It’s Ramadan and I’m a Muslim Revert Who Needs Help
Assalamu Alaykum, I reverted to Islam back in January 2020 and covid stopped any growth in my Deen. Since it’s Ramadan and there is no time like the present, I’m reaching out in my community to get into the swing of things. I’m going to be taking introduction into Islam classes and attending masjid soon Inshallah.
I hope that i can get some support here to help me grow into a better person who has a stronger relationship with Allah. I’ve attached my throne wishlist in case anyone wants to help me get modest clothes. "Me when I lie" is such a funny pseudo-diplomatic response to anything. Like just going "see I'm not saying that you would ever lie, but I tend to be a liar, and that would be the exact kind of thing that would come out of my mouth when I'm lying" sounds like the exact kind of quip that someone who was just described as 'too clever for their own good' would get stabbed over.

“Israel is committing genocide.” Yes. They are. But so is the US. The US is 100% complicit in this, and Israel would not have been able to do as much without the help of the US. I’m disgusted to be living in a country that is complicit in the literal MURDER of civilians. Men, women, children, elderly, families. All dead because of Israel AND the US. This needs to STOP.
