It is Spotify Wrapped season still. Now I loathe Spotify because it is impoverishing my friends and colleagues, creating a world where art is made soullessly on an assembly line. But that's neither here nor there. Ahem. ANYWAY, here's what I propose you do instead of listening to Daniel Ek pissing on art. I will make a mix, lasting from one to two hours (maybe more if the songs are long), for three mutuals. All you have to do is give me three words you want the mix to sound like. Previous mixes were inspired by "magical pupusa memories" and "sparkling galaxy mermaids". I will attempt to be as faithful as possible; I won't drop some Brooklyn methhead screeching about city fear into your mix of "pleasant wooloo vistas". Of course, conversely, I won't slip some pastoral drift into your mix of "lightning fear abyss".

I'll try to get the mixes done by Christmas. Employees of Global Fairy Domination Corp are not eligible. Children under 18 must have permission of adult, and also be over 18. Previous winners know I'm a soft touch and will make them another one any time, just wait you greedyguts.

* Though that may be me. I could probably be fairly described as sorta grizzled by this point, and also a greedyguts. Which my Nana still used half-jokingly about animals and kids who were particularly prone to gobbling down food with some gusto.

Day 58 (extra night shift + cheat day)

Got up at half 6 (5hrs sleep). Didnt sleep great last night woke up at stupid o'clock and then couldn't get back down.

Took Harley a walk (50mins)

Breakfast - roll with slice and tattie scone and a roll n bacon

Went back to bed (4hrs sleep) thankfully a better sleep this time to help my shift go in easier. If I'm tired my job is horrible.

2nd Breakfast - 2 steak bakes

Cycled to work 20mins

Ate loads of crap, I posted a pic up yesterday of what I took into work although/thankfully I didnt eat it all. I didn't touch the crisps, jelly beans and the kit kats but I ate 5 custard doughnuts which originally I bought to share but nobody wanted one so I got to eat them all 😱

Well even though I was working it was still a good cheat day.

I go on holiday next week so going to challenge my partner to instead of doing 5 clean days let's go for 9 which will take me to my 1st day off and her last day of work
