Trigger warnings- vomiting, death
“Where is he?” I pace back and forth in my hotel room. Alex was supposed to be here 3 hours ago. Every time I call him it goes to voicemail
“Maybe he’s stuck in traffic and his phone died” Liam tries to calm me down
“It’s a 20 minute drive from the airport and I’ve had a look to see if there’s traffic on the road and there is none
“Call Emma see if she’s heard off him” Zayn suggests
“I have and it went to voicemail. Fuck what’s going on?”
“Maybe the flights been delayed. That could be why” Louis says
“Ok” Harry stays up. He walks over to me and places his hands on my shoulders, he then moves to the sofa in my room and gets me to sit down “breathe. I’ll go and ask Paul if he’s heard anything, if not he will find out what’s going on ok. For now you need to stay as calm as you can”
“Ok” I breathe out. I watch Harry leave my hotel room with his phone in his hand. Niall and Louis come and sit on either side of me
“Let’s take your mind off things for now. Let’s stick on a film” Zayn says walking over to the TV
“Disney?” I ask with raised eyebrows
“Sure” he gives me a smile.
An hour later and I still haven’t heard anything, Harry returned with Paul who’s been making phone calls, but nothing. Suddenly I jump to the sound of my phone ringing. I move quickly off the sofa and grab my phone, Emma is phoning me
“Em, have you heard anything?” I ask not even saying hello
“Oh god YN I’m so sorry” Emma cries down the phone. My heart immediately drops to my stomach which starts to churn
“Em what’s happened?” I say my voice shaking “why are you crying?” the boys are immediately up and by my side
“I didn’t want to be the one to say this, I’m so sorry YN” again she cries “your dads on his way to you”
“Emma please tell me where Alex is your scaring me”
“He was on his way to the airport, but he….” she takes in a deep breath “there was a drunk driver”
“Oh god” tears start to form in my eyes “is he ok? what hospital is he at. I’ll pack up my shit and….”
“YN he… he didn’t make it. I’m sorry YN Alex was… they said it was immediately…. I’m so sorry he’s gone” it’s like the room is shrinking in on me. My ears are ringing, my phone drops out of my hand. Emma’s words swimming round in my head “he’s gone”. He can’t be this has to be some sick joke, or a dream… yes a dream that I’ll wake up from any minute. I feel a hand on my shoulder, Harry. He looks at me with worry in his eyes
“YN?” it’s like his voice is a million miles away, just barely a whisper “YN what’s going on?” the ringing starts to fade. I can feel my breakfast rising
“Im gonna be sick” is all I can say pushing Harry away and running to my bathroom. I throw up everything in my stomach into the toilet bowl. Tears stream down my face. Niall walks in a crouch’s down next to me while the others stand at the doorway
“YN?, tell us what’s happened”
“Alex isn’t coming” I choke out
“Has he broken up with you or cheated? Because if he has….”
“Harry, not helping” Liam nudges Harry. I shake my head no
“He’s gone. He was killed in a car accident”
“Oh god” Niall wraps me up in his arms and the others come into the bathroom as well all sitting down. They let me sit and cry until there’s no tears left in my body.
Niall and Zayn help me off the floor and lead me to the sofa. I lay on Harry’s lap crying while he strokes my hair. No one knows what to say so we all stay quiet, letting me greave.

Today is World EV Day. The day is observed every year with special awareness campaigns being organized globally to educate people about the benefits of electric vehicles.
While China is the world’s largest EV market, India is the second largest and most promising. Driven by incentives by the Centre and the states, the adoption of EVs is gaining momentum. India’s EV sector is attracting increasing investments in battery technology, charging infrastructure and product options. Some of the biggest brands in the EV space include Tata Nexon in cars, the Mahindra Treo in three-wheelers and Hero Electric and Ola in scooters. In addition, there are a whole lot of startups that are working on various aspects of the EV eco-system.

Before Moro'a can dodge out of the way, the contents of the heretic's flask splash onto his face and his clothes. He sputters and covers his mouth, hoping to avoid the worst of the liquid . It's too late, however – the potion tastes unsurprisingly acrid, and familiar in a way that seeps into him with vague unease, but nothing happens where it had come into contact with his skin, nor his mouth.
"Moro'a! Are you alright?" he hears Haurchefant call out from the far end of the cavern, even as he's trading blows with a pair of swordsmen. From the corner of his eye, Moro'a sees the heretic who'd thrown the flask raise her halberd and charge towards him.
Moro'a makes the snap decision to fend off the heretic with a burst of Gravity over responding to Haurchefant, lifting his planisphere to focus the spell. He opens his mouth to chant –
– only for a strangled, soundless gasp to emerge from his throat as he feels it constrict against his will. The feeling is so sudden and unnatural, his hand instinctively moves to hover around his throat. In the space of a second, he connects the smell of the heretic's potion to the spilled contents of an apothecary's shipment, wafting from the floorboards of the Arcanist's guild –
Something cold and metallic strikes the side of his head, and pain follows his descent into unconsciousness.

