Waiting on the carpet to dry and getting in some great baby cuddles from Zayden 🥰 Today was my Weekly Home Reset Day and it’s also my zone 5 week, so dusted the cobwebs down, vacuumed the furniture, and shampooed the living room to get a start 🫶 I was able to do two of those tasks while doing my regular reset routine so no added time & minimal effort. 15 minutes and a wet sponge🧽 tomorrow and this zone will be complete. People ALWAYS DM me, asking about how I went from a disorganized mess of a mom to three to an organized, stress free (well, mostly) mom of five.  Here’s the short answer I got my junk together & stopped being “lazy”. (More on that “lazy” part in just a minute-stay with me here) 📌 (P.S. You’re going to want to SAVE THIS POST).  Now, here is the long (and...in my opinion) REAL answer. I started small with simple lists I could check off & feel accomplished & worked my way up to larger tasks & formed routines & systems that worked for our family & saved me time instead of tackling it all & expecting that getting rid of things I didn’t use consistently or “didn’t bring me joy” would be easy & form long lasting results & habits. I added one new habit at a time & didn’t expect my home to be organized and clean over night-after all, my mess didn’t form in a day. 🤷‍♀️ Even as a mom of one, I found the small messes easily piled into larger ones that were hard to keep up with, & just looking at it was daunting & paralyzed me into inaction, not because I was “lazy” like I joked about before, but because I was overwhelmed & stressed out-I didn’t have a plan, & I had no idea where to begin. I knew I needed to clean & stay organized, but I simply didn’t know where to begin, so I didn’t...
