they should be enriching their Diamond's court, they should be waiting for their holy crusade--and no, they're causing problems on purpose.

Secretly, she's jealous that Pink Diamond met them one (1) time and promoted them to her vizier. She knows Nambulite in most other worlds is a knight, in the way that she's a scholar--so how dare they be bad at the role she couldn't have, for a Diamond that coddles and favors them?

(She's unprepared for the Auspex's return. Wholly and completely. What do you mean Nambulite was looking for the Goddess' Voice all along?)

I would not want y/n to end up with Jk if he really did sleep with the girl. No matter how unintentional it was, he didn't have to sleep with her while hooking up and sending big feelings on y/n's way. “The 96 liners first rehearse Light a flame”

With the concert coming up, Hayun was doing some light stretches with Jun, while Hoshi, Wonwoo and Woozi got started with running through Light a flame’s choreography. The five of them had learned it the day before, and decided to clean up the performance first thing in the morning, in order to not forget it at once.

“I’m so tired” Hayun sighed, resting her head on the floor and closing her eyes while doing a butterfly stretch. Mimicking her pose, Jun laughed.

“Sleep is for the weak. You’re lucky we’re not rehearsing 'Hit' or something like that” He joked and moved around to do a low plank.

“Don’t underestimate the strength to pull off a subtle choreography” Throwing her hair over her shoulder, the girl leaned back and rested her arms behind her “It’s very hard being sexy”

“At least you’re aware of your weaknesses” Jun joked under his breath, making her slap his butt. Which, in consequence, led him to break from the plank.

“Are you two done procrastinating?” Hoshi caught their attention while clapping. Him, Wonwoo, Woozi and the dancers were already on their spots, just waiting for them.

Standing up in record time, Hayun pulled Jun’s sleeve, so the boy got caught behind her while she ran to the right placement. Huffing annoyed, he rolled his eyes at being the only one not in place, and quickly went to the sound system to press play on the song before joining the group.

Some members start arriving while the song is running and, one by one, they stand on the side watching the four practice their song.

“Very, very sexy” DK commented once the group stopped in the last pose. Staring at them with a straight face, he started mimicking the routine quite exaggerated, making Hayun laugh.

“I think it’s a little too sexy right now” Hoshi pondered out loud, looking reflexive. From the outside, Jeonghan butted in confused, “It fits the song well enough. What were you looking for?”

“Something more sensual, rather than sexy” The boy answered simply.

Frowning, Hayun leaned towards Wonwoo and whispered, “Don’t they mean the same?”

“Not sure”

“Sensual has a more classy tone to it, while sexy can be more out there” Woozi explained to her, since he also heard the question Hayun nodded for a second before frowning again.

Turning to Hoshi, she scoffed, “Did you just call our performance slutty?”

“There's nothing wrong with being slutty” Jun shrugged his shoulders while Hoshi grinned at them.

Finding them funny, he corrected himself, “I just mean I don’t think we’re setting the right tone to it”

“If that’s because I called you guys sexy, I want to make it clear that I meant it in the most respectful way possible” DK carefully added from Jun’s left and the older patted his head laughing.

“You might be getting this impression because we’re still getting used to the choreo. Once we’re doing it more naturally, it might look better” He said to the performance leader, and Wonwoo agreed “Yeah, give it two more rounds, and it’ll be fine”.

“Hyung, from the outside I think looked fine” Dino approached the group handing out water bottles and Hayun took her chance to trap him in a hug. Ignoring her, the boy continued, “It gave the same vibe as Good to me, if it means something”.

Whining, Soonyoung threw his head back, “Good to me was sexy. Light a flame is supposed to be sensual”.

“I still don’t think I get the difference” Hayun thought out loud, “Is one classier just because we’re not grinding on the floor?”

“Kind of” Woozi confirmed, adding a “But now that I’m thinking of it, I’m not sure the words differ that much from each other”

“Forget about definitions” Hoshi waved his arms around and grabbed her by the shoulder, looking like a couch giving his best athlete a pep talk “Just act more sharp and mysterious, and less look at me, I'm hot”

Looking offended, Hayun places a hand on her chest, “Are you saying the problem is me?”