A harried voice calls out to him, muffled and yet clear with concern. As Moro'a's vision reluctantly returns, so too does pain – he fumbles for the side of his head and finds it swollen and tender.
"Oh, thank Halone," he hears Haurchefant breathe out in relief. "Moro'a?" The elezen's voice softens considerably but remains insistent, and so Moro'a attempts to muster a response. No such luck – the tight feeling around his throat has returned, and after a moment’s confusion, he pieces together what had befallen him. He looks around the cavern for the heretics, immediately tensing as he notices each and every one of them lay in bloodied heaps. Around the halberd wielder, the body closest to them, tracks of blood from numerous wounds still cool in the snow around her.
“Moro’a,” Haurchefant repeats more firmly this time, paying the fallen heretics no heed. “What can you recall?”
The Keeper turns away from the bodies – too late to do anything about them, and he doesn’t wish to question the extent of Haurchefant’s retaliation now, not when he had no doubt saved his life. He can't reassure Haurchefant with words, so instead he rests a hand on the knight's pauldron, before looking him in the eye and nodding. Then, to explain further, he gestures at his throat.
“I beg your pardon? You are unable to…?” Moro’a lifts himself up, locating the halberd wielder’s now-empty flask and showing it to Haurchefant. “Ah – a silencing potion? Fury…” The knight shakes his head, before seeming to collect himself. “But it is well that you did not come to worse harm.”
“Mmn.” Moro’a surprises himself with the response, but Haurchefant breaks into a smile. “And already the potion’s effects begin to wear off! Splendid.” The knight stands up, dusting the snow off his greaves. “Come. We need not tarry here any longer.”

The Experience
2010
I hadn't meant to go grave robbing with Richard Dawkins but he can be very persuasive.
'Do you believe in God?' he asked.
'I don't know.' I said.
He said: 'Right, so ge in the car.'
We cruised around the cemetery with the headlights off.
'Here we go,' he said, pointing to a plot edged with clean, almost luminous white stone.
I said: 'Doesn't it look sort of...'
'Sort of what?'
'Sort of fresh?' I said.
'Pass me the shovel!' he said. Then he threw a square of canvas over the headstone, saying: 'Don't read it. It makes it personal.'
He did all the digging, holding the torch in his mouth as he chopped and sliced at the dirt around his feet.
'What the hell are you doing?' he shouted from somewhere down in the soil.
'Eating a sandwich,' I said. 'Bacon and avocado. Want one?'
'For Christ sake, Terry, this is a serious business, not the blooding church picnic!' he said, as a shower of dirt came arcing over his shoulder.
After about half an hour of toil I heard the sound of metal on wood.
'Bingo,' he said. Then a moment or two later, 'Oh, you're not going to like this, Terry.'
'What?' I said, peering over the edge.
Richard Dawkins' eyes were about level with my toes.
'It's quite small.' he said.
He uncovered the outline of the coffin lid with his boot. It was barely more than a yard long and a couple of feet wide. I felt the bacon and avocado disagreeing with one another.
'Do you believe in God?' he asked again.
I shrugged my shoulders.
'Pass me the jemmy,' he said.
The lid splintered around the naild heads: beneath the varnis the coffin was nothing but clean chipboard. The day I found little Harry in the bath, one eye was closed andthe other definitely wasn't. Flying fish can't really fly. With both feet on the crowbar Richard Dawkins bounced up and down until the coffin popped open. But lying still and snug in the blue satin of the upholstered interior was a goose. A Canada Goose, I think, the ones with the white chinstrap, though it was hard to be certain because its throat had been cut and its rubber-looking feet were tied together with gardening twine.
Richard Dawkins leaned back against the wall of the greave and shook his head.
With a philosophical note in my voice I said: 'What did you come here for, Richard Dawkins?'
He said: 'Watches, jewellery, cash. A christening cup, maybe. What about you?'
'I thought it might give me something to write about,' I replied.
'Well, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, we've got a murdered goose in a child's coffin in the middle of the night, and mud on our boots. How would you finish this one?' he said.
I looked around, trying to think of a way out of this big ugly mess. Then I said, 'I've got it. What if we see the vicar over there, under the yew tree, looking at us? He stares at us and we stare bac, but after a while we realise it isn't a vicar at all. It's a fox. You know, with a white bib of fur around his neck, which we thought it was a collar. A silent man-size fox in a dark frockcoat and long black gloves, standing up on his hind legs, watching.'

