Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

Finally I did something with my own shell! If you’re not aware, I have an ongoing shell challenge which will exprire on the 12th of July (so you actually still have a couple of days to do it if you'd like!) and the theme was: Eco!

So I decided to build a treehouse in Selvadorada on a 30x30 lot! The house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and it's super luxurious!

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.

It’s a treehouse and it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, suitable for a single sim or a couple. It’s placed on a 30x30 lot in Selvadorada!

How to download:

Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).

Download the file and unzip it.

Place all the files in your Tray folder (…Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).

That’s it! Load your game and this lot will be in your gallery ✨❣

Reverse Garbage

I designed this build for @giuliabuilds‘ Eco Shell challenge! 💗💗

Reverse Garbage is a maker space, but it could be used as a community garden or marketplace as well. I’ve designed it to use in my Winter Echo gameplay/story, so while I’ve tried to make it pretty I’ve also tried to make it functional/useful. 😊

fun fact: there’s actually a real place called Reverse Garbage near my house that I based this build on. It’s a super cool place where you can get all sorts of junk for super cheap :D

I've finally come up with my own #shellchallenge! You can find this amazingly beautiful #shell on my gallery or by looking for the hashtag #GiuliasEcoShell.

Theme is: ECO! You don't need #EcoLifestyle for this, but make it as eco-friendly as possible!

Rules are in the picture: you can do whatever you want, just don't touch MY walls.

Deadline is in a month, so on the 12th of July! I'm going to tour your entries in a video!

Also: that room you see floating there without a purpose.. You can move it around! I'm so kind, I know!
