Ok, none of you know what's going on. None of you understand why so many women and young streamers are stepping forward right now. None of you understand why this has to be public.

Multiple large streamers have used their fame, influence, and money to manipulate and abuse those they see as below them. So long as they continue to have fame, influence, and money, this cycle will not end.

This is bigger than just individual cases of sexual assault or other abuse. This is a break down of a much larger problem within the entertainment industry.

These women are telling stories about very powerful men in this space. They are sharing stories of abuse and manipulation. This is very scary for them—it could ruin their careers or lives.

Stop saying "they should have handled this privately." This isn't a private matter. So long as these men have power, they will hurt more women. They aren't sorry. They won't play fair.

By trying to stay silent and bury these accusations, you are ensuring these women never know peace. You are ensuring that more women get hurt.

One day your boss will assault you, and all the men in your life will blame you for waiting as long as you did to speak about it. They will find any reason to blame you. They don't want to get rid of your boss. They hope that one day, they can assault a woman just like you.

This is fucking serious. This is real life. This isn't just some fucking fandom drama that we can bury and move on from. These are real life issues that require real meaningful discussion.

Stop trying to discredit these women just because your streamer is in trouble. You are part of the fucking problem.

I am now aware of this situation and was NOT in any way ware of this happening beforehand. I am shocked to see many people talking about this for MONTHS before now. I have not looked at the statements from his accuser yet; but it doesn't matter, because I no longer trust him to any extent based on what he's admitted to himself.

There’s like zero fan content for the Illuminae files but like. Some of the stuff I do see they would not fucking look like that.

So i end first Illuminae and here's everything what i need to say:

•how the hell i can have a crush on the bloody-murder computer?

•Also Kady and AIDAN are so better together then Ezra and Kady

•Not like i have some problems witch Ezra, his funny and not as stupid as it seems, just Kady and AIDAN are so good and smart and ifjwjhsjwd I don't know english enough to say it

•I liked Zhang, and I was really sorry, when he died. If he had survived, he would have helped rebuild AIDAN, and god, they could sassying each other soooo much!

•The one of my favourite moments was report of this scientist working witch the virus (I haven't read the original so I don't know how this disease is called) when you can just so clearly see how it works, and how he is just more and more insane. Hallucinations and mutations always scare me the most, so that made a big impression on me.

•It's funny how AIDAN comes in almost halfway through the book, but I feel like he's still was the main character more than Kady.

•I think it's because Kady was a little bit tooo self-confident so that I can relate to her or understand her, while AIDAN didn't actually know who the fu*k he is, but still had some rules and it really works for me.

•And this moment when i realized than AIDAN from behind is my death name- it was funny and annoying in the same time

anyway last night when i was getting ready for bed i was thinking abt blue mist for the first time in ages and realized cris/jo would make more sense having already dated and broken up. like picture the opening to illuminae when kady and ezra break up like three hours before the kerenza invasion. and then fall in love again from the different ships. imagine you break up with your secret girlfriend in the 80s before you go to tour colleges and when you come back shes gone. and no one remembers the gas station she used to work at except you so you go on a crazy cross country road trip trying to find her and the station doesnt seem to exist and it turns out she was killed on the premises and the station is slowly causing rifts in spacetime as it tries to keep her alive. and youre still petty and mad because youre seventeen (and have been for years now) but also the only one who can find her. someday ill end up writing it in full and then you will all see <3
