中学の頃、学校が終わると友人の小堀くんといっしょに電巧堂のオーディオコーナー（２Ｆ）に入り浸っていた。家電量販店なのであるが、オーディオマニアがFE203を使ったバックロードホーンＳＰ（もちろん自作品）を持ち込んで音を出したりしていた。おおらかな時代であった。当時は（今もであるが）自由に使えるお金が限られており、せいぜいFE103の標準バスレフ箱を自作するのが関の山であり、大人になったらいつかはバックロードホーンを自作するんだ、と考えていたわけだった。

そのFE103のバスレフは今でも音が立派に出、先日自作アンプで鳴らしてみたところ、結構面白い音（訴えてくる音）が出るではないか。もう買ってから４０年以上経っているユニットなので捨てようか、という考えも去来したがその音を聞いてから考えを改めた。もっと（工夫して）いい音で鳴らしてやろうじゃないか。

Renouncing his mistake, the vessel was bound by chains, a seal of binding, and heavy regret the Pale King would cast the shell of madness back into the depths from whence it came, and selected another to he the Pure Vessel. However the bug beast did not die. Scorned and unwanted, now once more awakened with the shadow of revenge in his heart. Cloaked in dripping nightmares, draped in the desire of bloodshed. The unwanted vessel, the scorned child. The Pale King and White Lady’s biggest mistake to roam Hallownest’s corpse once more.

Finally found the video I've been looking for and now I can make it into a gif! I see this in my head any time someone mentions folding a fitted sheet or anytime I'm struggling with something that should be easy. I'm gonna make a separate post about Hen with the gif but I think everyone should hear this man struggling with the sheet and now you too can hear "this is impossible!" in your head in that voice every time you're struggling. pixies and rabanne being friends is infinitely funny to me for a million different reasons actually I need to talk about it

pixies has his super fucked up med school urges . he has the itch to take apart or study anybody that seems interesting or odd to him in any way. for example, kid. they were torn apart by Blow by Blow and their body was changed drastically as a result and scarred heavily. he wants to study them so bad. langley, too, if he was allowed to see them. a mix between robotic and biological, sure, but he'd certainly take the chance.

and rabanne. is the only person in this office who is literally inhuman. he's a vampire. can't go out in the sun, dramatic jojo vampire fangs, could choose to drink your blood with his fingers if he wanted but he laps it up instead like a fucking weirdo. inhuman strength and flexibility that's made him way too difficult to fight for him being a boxer and wrestler . not only that but hes got thick horns like an ox because of matejka

and he chooses to hang out with the one guy who's dying to take him apart like a frog in a highschool biology class. just because pixies stroked his ego a little and they somehow developed the worst friendship in the office .

he has vampiric regeneration pixies has begged rabanne to let him study him atleast once please please just one time because hes so interesting and it wouldn't kill him he can heal . but rabanne still hasn't let him