“Yeah, Hayunnie, try to look less hot. You're making our Soonyoungie stressed” Jeonghan laughed and took a couple steps back to avoid getting slapped by her.

“Not what I was trying to say, but let's do it. Everyone back in place. Go. Go” Hoshi clapped and jumped into position. Putting his hands in his pocket, he lowered his head and started creating a scenario.

“Okay, everyone. Imagine we just walked into a new town and are going to a club. Nobody knows who we are there, but as this song comes up we want them to say ‘damn, I need to meet those five’”

Groaning and throwing her head back, Hayun breaks his thought process, “ALL THIS TIME YOU WANTED THE VIBE TO FEEL FLIRTY AND COULDN'T JUST SAY THAT?”

@periwinklepost-its @eondragon OK SO since Peri wanted to see my ocs and Eon wanted to see my spe fankids specifically!!!! I am going to talk about them! My johto kids are most developed so it's mostly about them but yeeeee here we go!

I might be a while of talk- but posts are no longer miles long so lets just hop in!!!!

Introducing: Hayune!

This is gold's kid! Its actually a speverse goldxlyra kid, too! His friends would describe him as cheery, kind and loving - and he's always helping out at his parent's daycare when he's not on the job being Azure’s escort! His favorite color is green!

Though unknown to most, he's been suffering through a time loop - people keep dying! Things are going down in johto, and instead of gaining cool girl calm after all the trauma he's- well- he's not handling it well! The current loop the story takes place in is the farthest he's ever gotten, and poor celebi is so tired out that they can only go back two weeks in a pinch! He's made it out of the weeks he knows to navigate, in a half-way between known routine and unknown, and he's very afraid of what could happen...

Introducing: Azure

Azure is the Specialjewel fankid *silver x crystal if you need the presice naming!) She's kind of quiet sometimes and tries to keep her cool, but on the inside they're awkward and have some... let's say, self esteem issues that they haven't fully worked out. That being said, not loving oneself doesn't mean she won't throw herself into battle to protect friends and family! Her pokemon are loyal to her in this very same way - a terrible trait to have, self-sacrificing is... and those that work with her father pin her as weak.

She's the new heiress to a temporary team rocket - as her father's forces, once loyal to her grandfather, try to save the region from destructive betrayers that have their own plans for the region. The one behind it all is Sird, who wants to take control of the region and capture the legends for some unsavory experiments. That being said, Azure wants as few casualties as possible and if someone is stuck on the opposing side unwillingly, She's going to try her hardest to make sure they have a way out. However, if her foe is happy to spill blood... well, she's not afraid to do something about it.

And at night, when her parents think they are asleep, and darkness falls across the land...

Azure takes on their alter ego - a Hero by the name of masked mistress. Having never been told the past of her home and being told made-up stories by the darkrai she grew up alongside, they thought they were embodying an old fairytale - like robinhood or something. Anyways, they've taken to the war-torn parts of the region to help get lots of orphaned kids to the safety of the safari zone - run down, but kept alive by tireless work from the help of wild pokemon that understand her cause (and maybe some fear what darkrai will do if they try to harm the kids they saved with their trainer). They refuse to involve any kids in the warring and try to keep them as far away as possible from the fighting.

Introducing: Rust

(Using this picture bc i dont like my ref for him it looks weird lol srry)

Rust is the third of Sird’s triplets - the runt of the three and the most rebellious. He met Azure when he was very young, and this one encounter showed him that there was life and light outside his mother's abuse - a light he wished with all his heart to have and hold. His first act of rebellion was choosing his own name and shaping himself into who he wished to be - acts that lit small flames in his sibling's hearts, but they both were ultimately too afraid to disobey their mother, and pushed him away.