Specter Household: Week 1
TW: Character death
The week kicks off with Olive’s son, Nervous, inviting her downtown.
Ophelia successfully gets her aunt’s permission to go out this evening.
*Sigh* Nervous, we just got you away from the Beakers. Why are you hanging out with them?
Everyone except for Nervous immediately flocks to the chess tables. This particular game of chess started a surprisingly easy friendship between Olive and Patrizio Monty.
Ugh, an evil witch left roaches, and Olive decided it would be a good idea to stomp on them. She’s lucky she didn’t get the flu.
After returning home, Ophelia heads out again with Johnny Smith.
Olive wanted to hire a maid, despite having 10 Neat points and autonomously cleaning all the time. Yeah...Remington Harris has no idea what he’s in for.
Like most teenagers in my game, it was only a matter of time before Ophelia rolled a Want to get a cell phone.
Olive gets along really well with Patrizio. I’ve never seen a Sim gain relationship points so quickly from a phone call!
As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t like hurting or killing Sims, but I feel like I ought to play along with the storyline. And since Olive is heavily hinted to be a serial killer, someone’s gotta die.
Yes, I’m ignoring the Sims 3′s retconning of her backstory. Being unlucky might explain the deaths of her husbands and family members, but it doesn’t explain the deaths of random service NPCs and townies, Lyla Grunt, or her ex-fiancé very shortly after leaving her at the altar.
But I don’t want to kill every Sim that visits, so I’m limiting myself to townies and NPCs, only doing one Sim per day, and flipping a coin to determine if they live or die that day.
Remington got lucky the first day with the coin landing on heads.
Makoto St. Julien, Carlos Contender, and Meadow Pederson show up to welcome Olive and Ophelia to the neighborhood.
Apparently the most popular teen in my game, Gordon Nott comes home with Ophelia. Also the bus keeps glitching on this lot. It just disappears once Ophelia steps off, resulting in no homework, and any Sim she brings home appearing in the middle of the lot. This doesn’t happen with any other vehicle.
Yeah, I shouldn’t be surprised Olive is trying to start an argument.
Poor Makoto got tails, so he’s locked in this conveniently empty room between the kitchen and Olive’s bathroom. He doesn’t seem too upset about it, as he’s able to continue his game of kicky bag with Meadow all the way across the lot.
And the ghosts are already out. We get two or three per night.
Despite the doors being locked, Makoto still managed to leave once it got late enough. Eh, if he managed to escape, then I say he gets to live.
Poor Ophelia experiences her first of many ghost scares.
The two of them head into town because Ophelia wanted a game, while Olive wanted to buy some new clothes. Here, she tries on some PJs.
The next morning, and Gordon still hasn’t left.
Alright, I had Olive tinker with the garbage compressor to break it. Gordon managed to fix it, so he gets to live.
The chest pounding continues to spread like a plague.
This time, Ophelia brings Elizabeth Ng home with her from school.
And after inviting Johnny, who brought along Chloe Curious, it’s starting to look like a party. A birthday part, in fact.
Well, at least your outfit looks sort of decent.
One of the first Wants she rolled was to move out, which is understandable. I ended up locking the Want, because I’m still torn on whether to mover her out or not.
We apparently have the outfits of the victims. Including the service outfits.
The almost party continues with a game of kicky bag.
While free styling, Ophelia discovers her passion for Music and Dance!
The ghost of Danielle Greaves gives Olive a good scare.
“You’ve been a bad host and I’ve had enough. I’m packing my bags and going home early.”
Dude, it’s the night after you initially got here. You’ve been here over a full day. And unlike Makoto, I didn’t lock you in the house. You could have left at any time. It took getting scared by ghosts for you to finally leave. I’d hardly call that “going home early”.
Olive and Ophelia spend the day in Bluewater Village, as I update Ophelia’s wardrobe.
Peter Sims kept picking fights with Olive, and the two became enemies by the time we left the clothing store.
Olive’s bad luck continues, as she ended up getting food dropped on her by the clumsy waitress. My friend joked that that waitress is dead now.
While at the park, Ophelia runs into Benjamin Kimbrell, who she became very interested in, very quickly.
Back at home, Ophelia receives a phone call from Jenny Smith.
Then, she tries out her new bass.
She randomly rolled a Want to buy a florist bench, so the empty room is now a flower arranging workshop. I actually ended up with a pretty good idea of what I could do with the flowers.
Lay them out in front of the graves!
Willow, that’s not how cars work.
Ugh, Willow left quite a mess.
Apparently, flower arranging counts towards the Arts and Crafts hobby, not the Nature hobby.
Aww, Beasley’s back! Unfortunately, he left immediatly after being greeted.
Ophelia goes on a date downtown with Benjamin. Even after all his wants ended up being Fortune related, it still ended up being a dream date.
Too busy playing poker, Mrs. C. was none the wiser.
Benjamin stops by later that day to drop off a bouquet of roses.
Ophelia’s been playing bass so much, she got a magazine subscription!
Yup, the coin landed on tails today, though Remington seemed unperturbed at first.
“Booyeah! This week was amazing. Let’s make next week more of the same.”
NOW’S NOT THE TIME OPHELIA!!
Remington’s NPC programming kicks in, and he heads straight into the fire to sweep up ashes!
The dark deed is done.
Rest in Peace, Remington Harris.
The hobby instructor broke in to invite Ophelia to the My Muse Studio. He also extended the invitation to Olive a few days later.
Daniel Pleasant heard through the grapevine that Ophelia’s great to hang out with.
So the group heads over to the Solar Merchant, a restaurant I build for Pleasantview, to grab a—

