Jack Walten with autism headcanons

He flaps his hands as his main form of stemming, mainly when he starts feeling extremely excited.

When he's overstimulated he tends to shut down- freezing up, not really talking, and rather irritable if he's agitated by the overstimulation

He isn't in as much need of a stem toy as some others might be, but he still keeps ahold of a little chew stem thing made by Rosemary if he needs to stem 💛

He takes things VERY literally, certain metaphors and stuff like that making him double take in his brain, leading to confusion (ex. "You woke up on the wrong side of the bed!" Then Jack raises an eyebrow and says "I woke up on the left like always???")

The suits he wears' fabric is what he's most comfortable, that being why he usually wears suits over other clothes

His most sensitive senses are texture and sight. Bright/flashy lights are a slow build up of stimulation overload, and certian textures (cloth mainly, but also food textures) very quickly overstimulate.

Though he is hypersensitive in some aspects, he's hyposensitive in sound, not reacting to loud noises, even if it's damaging for others around him. Though repetitive loud noises are annoying to him (same tho-)

His special interest was robotics, and with the help of his ex-bestie Felix Kraken, they were able to make Bon's Burgers into a reality.

That's it for now. If I got anything incorrect PLEASE let me know, autism is a subject I hold very personally with my best friend having it, and I don't want to offend anyone and not be willing to fix my mistakes. But yeah, these are my headcanons for my favorite businessman. You can steal them if you want, and I'd love to hear your guy's headcanons!

I’m probably never going to get over the fact that we buried my Guinea pig of 7 years with a blanket my mom knitted him that just became his favorite thing

#I think it’s important for animals to have something like this they can rub thier smell into #for comfort #In the future when I’m able to id like to adopt some Guinea pigs and knit them blankets for them as well
