no matter how far into my transition i get or how much i consider myself a “man”, if lesbian is the word i wish to continue to use to describe myself you’ll have to rip it out of my cold dead hands
Sometimes I wish that Christians who aren't extremists could just fucking shut up about it. Like we GET IT. You're sorry us traumatized folks went through shit. You think the extremists that hurt us are doing Christianity wrong. That's GREAT. You think everyone deserves god's love. That's GREAT. Please stop apologizing for people who don't love us. Please stop trying to justify why you still follow Christianity knowing its flaws. And for the LOVE OF GOD please stop saying "God loves everyone" or shit like that because WE FUCKING KNOW. We know and that's NOT reassuring, if it was we would have stayed.
I think that if george harrison REALLY wanted me to pay attention to god's words he wouldn't have looked SO SLUTTY while singing about god. But that's my opinion.
Another thing I dislike about Hazbin Hotel's designs is that they don't use the concept of a ¨Fallen¨ and just use the same character but with different clothes or a different color pallet...
Like, I didn't grow up in a religious home but I did grow up with religious families (some no longer that close to the Catholic religion). I was friends with some of them before I moved to my new home BUT THAT'S A TALE FOR ANOTHER DAY!
They were nice and every time I spent time with them they would share some info about the bible and that stuff. They would talk to me about how God created humanity, how Lucifer fell, and even about The Prince of Egypt before I even watched it 😂🤣
But what I wanted to hear every time and they knew I loved it was what happened to Lucifer after his rebellion against God.
Just imagining how Lucifer went from the most beautiful angel in Heaven to the darkest of creatures that Earth got caused chills down my spine and a real interest in Christianity.
It was punishment but at the same time, it was Lucifer's true self... It was the mirror of his true self, of what he became, of what others made him believe, and what God let happen for thinking the same...AND SEEING HAZBIN JUST USE THE SAME CHARACTER MODEL OVER AND OVER AND OVER MAKES ME WANT TO RIP MY FINGERS.
There is so much room for so many unique characters... and I just saw the same...
We literally got a complete arc idea here and we got nothing...
I just love it when the angst literally comes in physical forms!!
Etoiles has already mentioned like a brazillian capital in the northeast and a state in the center west. The day he mentions my state I will go ballistic
A thing that I keep forgetting to point out (but I want to make sure you know that I know)
A while ago, the Eramis experts confirmed a doubt I had for some time: Eramis was never chosen to be a Disciple
Like, she is not like Calus or Rhulk, she didn't start off like them nor she is treated like them and that was obvious
And, if we really wanted to be cynical, the Disciple Squad should be composed solely by Rhulk, Nezarec, Savathûn and Calus while Eramis, Xivu Arath and Fikrul are "honorary members"
If we were even pettier, Savathûn shouldn't be considered a Disciple anymore, so we'd have:
- the Disciples: Rhulk, Nezarec, Calus
- the honorary allies: Eramis and Xivu Arath
- and Savathûn as an ex Disciple
For the record, yes: I will try to consider this more "canonical" distinction so we can make everybody happy
Nevertheless, Savathûn and Eramis are still part of the family, so the Disciple Quintet will not cease to exist
(and yes, the Nightmare Moth Glaive trio is still a thing, but we're talking about the pre-Collapse, so it doesn't really count in this argument)
Sasuke is great because he was the main reason why the story actually went somewhere, because Kishimoto himself stated that it was going anywhere without him.