Daniel, you idiot!! What were you thinking, inviting your wife and both of your side chicks?!?!
Unfortunately, no drama occurred, as I made the mistake of starting the outing with dinner, wasting precious time. For some reason, some of the group (John Burb, Ophelia, and Daniel) were seated outside, while the rest (Benjamin, Mary Sue Pleasant, Kaylynn Langerak, and Marylena Hamilton) were seated inside.
After the group outing ended, Kaylynn and Marylena decided to dine again together.
Yeah Kaylynn, I don’t think that’s a conversation you want to have with Marylena...
I seem to be on a roll with chance cards lately, because choosing “Sing” managed to net me $40,000!
Ophelia invited Daniel over the next day, who brought along Coral Oldie, and the bowing also continues to spread.
Olive has been rolling wants to increase her cooking skill, which has gained her enough enthusiasm in Cuisine to get a magazine subscription.
Yeah, sure. Why not?
They start off the date by getting their picture taken (and later return to the photo booth for other activities).
Ophelia’s newfound social life is having a positive effect, as she’s managed to get her reputation up to “Distinguished Do-gooder”!
These two are crazy about each other. So crazy about each other that...
This was not the plan. Really! I was going to have Ophelia and Johnny get back together once Johnny gets placed into a dorm and actually ages up to young adult. The only reason I had Ophelia start a relationship with Benjamin at all is because she ended up with Romance as a Secondary Aspiration, and she kept rolling wants to go on a date.
But the heart wants what the heart wants, and when you’re doing Wants-based gameplay, you listen to the two Sims whose hearts want each other.
I might still have Ophelia get back together with Johnny. Like I said, she’s a secondary Romance Sim.
Here’s a brand new sentence: The maid’s crying over his own death.
Poor Coral ends up being Remington’s first victim.

Yeah, you deserve that, Olive. He ended up scaring her twice that night, and I think if she got scared one more time, she would have ended up dying of fright.
While out grocery shopping, Ophelia finally meets her cousin’s step-son, Tycho.
Then she and Olive head over to My Muse Studio, to experiment with the instuments and try to win a dance contest.
Well, you’re certainly not going to win with that attitude. And she didn’t. I tried twice.
That night, Beasley comes back, and Olive tries to get to know him. Perhaps during the next round, she’ll befriend him enough to get bit.

Tottenham Hotspurs berhasil menaklukkan Manchester City dengan hasil tipis 1-0 lewat gol brilian yang dicetakkan oleh Penyerang Harry Kane pada hari Minggu (05/02) Malam WIB.
Penyerang tersebut mendapatkan umpan dari Pierre- Emil Hojbjerg yang memotong umpan Rodri didepan kotak penalti Manchester City. Lalu Kane melepaskan tembakan keras yang tidak bisa ditahan oleh Kiper Manchester City , Ederson pada menit ke-15.
Berkat gol tersebut , Kane juga mencatatkan namanya sebagai top skor sepanjang masa Tottenham Hotspurs dengan total 267 gol yang dicetakkan, Memecahkan rekor yang dipegang oleh Jimmy Greaves selama 53 tahun lamanya.
Gol tersebut juga memaskan perebutan gelar juara serta empat besar Liga Primer Inggris. Manchester City gagal memanfaatkan kekalahan Arsenal ditangan Everton pada hari Sabtu (04/02) kemarin untuk memotong jarak dengan pemuncak klasemen.
Sementara Tottenham Hotspurs bergerak mendekat ke Zona Liga Champions terpaut satu poin dari Newcastle United yang berada di peringkat ke-4 meski telah bertanding satu kali lebih banyak.
Manchester City akan berusaha kembali bangkit dan meraihkan kemenangan saat menjamu Aston Vilal pada hari Minggu (12/02). Sementara Tottenham Hotspurs akan bertamu ke markas besar Leicester City pada hari Sabtu (11/02) Malam WIB.
