#order sol#sol badguy#guilty gear#from the archives#I was going to redraw the part behind the logo on the bottom image#Since this is apparently the ONLY instance of this specific HOS illustration online ANYWHERE#But it's too much work lol Too much information is missing and I'd have to guess for a lot of it#The text on the right above the ASW logo says 'Beggars Cannot Be Choosers'#Tumblr compression's gonna mulch the hell outta that#The top image here. the box art. is composed of two low res images I overlaid and then drew over to fill in the missing areas#There was a long shiny strip on the right on the higher resolution one because its paper was glossy. It had a large decorative border too#Probably from whatever book it was originally scanned from. Idk the sources for either of these images. They were in a 'misc art' folder#Then the other image was like idk 800px on the long end but it had parts of the illustration the bigger lost bc of the border#So I smashed them together and made it work#These look like they're from that weird era of Daisuke art post-Overture pre-Xrd#Where he was just starting to move into digital media for his art but still did marker stuf#But GG wasn't doing great so none of it ever got compiled into art books#Just loose illustrations in rare magazines....