Rust eventually meets Azure once more, and although Hayune freaks him out by existing at first, he warms up to him as gentle, careful kindness over time is the key to Rust’s heart. Together with his friends, he hopes to free his siblings from Sird’s control over them and finally achieve the eternal happiness he seeks.

Introducing: Coal and Scarlet

(I only have this post-storyish sv starter announcement thing as colored ref for the two, just imagine them sad and in white TR clothes)

Scarlet and Coal are Rust's two siblings.

Coal is very analytic, and often likes to survey and assess his surroundings. His mother's experiments, though making his pain tolerance almost too high also caused a lot of nerve damage, causing him the lack of a sense of touch on his left side (red eye side) and blindness in his red, left eye. It's possible to reverse most of the damage, restore a bit of his sense of touch, but that's only if he can get help - and that help's not coming from his mother, who considers him imperfect, and expendable at best. His secret dream is to visit the ranches in johto, and pet a ponyta. His pokemon, always by his side in secret but a giveaway to his true feelings, is a Ralts he hatched from an egg. The pokemon is weak, but no matter how Coal acts and pretends to be evil, Ralts's glowing horns give his fear away immediately.

Scarlet is, effectively, Sird’s "favorite" - extremely obedient, never once mentions her own wishes, and is considered a sucess with the modifications made to her body. She's unnaturally strong and if any side effects are happening to her, she doesn't talk about them. She's used to staying where its "safe", within Sird’s orders and in her line of sight. Only she knows Sird's true ambition - achieving immortality. The legends seem pretty good at that, so that's what they're after. Though, meeting one girl in a twist of fate has changed Scarlet’s whole world. She's finding her own light, slowly but surely. Her mother tries to stomp this out - but the damage is already done, and Scarlet now knows what the woman sees her as... the road She's traveling is getting painful, but she's still determined to walk it, seeking that light the girl had left her.

Introducing: Winter and Jack

Winter is a child that Masked Mistress had saved on her escapades, a feisty little lass that knows a lot of swears from being on the street! Though she has befriended an eevee, Mantine and Seel, most pokemon tend to avoid her - and the other orphans she lives with spread all sorts of silly rumors, like she's from another world, or half pokemon. Though Winter is certainly odd, she's unwaveringly confident and lets them believe what they will - hey, if she's a monster, then you better listen and get to bed before she eats you! Raaah! Of course, once silver and crystal find her snooping around to check in on Azure, they're going to have her sign adoption papers.

Jack is her friend! Pretty much her best friend, and eusine's adopted kid. He's a photographer that wants to catch some nice pictures of legendaries like Suicune, but here's the twist - He's actually from a family of powerful psychics. He gets being the odd one out of a crowd with powers that aren't in check and hard to manage, especially when stressed out, so he sees nothing wrong with Winter - she's just a pretty girl, traveling around johto just like him. If she sprouts weird wings or her eyes glow red, whatever! Humans are all different anyways! Winter may also be giving him Egg feelings, but he's... working on it. They may be baby lesbians shhhh

Introducing: Trickster

Trickster is a fella from ultra space! He fell into johto, brain bonked into memorylessness, but with strange powers and memories that don't quite fit into being his. He's afraid to speak out at first, but he's very enthusiastic to learn all there is to learn about this new, bright world! As you can see, I've got plans for him yet to be enacted, but as his old memories wash away into seas, he makes new memories and stores them in the journal that hayune gave to him. Very pure of heart, he plans to protect his new friends with all he has and hide no secrets!

That's all for the major Johto Kids! Ive got room for all of two more photos so lets have some rapid fire concepts and stories-

Introducing: Ginger and Rhu

Ginger (kanto dexholder polycule hehe) was stolen away from his family by a powerful dragon user - suspected to be Lance of the elite four. His sister is looking for him (she's still in development phase bc she keeps on looking like. Like red but girl and i dont want quite that) but he was never old enough to know where he came from - just that he was stolen for his supernatural talents as a Viridian child. Rhu(???), ten years younger than he is, is a bab more talented in the future-seeing abilities of a viridian child. His loss was much more traumatic, as his parents were killed in front of him. The two stick together like glue, a found family of brothers. Both are terrified of dragons, but Ginger is trying his best to work through that fear and find his family, without being caught by their kidnapper once again. Story is still in development but yeah!!

