One of the only 300 #EddieVanHalen Frankenstrats painstakingly reproduced by the #Fender #CustomShop, spotted at @folkwaymusic in Waterloo, Canada. . Oh boy...12 year old me would have gone mental over this #guitar! Like many kids growing up in the early 80s Eddie was GOD to me! Along with Angus Young, Randy Rhoads, @georgelynchofficial, The Scorpions guys, and so many others in the “metal” genre that was so big at the time. Oddly, by 1986 my musical tastes had totally changed and I was listening to REM, U2, and Simple Minds! And all I wanted to play was a Japanese Fender “Contemporary” #Stratocaster!
