The struggle of looking for a Christmas present for my 13-month nephew that is complicated enough to entertain him... right now his absolute favorite thing seems to be taking lids off containers and putting them back on, and you'd think there would be toys designed to fill that need but I haven't quite found them. Considering some kind of matryoshka though.

I never did post my heights for some of my fics on AO3, have I?

Well, after transferring all my fics from Google Drives to Dabble, I figured putting up the height chart for one of my 'completed' fics would be something to celebrate with. For anyone interested in it, you can find the fic here:

There are a few other characters missing from this height chart, but not too many that are really essential or need to know with the fic. It is a one-shot collection in the end with barely connected chapters outside of Freckles being the POV.

- Anis Rusli and Twiggmuns -

It's been a while since I last came out to public chatting about stuff but I have nothing much to talk about. I've been making a few gifts, changing a few settings but all in all. Nothing outstanding happened.

I have, however, been told that I should maybe slow down and take it easy with the development. I had too much going on. But let me just start with my main three characters; Jamie, Sadie and Hector (JSH). I've been getting a comment that I should start making individual posts instead of lumping them together all the time. I also got the sense that maybe I've gotten overly ambitious.

With the introduction of Jamie. I felt that its right to make Anis her own character with her own spin-off. I am still working on improving her snakes in terms of design and color. I'm aiming to simplify the serpents instead of making them look like proper snakes. Lots of research on Lamias, Mermaids, and Animated Snakes to get references right there

As for the Twiggmun... it's still this silly little thing I like to draw. The more I use it, the more I found new additions. It's such a simple design but it's so much fun to pollute the pages with them. I kinda decided to ditch the Rain Ghost look and settled for this cube-like thing. Some history of them [HERE 1] and [HERE 2]

One other thing that I've also been working on is the weapon known as [The Switch Blade] Just some new features added and really. These are just teasers for the actual product when my characters get finalized. I like the idea of a biker hilt so that is kinda perfect for Hector. Also, it adds to his personality.

I've also tested the idea of a totem design on the tip and played around with the various designs and additional parts. Such as a hidden trigger, a crank, a pull-out compartment, a turning dail and so much more.

It's a lot to take in but I am working on it. Exciting things are coming and I can't wait to reveal them all as soon as I can but for now, consider this a mini hiatus. A little silent era~