Introducing: Ame (Short for amethyst yeah yup yea)

Ame is a Franticshipping kid! I am also using a one off art bc i never actually finalized the designs or concepts! Either way, Ame doesn't quite start off as ruby and sapphire's kid - the two never really settle down to have one, which mostly works for them as champ and top coordinator respectively and sapph just doesn't rlly want all that strain on her person, y'know?

Anyhoo Ame makes his way through life supporting his friend (again no concepts but tenthshipping kid) whom is quite interested in challenging the league. Ame tends to paint, but mostly does so secretively as his family had shunned the practice - and that's all he says on the matter. His friend tries to get him to the spotlight - Ame is a talented battler and strategist, after all - but he insists on living quietly though in passing mentions that he admires those they have challenged.

However, he has a dark truth brewing in him. He was severely neglected as a kid, and in truth, deeply yearns to be accepted by the family that would rather see him shoved in a closet with his canvas turned to kindling. In fact, he's almost dragged home at some point, but Ruby, fresh out of a contest and not here for parental abuse, saves Ame some trouble and gets him out of having to go home. The save and encouragement deeply effects Ame...

And for a moment makes him wonder if his plans to be truly, unignorably noticed by his family, may be... dangerous, to say the least.

He doesn't feel he has the room to go back on his plans in the end, but maybe a little reach out may flip the scripts?

Quartz Berlitz: haughty kid, loves harujuku fashion and calls ugly pokemon cute! She's investigating timespace shenanigans!

Titan: child of saturn that experiences the influences of legendaries against his will! Saddest kitten hair kid youve ever fucken seen

Amber: mentioned kanto dexholder kid! Feisty but loves her pikachu! Will bite! Likes women 👍 also violence! The kind of girl that writes about battling and adrenaline in pink glitter ink and throws the book at a shadow in paranoia

Obsidian: a child lacktwo smuggled out of interpol and gave to hugh and whi to take care of! Sometimes gets the name Sid as a nickname but yeah this kid hates cops and hates corruption. Loves trubbish and gigalith and is rivals with a spraypaint artist that calls themselves cloud

Ivory: ivy for short, this is a agencyshipping kid! She is not interested in the film industry and wants to live peacefully, but life does not give her the decency of a break! Her whole story is a comedic build up until she Fucking Snaps

Melody: proteche of X! Also a photographer and more interested in capturing the beauty of kalos

Cosmo Berlitz: i am going to be honest here i am a fan of moon/y and i just like Cosmo as a concept. Berlitz family of strong women a continued tradition also shes interested in trying to do magic herself. Not showman style just actual magic i believe in her. Cosmo

𝐙𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐩𝐬𝐞

Day 2

Pairing: Hamada Asahi x fem!oc

Genre: Horror, zombie apocalypse au, all of us are dead inspired

Summary: One day Haneul was a normal student and the next she was running from zombies with her almost boyfriend, her friends and classmates, trying to survive.

Warning: Cussing, mentions of death, blood, zombies

Notes: Had to include a zombie apocalypse jsjs.

Haneul never imagined her junior year of high school to go like this. She was supposed to keep her good grades, and have a great time with her friends, before applying to her dream school to study medicine.

But life had other plans, she supposed.

Instead, she, Asahi, her friend group and some classmates were running from the eating flesh monsters they’ve been calling zombies.

“Hurry, get in here!” Someone shouted as they opened the door to a classroom on the third floor.

“Come on, come on!”

“AH!” Haneul heard someone scream, she was in the middle of the group so she had to jump a little to see who it was.

Horrified, she turned around and started weeping. She felt a hand intertwining with hers. “Are you okay? What happened?”

