hi!! for our characters, how do you feel about them having living siblings as NPC's? should we aim to keep NPC's to mod-only, or should we just not make them at all? thank you!
Thanks for the question!
For the time being we will not have NPCs aside from a few put in place by the mod team! When accepted, members are welcome to create relationships between their characters as well as apply for new characters that are related to other current members or are a part of their backstories.
