AH HE'S DONE! Absolutely loved this lil comfort project! I haven't drawn Gamera in YEARS, so this was refreshing! Hoping we get more of our big turtle! He's super stylized and I wanted him to be old Japanese yokai inspired! SO SILENCE KAIJU COMMUNITY. Also I listened to sooo much Wagakki Band while drawing this guy and I forgot how much I loveeee them 💚

I had this silly little thing on the back-burner for a while and decided today was a reasonably good day to try to finish it. I can't quite consider it done, but it's enough to get the point across.

I do remember as a kid not having seen any of the movies with Baragon but had rented Gamera vs Barugon a few times so Godzilla Monster of Monsters caused me some confusion. "They misspelled a Gamera enemy and got him very wrong for some reason."
