omg... please recommend me some books esp if they're fantasy or sci-fi genre and have queer romance...

it's just hard to watch that shit because it's an obvious problem that no one at all wants to actually deal with
it’s not even that no one wants to actually deal with it b/c nearly everyone does!! most people do care about the planet even if they’ve been misled or decieved to believe that everything is fine!! it’s just that there are people with a lot of power who believe that their desire to have and make an obscene amount of money is more important than the existence of all life on earth and millions of human lives!!!!!
and growing up full of hope for the future only to realise that this planet is in the middle of an apocalyptic disaster and everyone is denying it because certain people find that fact inconvenient and it’s already at the point where we have lost so so much of what makes this planet so beautiful and incredible and so so many innocent people are suffering is
and this is an incredibly priveliged position that I am in to have the time and the space to feel this way and to be firghtened in this way and to grieve in this way which is so very fucked up in it’s own right
are the people in power just incapeable of foresight? at this point it’s not even foresight b/c this is happening right now!! it’s been going on for decades at this point! do they just not care? are they not afraid like the rest of us?

this is good advice hhgh i get myself caught in like. this catch-22 scenario where i'm Nervous but also really struggle with expressing any sort of negative feeling/concern directly to another person and i need 2 work on that Immediately
