Ahem... you think since Funtime Freddy can mimic voices, he incorporates that into his act when he's performing? Like... does he do impressions? I think that'd be amazing! Hell, imagine him mocking people in their own voice on purpose.

The FNAF character Encyclopedia is weird.
It has a lot of details that don't make sense.
Such as the Crying Child called the Protagonist of FNAF4, when he is only for the minigames...
A weird two page article of Helpy that calls him awful and the worst....
Weird typos and contradictory information...
Now... I know this is likely because it was rushed out the scholastic house from people who probably didn't care...
But...
It's SO MUCH FUNNIER to me...
If Michael Wrote it.
As he did for the Official guidebook.
It explains so much if that was the case.
His burning hatred of Helpy, his insistence that his brother experienced the nightmares
It could even explain why there's a lot of weird errors and inconsistencies. And why it complains about Helpy so much, and why there's NO entry for mike himself.
It's probably not true, but it's Sooooo funny to imagine
Mike going 'yeah that's probably right" on his seventh cup of coffee.
So that's my headcannon now.

Very unpopular opinion but I think Michael needs more love, and I don’t mean that he’s UNDERRATED by any means— god no— but I think so much of the fandom over looks his whole personality and role in the series
Michael is a sarcastic, traumatized man trying to make up for his father’s sins while still being tortured by the very mistakes his father and his father’s business partner made. Like someone in here said earlier, Michael is not an angel at all BUT he’s not a bad guy… we can gather this bc of the absolute LENGTHS this man went to, to make up for killing his own brother— Michael has so much characterization for not even having a fully canon appearance unlike the other major characters, that’s why I get so pissed when I see ppl talk about how bad of a character he is bc no? You just haven’t looked into him— there’s a reason he’s (most likely) the character we play as in almost every game— if you can’t tell from this I’m a HUGE Michael fan and have been for years— since SL and all that time I took to look into his character and analyze it
That’s why I’m so… PISSED at the current state of fnaf media bc NON OF IT EVEN ELUDES TO HIS EXISTENCE— and it’s so… unfair? I consider Michael one of the most interesting pro tags to all of my favorite games and just… the fact he didn’t even get a canon character design in fnaf encyclopedia? (Neither did William but he had the whole novel series) Even fucking Help Wanted 2– A GAME ABOUT SISTER LOCATION AND PIZZA SIM— mainly has Security Breach mini games and has NO— NOT A SINGLE MENTION OR HINT AT MICHAEL and it’s really upsetting— I still enjoyed the game but just… AHHHH— same goes for the movie— I LOVED THE MOVIE AND THE DIRECTION IT WENT IN… but they had a HUGE opportunity and set up to bring my boy to the big screen and just… didn't… like I said, it's just sad
My point? Michael is a fantastic and interesting character and I hate that he’s been seemingly forgotten by Scott and the rest of the crews that make official fnaf content (no hate to any of them— I still love their work)

teehee I finally did the lizzy design for my fnaf au S&AR :3 !!
It's a colored doodle for now, but once I have the whole afton family designs done, I will do a better and detailed ref of her lol
I did her design now bc of the new official character encyclopedia fnaf book that came out a few days ago, and I looked at elizabeth official design, tbh- I didn't like it that much eeekk (and the art as well)
SO that's why I took this opportunity to design her for the fnaf au, and I also did a doodle redraw of one of lizzy's official art :p

my pet theory as to why michael doesn't have a page in the official character encyclopedia is bc 1. no one wants to commit to an official design and 2. commit to whether he's the CC, Older Brother or even not involved in FNAF 4 at all

I feel bad for Mr. Hippo!
Because the FNAF Character Encyclopedia mentions that Orville Elephant never talks about Mr. Hippo, even though Mr. Hippo really likes talking about his outings with Orville, and even questions if Orville even considers Mr. Hippo a friend!
SCREW YOU, SCOTT! THEY ARE TWO OLD MEN IN LOVE BECAUSE I SAY SO!
You are not gonna do Mr. Hippo dirty like that just because he's long-winded!
I'm sorry, but I follow Joe Gaudet, Mr. Hippo's VA, on Twitter. He's done a lot of videos with Mr. Hippo's voice, and it's only seriously endeared me to this ridiculous secondary character. Mr. Hippo is wonderful, not lame at all, he just talks too damn much!
I don't care what Scott says. Orville loves Mr. Hippo, and the feeling is mutual. SO THERE.

Here's Toy Bonnie's profile from the FNAF character encyclopedia, which I found posted on Twitter. I love this egomaniac!
Toy Bonnie appears to have trouble counting backwards. Interestingly, trouble counting backwards is a real-life symptom of dyscalculia, a learning disability that makes math challenging to process and understand.
As somebody who has severe math anxiety and can't do simple math in her head without getting incredibly frustrated... I kinda relate to Toy Bonnie here.

Preview pages for the FNAF Official Character Encyclopedia have been released. Seems we're not learning anything about the characters we don't already know, but... I'm still curious as to how thorough this book is. Amazon says it's 224 pages long!

The official illustration for Spring Bonnie in the FNAF Official Character Encyclopedia makes me SO MAD.
So, naturally, I made a few changes in a (poorly-done) edit to make myself feel better:
I based this edit off of how Spring Bonnie looked in FNAF World. Maybe people like the whiskers, but I sure as heck don't! And why didn't Spring Bonnie have long eyelashes!? I also changed the "intentionally evil" eyes because the whole point of Spring Bonnie is for him to look innocent when he's not. I left the mouth alone because he and Fredbear are supposed to have giant mouths like steel traps... which they technically are.