She couldn’t speak until almost all were safe and sound on the classroom.

“Hayun was bitten.” She started crying.

“Oh, honey.” He hugged her tightly. “I’m so sorry.”

The girl couldn’t believe it, she lost her best friend since she was 3.

“I know it’s tough but you know I’m always here for you.”

“Thank you, Sahi.” She hugged him tightly.

“Anytime, Hannie.”

Days passed and more friends and classmates were transformed to zombies, reducing the once big group to a small group of 7; Haneul, Asahi, Junkyu, Jeongwoo, Yoshi, Jihoon and Jaehyuk.

The moral was too low because of this but if they wanted to keep surviving they needed a new plan.

“I know we are devastated cause of the losses we’ve had but we need to keep moving.” Jihoon spoke looking at his remaining friends.

“Ji is right, we can morn once we are safe.” Jaehyuk backed him up.

“Alright, what’s the plan?” Asahi asked from his place against the wall. Haneul was cuddled up on his right arm, looking dissociated. The past couple of days hadn’t been the best. She was fine one minute and the next she felt like shit.

She was grateful the blonde never left her side.

She had a “complicated” relationship with Asahi. They weren’t a couple but they definitely weren’t friends. They were very touchy with the other, at least in private he was too. In public he limited himself to hand holding and hugging.

He was planning on asking her to be his girlfriend when all hell broke loose. She meant everything to him and wanted to make things official.

He would have to do it once this mess was over.

Anyway, the group agreed to leave the classroom at sunrise, and head straight to the woods where they would look for a shelter for survivors.

Thankfully it was raining by the time they had to go, which meant it would make zombies go numb and it would be easier for them to walk pass them.

They carefully speed walked and killed any creature that tried to attack them.

Asahi had Haneul by the hand and tried his best for her to not see any of her dead friends, she was pretty sensitive so he knew seeing them again and in that state would break her even more.

They successfully made it to the woods without getting hurt.

That was until they reached a street, and walked farther. There, they saw a big amount of zombies.

Freaking out, they hold their weapons tighter and pointed to their heads.

They were struggling but had a good pace so they didn’t come too close to them.

Until Asahi got distracted for a second.

“ASAHI! LOOK OUT.” Haneul shouted, not caring that more zombies could come.

By the time he turned around one bit him on the leg.

“NO!” The girl cried hard and ran to help him. She killed the pest and held the blonde, placing him on the floor.

“You’re gonna be okay, love.” She repeated over and over, it felt as if it was more to comfort herself than for the Japanese.

Meanwhile he just looked at her with glassy eyes. He caressed her cheek softly.

“Thank you for everything, princess. I never got to tell you but I wanted to make you my girl and that I also love you so so much.” A tear fell slowly as he finished what he thought were gonna be his final words.

“I love you so much too, Sahi. And I would have loved to be your girlfriend.” She sobbed and hugged him tightly.

“Han, we have to go. There’s more coming.” Yoshi worriedly said.

“B-but I can’t leave him.”

“We have to, I’m sorry.” He looked at her with a sad expression.

“But it doesn’t look like he’s transforming. He could be a hambie.” She insisted, calling him a term that one of their late friends used to describe a psycho classmate that tried to kill them at the beginning of the crisis.

He sighted. “Okay, but if he turns we’ll need to kill him. Now come on, let’s get out of here.”

She nodded and grabbed the blonde with the help of Jeongwoo. Putting his arms around their shoulders.

They continued their journey until they saw a jail that was being used as a Safe Zone.

The doctors there ran some tests, asked them a few questions and in no time they were on their own tents, located by the quarantine zone.

The pair was laying down on the mattress that was provided to them, cuddling. Haneul had her head on his chest and Asahi had his arm around her waist.

Turns out, he indeed was a hambie. He was perfectly fine, so far.

The blonde asked the girl the long awaited question right after they settled so, they could proudly say they were finally dating.

Them and their friends could feel like everything was okay, at last.

But only time would tell what was going to happen next.
